I was there today for oil change and tire rotation. I called before I went there and was told there was a spot available. Service was quick and reasonable price. They took care of a nail that was in the tire as well. Kind and reasonable. Will come back again. Also Coffee smelled so nice in there.

Called Norm this morning to get a complete brake job on my 2014 E350. Dropped off car with all new parts and it was done in 2 hours. Excellent work at a fair price. I ve found my new auto repair shop.

When I tried to change transmission fluid and broke off the ratchet in the nut, car repair places referred me to welding shop and vice versa until I stopped by here. Professional, friendly told me to drop it off in the morning. Got call after lunch to pick it up. Not only the fix that, change my fluid and charged me almost nothing . Definitely honest .

My vehicle died in a very bad time. Norm was able to get the car looked at right away and get it fixed at a good price as well. I needed the car very quickly to get my wife home from hospital. Uptown mechanics and service advisor are good people. Would highly recommend.

Norm is the best. He is very honest and doesn't add on services you don't need. Quick turnaround. He even dropped off my car at home as a favor when I was out of town. Great repair shop!

Norm has always come through for us in a pinch with efficient, reliable, and thorough repairs. He is honest and doesn t try to push repairs on you that you don t need. His quotes have always been fair and more than reasonable for the service provided. I Strongly Recommend!I have been using Uptown Auto Repair for a long time. I have never been disappointed with the quality of work they delivered. I have always dealt with Norm and he has proven himself to not only be honest and fair but goes beyond regular service to find the best deal on parts. He also doesn't just charge you the recommended labor hours. He actually gets things done quicker without sacrificing quality.

Been to Uptown auto several times with our ailing Honda Odyssey and Acura TL. Always received courteous and fast service. Really nice guys. Pulled into the post office across the street when my alert went off that I had low tire pressure, then found a screw in the front tire. I was about to head out on a weekend trip and surely had a look of desperation!I pulled in to the shop, less than 15 minutes later the tire was plugged, filled with air and I was on my way for a reasonable price. I likely wouldn t have questioned any price but it was low and reasonable and they got me going so quickly!Thanks guys!

Norm and his team of mechanics are top notch. They are friendly, fast and professional. Uptown Auto Repair has fair pricing and offer a wide range of services. Norm takes the time to make sure your visit was a success by texting you the next day. I thought that was above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a quality auto shop in the area. I will back when the need arises.

We don't live in the area and needed Uptown Auto Repair to replace our punctured tire. Norm was incredibly patient in dealing with our insurance people and finished the job in time. In a situation like ours, we couldn't think of a better professional than Norm who was composed, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.We are really happy that we chose Uptown as the place we wanted our car to be towed to. I took my car into Jiffy Lube for an oil change and shortly after started to notice a weird burning smell. I brought my car into Uptown Auto to see if they could help, and I had the best experience I ve ever had with an auto repair shop. The gentleman who helped me was patient and knowledgeable. The jiffy lube had not properly changed my oil and it leaked all over my engine. He cleaned my engine, changed my oil, and then charged me far less than what I would have expected. Quality of work is absolutely top notch! Customer service is like the good old days - customer is definitely the priority and appreciation for your business is paramount. I highly recommend Uptown Auto Repair - I haven't encountered this level of quality and customer service in ages. They can be trusted to not oversell you or provide services that are not needed.

Excellent service and fair prices. I brought my old SUV here after another shop charged me $1450 to "repair" a bunch of stuff. I was really upset, brought it in, explained it has been round the ringer with other shops, and they took care of me. My Air Conditioner works now (thanks to a can of coolant) and so does my tailgate. They also figured out why the car was making a whistling noise, which every other shop failed to diagnose or fix, despite me asking for them to look into it. If you're nervous about finding someone who is going to cheat you, look no further.

I have had Norm and his shop take care of my two babies. I have never let anyone touch them other than the dealer. Granted, they might not be Bentley's but they are special to me. About 2 months ago I had them do a compete 50K service. Was on time and reasonable.Recently I had my sister take her minivan up there because I stopped making a list of what I thought was wrong. When she asked what to tell Norm I simply said tell him to fix it. Not many places these days where I would still do that. I found Norm to be straightforward and honest when I took my car in for failing brakes.He told me the calipers were fine, that the one set of brakes still had 50% and that only the one set needed repair. He easily could've told me I needed everything replaced, as the it seems other shops I have used in the past seem to do (which is why I was looking for a new shop).I appreciate his honesty and I will definitely be returning in the future!

The team at Uptown has done really great work on my car several times. Their service was really above an beyond. I initially went there out of necessity but now go out of my way to bring my car there because I trust them. I was given all options that could be done, the best option in their opinion, and no work was done that wasn t chosen by me. In all cases, the recomended option from Uptown was NOT the most expensive. Thanks again to Norm and the crew at Uptown!!

Norm and his crew do a wonderful job. The work is always done on time when promised. Norm calls you before fixing something when an unexpected surprise arises. Norm is extremely honest and upfront. His prices are fair and he will tell you what you need not what you don t need. A lot of places sadly are dishonest. I ve had experiences with dishonest mechanics who wanna charge up on certain parts and labor especially if you have an expensive vehicle sometimes shops might think well he has the money so he won t mind paying more. Not here, Norm gives you the diagnosis and will work with you the best he can. You can t ask for anything more.

My wife's 2005 Highlander needed a new timing chain (we got 130,000 miles out of the original one). I asked Norm about it and he gave me a reasonable quote to do the job. It is a labor intensive repair but it had to be done. I dropped off the car early on a Wednesday, and picked it up the next day. The work was complete, car is runing great, there was no surprises with the bill, and Norm even sent me a follow up email afterwards thanking me for the business. I am in the retail business and these days customer service is so important. It is so nice to know that it means a lot to Norm and his business as well. This is not my first repair Norm has done, and it definately won't be my last. Thanks again, Norm!

I needed my rear brakes and rotors replaced on my Audi A6. Finding Uptown Auto Repair was a god-send. This place has made it to top on my list of "go-too" places for anything mechanical to be done on my car. Norm is honest and his word is golden. So glad I stumbled across this place.

Norm is always friendly and helpful. Plus, the ride back to my house from Joseph was appreciated. I'm no expert, but you do seem to provide good work at a fair price. The only thing was with my oil change. You didn't add windshield-washer fluid, which was empty--is this something you do or not? Has Jiffy Lube spoiled me for life on this? Thanks.

My name is Alex. In my car Toyota Highlander 2004 I had coolant leaked out of engine head gasket. They replaced the engine head gasket and all screws applying special innovative technology to keep new screws in the engine body in place. I am very satisfied with the job they done. The owner and shop personnel pay the attention to each customer and explain with the details the nature of the problems and how to fix them. It's very pleasant environment for the customers. Thank you very much to the owner and the service technicians for the excellent work ! I highly recommend this auto repair shop !
