Great group of people to work with. Clayton was my salesman. He was so helpful in finding the car that was right for me. Everyone involved in my purchase was so friendly. They made the buying process very enjoyable. I recommend that anyone looking for a new or good used vehicle give them a try. They truly are the best.

Diepholz Auto in Paris have a very helpful staff. Joe T. Will work with you, answer all your questions and work to get you the best price on vehicle. Once you decide on vehicle staff are ready help you purchase vehicle and answer any questions you have. A good place to purchase your next vehicle.

After a bad experience at another dealership, I did a search for a Chevy. Clayton contacted me, we arranged an appointment. He was very attentive to my wants, needs and time. He gave me his u divided attention. I drove away in a car that I LOVE.

It seemed like communication just wasn't there. Was signing papers to take new vehicle home. They told me as I was signing paperwork there was a recall. There was no communication of this while looking at the vehicle. Signed paperwork on Saturday it is Tuesday now and I hope can take it home today. Waiting on a call

Cody Bell at Diepholz Auto in Paris helped me throughout my entire purchase process. He was very kind and attentive, consistently asking if there was anything else he could help with or answer any other questions I had. He truly made me feel like he cared about my experience rather than just earning another sale. He, along with the other team members at Diepholz, is wonderful to work with and should definitely be considered when you're looking to purchasing a new or used vehicle!

Had my GMC in to be worked on and still have issues with computer. Have tried multiple times to call service department and no one will return my calls. I do not recommend. Take vehicle somewhere else

Only difficulty was technical difficulties with computer systems. As a result, purchase process took more than two hours.Purchased vehicle was as hoped for and expected.

Great experience with Cody Bell @ Diepholz Auto of Paris for both me and my wife. Even though she didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, because it just wasn't quite the one, I was back a few days later to buy a truck. Cody has an easy going, no pressure, helpful style that immediately made me want to deal with him. I recommend this dealership and Cody Bell to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The sales staff was professional and genuine. I never felt pressured to make any decision that I wasn't ready for. The Finance Manager, Todd, was able to get the lease approved on my brand new GMC Acadia immediately. The payment came back exactly as originally quoted and we finished the entire deal within minutes... all without needing ANY money out of pocket. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a great car buying experience, go give Diepholz Auto Group Of Paris a chance. You won't regret it!

Cannot say enough about the service department of Diepholz of Paris. They are always willing to pickup my car in Danville for routine service when I can't make it into the dealership. Any questions I may have are always answered in a quick and friendly manner. Would recommend.

Fast friendly service. We have purchased vehicles and used these boys and girls at Diepholz Auto of Charleston and Paris for many years. Not once have we been treated poorly or questioned the deal after the fact. When given the opportunity, we always recommend Diepholz Auto.

My experience with Diepholz Auto Group of Paris was outstanding! Joe Throckmorton was my salesman and he was absolutely phenomenal. He made my process of purchasing my beautiful Ford Escape so easy and stress free! He took his time explaining everything to me. He went above and beyond to get me everything I needed. He strives for his customers to be happy and comfortable with their purchase. Thank you very much Joe Throckmorton for all your hard work and dedication. I am over the moon ecstatic with my vehicle purchase! I would also like to recognize Calvin, Shannon and Mark for doing such a great job in helping through the process! I can t thank this dealership enough for the hard work they did for me and making me such a happy customer. This was a HUGE purchase for me! Cody was out sick - I had talked with him briefly on the phone the week before. I had been to another dealership the day I stopped by yours and knew that I wanted to check with your organization before buying a car. Mara greeted me and was very pleasant and efficient. I told her a couple of things I wanted. We shopped on the computer. She took my info, looked at my trade-in, quickly wrote up a deal, and with Marc's input gave me an idea of finance charges, promised the car be brought from Charleston and I was on my way. After the sale, I stopped by a few days later and Mara was not there, Calvin met me and was pleasant and helpful. Maybe a part of the reason the process was easy was because I knew I wanted a Buick Envision. But my reason to write this is to commend your three employees for their excellency: Mara, Marc, and Calvin.

Zack Hollingsworth was so great to work with. We reached out to him on a friday evening and he was so quick to get us the information we request about a truck we were considering. We had two trucks in mind and he went through the difference in each truck to help us decide which was best for us. We also had trade in and he made us feel like we were getting the absolute best deal! (Better than we expected to get for it). We live over an hour away and he made the process quick and easy. He's a great no-pressure salesman, i've never felt so comfortable purchasing a new truck!

Diepholz Auto in Paris was a fantastic choice for us. We worked with Mara who went out of her way to get us into the perfect vehicle that had everything we needed and wanted in the payment range we requested and even a couple extras we hadn't asked for. Everything was fast and simple. Being about an hour away we were able to complete almost everything over the phone and only had to make one trip to the dealership for about 45 minutes for paperwork. By far this was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Thank you Diepholz of Paris, Mara and Marc for such a great experience.

My husband and I bought our newest vehicle from Diepholz and were very pleased with the vehicle, dealership, and associates. Prior to finding Diepholz, we had a hand full of experiences with other dealerships that had very poor customer service. With Diepholz, the process was easy from start to finish. At no point did we feel pressured, and they worked with us to make sure we were happy with the deal we received. Mara H. was our Sales Consultant and she was so easy to work with - she definitely turned our car buying experience around to something exciting instead of grueling. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and helped explain a lot of the details to us. Would definitely recommend Diepholz of Paris!

We had a very nice experience at Diepholz. Jason Geiling was our salesperson and he was excellent. He took care of everything. Negotiations went smoothly and he kept us advised all along the way. We felt he went the extra mile. A shout out to Marc Murphy also. He made the finance end of the experience very smooth. Definitely recommend these guys.

Very nice experience at Diepholz. Joe Throckmorton was my salesman and he was excellent! He had a car picked out that he thought I d like and boy did I love it! I ve had it for a few months now, and I m still in love with it (and stare back at it ). Joe answered all of my questions and explained them very well, and if he couldn t answer them for me, he found the answer for me from someone at the dealership. Great customer service!!! At no point did I feel pressured. Joe is so awesome, that he sold a car to my mom the same day. Needless to say, we both left very happy. We couldn t have passed up these great deals and hot vehicles. The staff at Diepholz Auto Group of Paris is very helpful, patient, fun and kind. I highly recommend Joe and the dealership!- Chelsea

Had a great experience. Worked with Joe and he was not only knowledgeable with our Jeep but in Nerf guns which won over our boys. Kalvin was very professional with our appraisal of our trade in and Marc was awesome during all the paperwork signing. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase.

We purchased a new Jeep Cherokee Altitude on 9/28/18! Our salesman, Jason Geiling worked diligently to help us obtain the best deal on our trade and purchase. He was helpful and knowledgable and treated us with respect. We recommend this salesman and dealership if you are searching for a vehicle. Marc Murphy, the business manager, easily guided us through the paperwork and gave us some unknown information that resulted in a refund for us. We also met Jeremy in service, who was very pleasant and gave us some good tips. Overall, the entire staff was very kind and helpful!
