Has a reputation of calling the establishments they work with retards, only because they can t do the job themselves. Would never in my life deal with a vile establishment like this one. Do better.

Wonderful place. I took my truck in for new brakes and for an estimate on some other work that I knew needed to be done. The brakes were done quickly, and they discovered a problem (an expensive problem) with some work that had been done by another company a while back. They advised me to take it to this other company and have them fix their shoddy work. I think they could tell I was pretty distressed - I had trusted this other company and I feel completely taken advantage of. I paid a LOT of money for work that wasn t done right, and I am so worried that this other company will somehow weasel it s way out of fixing things, or they ll try to make me pay for it. The gentleman at AMT told me NOT to pay any more money to this other place. He told me not to worry about it if they refuse to make things right - AMT will do what needs to be done and they will work with me to make it affordable for me. I m hoping this other place does the right thing, but it will be the last time I take my truck anywhere other than American Motor Trends. I can t begin to explain how reassuring the gentleman I spoke with was. He was kind to me and gave me solid advice on how to handle the situation. I honestly never felt good about the other place - I felt they were not being honest with me (turns out I was right!) But I have complete confidence in AMT. Both the men I dealt with today were just super nice, and very straightforward with me. I trust them. I m grateful to them for easing my mind and for doing great work!I highly recommend this place!!Service: Auto brake replacement

This place towed my sons car for a parking violation and refused to answer their phones for over 48 hours then when they did we were charged an ungodly amount for storage. Not to mention the damage that was done to the exhaust and they tell you ask police and police tell you talk to them. Bigest Joke/Scam of a company Ive ever dealt with.The 1 star was only because there was no option for 0

I wouldn't recommend secretary rude when answering the phone, double price on labor and says something is wrong when it's not. Look around for a good auto machinic save your money.

Very bad. They did not fix my problem when asked to diagnose they did not and when took car back they did diagnose. Called get bid three days later and they lost ppw never did adjust my funds for the difference then I finally paid someone else. Was good before the new people told over

This is the only place I will take my current car and all other vehicles I have in the future! Every time I call to make an appointment, Kayla is always super nice and understanding, always trying to get me in as soon as possible. I started to go to AMT after a (very overpriced and unneeded maintenance suggestions) repair quote from Firestone. AMT did it twice as good at a fraction of the cost. All the staff at AMT is incredibly kind, especially the owner- Billie. He knows how to run a business and take care of his customers. I will suggest AMT to anyone in a 25 mile radius to get there vehicle done here. I even had my boyfriend (who lives 3 hours away) get his card serviced here when he comes to town. I don t know why I didn t come here sooner!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

American Motor Trends is the best mechanic shop i have ever been to! Better than any "dealership" !!! This is the place to go. I love the customer service and their prices VERY reasonable. You can't go wrong here. Their shop is attached to Advance Auto Parts which is helpful since most parts are right next door!

Took truck in for brake repair. They replaced the rotors and pads. The shaking issue as been resolved. I will use them for repairs in the future.

Crew was rude. Gave a modest quote for a repair and then doubled the price when it was time to pay. I would not go here if you value your time or money. Never notified me or asked before finishing the repair if I was ok with the extra expenses. I would have gone elsewhere.

Stopped in there had little trouble with trailer tire just need little air willing to pay for it . Guy comes out i ask him he say air hose won't reach out side the door said ok thank you left shop down the road more than happy to help me out tried to pay them they said nope it's just air happy to help me out

Man guys charged me to bleed my brakes when i needed them fixed the bleedinging didnt last 2miles lights n my brakes went out these guys dont test drive after working on a car and put peoples lifes at risk with their inability to fix brakes
