I took my car in for routine maintenance service and had the pleasure of being advised by David Lyco. David explained to me what would be done in detail. Once service began, a nail was discovered in the RR tire. David explained the situation to me and how the puncture would be repaired using the proper method. David is a knowledgeable, easy-going advisor - what a service advisor should be. I highly recommend him.The car was returned to me quickly and clean inside and as well as washed. The service tech did a fine job too. I will be back for any future service.

I took my brand-new Rav4 for its first maintenance check at 5,000 miles. When the car was returned to me, I noticed paint scratches on the hood and door sides. The pre-check inspection was done with David, the service advisor, and no issues were found during the walk-around. However, after the service was completed and the car was washed and parked up front, I could see the damage on my hood while walking to my car. I went back inside and brought David out to show him the damage caused by the service team. They tried to buff it out, but the damage was already done. They told me to come back on Monday to talk to a manager named Michael about the issue. I had to miss a day of work to find out how they were going to make this right for me after the Toyota experts damaged my brand-new car.

This review pertains solely to the Service Department, as I have not interacted with the sales team. As a longtime customer, I've generally had positive experiences with the mechanics at this location, encountering issues on only one occasion which led to a transmission replacement. Fortunately, the issue was resolved with a new transmission, attributed to a fault in the oil exchange machine.However, my interactions with the service advisors have been less satisfactory. Despite their title suggesting a consultative role, advice has been rare. Over the past five years, I received valuable advice only once, regarding unnecessary oil changes due to remaining oil life. Sadly, that advisor is no longer there, and the current advisors seem focused solely on processing sales rather than providing genuine service advice. Their customer service skills are lacking, and their demeanor often appears disinterested, as if they are merely passing time until the day ends.Additionally, the service process is excessively long. For example, a brake inspection takes less than 15 minutes, but retrieving my car can take up to an hour and a half. While I understand the importance of quality and thoroughness, especially when it comes to cooling times for oil changes, the wait times seem excessive. Moreover, the cost of services, like a $400 brake job for pad replacement and rotor resurfacing (before tax), feels steep, especially without transparency regarding the parts used.Overall, after years of patronage, I am considering discontinuing my use of their service department. The experience has shown that the focus seems to be more on sales than on providing service to customers, regardless of their needs. Perhaps improving employee satisfaction could positively impact the service quality. For now, I may only return for parts, as that process has been straightforward.

David Lyko is great. Had a few issues with my Camry and he helped determine what was a priority and got a couple of discounts. I typically don t go to dealerships for service but I d say that this was just as good or better than my experience with mechanics in the past.

We had a great experience tonight all because of David Lyko! We were the last customer, but David was so welcoming, kind, and informative with his service; in fact, he was the only person who said hi when we walked in! It is definitely nice to work with someone nice after a long day!

This dealership has great service and always get the work done correctly in my experience, however on my latest visit to this dealership I was given my keys back with my auto start remote completely broken and unable to be used or fixed. This is not an accusation because just 10 mins before I gave my car to the dealership for an oil change I used the same remote to start my car to get to said dealership. I called and asked them what happened and they just denied all my claims saying that it couldn t have been their doing. I ll still be coming back to this dealership because they have good mechanics but some advice for anyone else going, make sure that everything about your car and keys are in working order before leaving the dealership because once you leave the lot they ll try to finesse you.

Don't go on their ratings. It's all rigged and few of them are from the sales department. I went there for getting my 08 highlander hybrid serviced and the older guy told me to get the hybrid battery checkup which is required for my car and gave me the false fact that my hybrid battery needs to be filled up with some fluids/liquids. When I came back to pick up my car the service wasn't performed and later he told me my car's hybrid battery does not have that feature and they just cleaned dirt on it which they didn't do it. On further discussion, they did not even generate the report for my car's hybrid battery health, and later, they did when I asked them. Be careful when getting your car serviced and getting your wheel rotated as well. Mark your tires so you know if your wheels were even inspected/rotated. Also, check your cars oil and other inspection values were resetted or not. Had a very bad first experience with them. It's better to get your car serviced at Jiffy Lube or other well known establishment compared to them. Hope this helps newer and older customers.

David Lyko and the Toyota Staff at Bredemann Toyota took excellent care of us!! They promptly assisted us, took us to and from home while the car was being worked on, specially accommodated my Mom who uses and a walker and was with me, etc. The caring service they provided was outstanding!!

I am impressed with David Lyko s and Chris Dybicz s professionalism and the kind treatment and expert service I received when I got more than an oil change today. When I took the car that I drive, a 15-year-old Lexus, in for an oil change at Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge, I did not anticipate how the individuals there would save me. David was my service consultant, and he was friendly and thorough in recording the details of my requests. After several minutes, he found me in the waiting room and walked me through the service shop over to the Lexus, lifted high, with David s colleague Chris (a knowledgeable and skillful technician) standing underneath. David and I joined Chris in standing under the car; meanwhile, David informed me that the car s frame was rusted out. Chris pointed a flashlight along the frame as he and David warned me that all it would take for the frame to collapse would be hitting a pothole or going over a speed bump. Now, you might be thinking that they wanted me to spend money there to get the car fixed. This was not their motive; genuine concern was. David strongly advised me not to continue driving the car past several months. Chris said that to drive it for a year or more would be utterly dangerous. As I stood underneath the car and took pictures of the rusted frame, I recognized how I would have never known about the unsafe frame if not for David and Chris and would have continued driving this car with family members and likely had a terrible accident. It is with gratitude that I highly recommend David Lyko, Chris Dybicz, and Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge.

There is nothing better than going to a car dealership for service and coming out with nothing but an exceptional service. bredemann Toyota on Dempster Avenue in Park Ridge is nothing but phenomenal. I ve never had better experience at any other dealership than I have here. Every single employee there is just exceptional and so polite and extremely knowledgeable. I will not go to any other dealership in the area. Bredemann is my go to every single time. This place might have amazing mechanics, but I ll never get to find out because I m never coming back after my interaction with service consultant Daniel Hernando. I scheduled an appointment for my car, but the website did not have the repair category that I needed as an option when booking the appointment, so I was forced to just come in on and let them know the issue on the fly. When I showed it to Daniel he laughed in my face, said that it was impossible to finish today , treated me like an idiot, then acted inconvenienced when we asked him for a cost estimate for the repair that I wanted. Apparently it was at least $2000, which is good for me to know so that I can go somewhere else where the deal is better and the service isn t so disgusting.
