Mike has done an excellent job as our agent. Got us a much better rate than Allstate, plus he increased our protection significantly. His service has been great, always willing to answer our questions. My only regret is not having him quote our insurance years ago! Absolutely recommend this agency.

We recently had Mike Lees re evaluate our insurance coverage. As a result of his work, we were able to replace our existing insurance with better coverage for a better price. Mike Lees has been my moms insurance man my whole life. She thinks he s great. I grew up, I bought a car and a house, and I have realized why my mom has never used anyone else for insurance for her home, business, and vehicles. His rates are by far the lowest! He genuinely cares about his customers. He works on his days off when you need him. He just goes above and beyond. You almost feel like he s a friend and your insurance man! He s great! I highly recommend him! I d give a 6th star if I could!

Mike and his team are great to work with. We have been with him 10 plus years. We had a storm that caused considerable damage to our home, garage and RV. Mike responded immediately and walked us through the entire process. Thankful to have an agent that is more than just an agent when an emergency happens and you need assistance. Knowing that he is only a phone call or text away makes our lives easier.

Ive had insurance through Siegert Lees for 22 years on every vehicle, recreational vehicle, trailer, and house Ive owned. Mike has been awesome, always easy to get ahold of a trouble free when dealing with claims or adding or removing things from my policy. Hes always made sure I was getting the best deal I could.

I've had insurance with Allstate for about 15 years. After discussing the many insurance options with Mike Lees, I had his office provide a quote. He prepared numerous quotes with various options to help my wife and I select the policies that were best for us. In the end, we ended up with much higher levels of protection and still saved over $500 annually. Their customer service was great! My only complaint is that I didn't consider switching sooner!!

I switched from Country Insurance to Siegert- Lees Insurance after a car accident almost 3 years ago and was unhappy with how my previous agent handled the incident. Mike has been great to work with and flexible when my coverage needed changed due to transition in jobs. Very satisfied and will look into additional coverage in the future.

Everything was great with these guys when we were preparing to switch companies. Ricki and Paula got a quote to us super fast and were able to answer all of our questions quickly. My auto insurance premium was due by October 15th. I mailed them a check on October 4th, with postal tracking to make sure it got there. It got tracked until October 11th, when the postal website said it was "on its way, but running late". It never updated from there, so on October 17th I went to my agent's office (Siegert-Lees Insurance) and explained my problem to Rikki Woolard. She tried to check on it but the auto insurer's website was backed up, as was their phone line. So Rikki said she'd call me when she got an answer. She persisted, and later called to let me know that the insurer had received my check on October 10th, and everything was fine.So there were two takeaways from this experience: (1)It's good to have a local insurance agent who will go to bat for you if you need help, and (2) the U.S. Postal Service leaves a lot to be desired. This is not the first time that I paid for tracking that the USPS never followed through on. At least I had the folks at Siegert-Lees to help me with this problem.

I am the owner of Macon County Fence Company. I would highly recommend using Siegert-Lees Insurance for any of your insurance needs, I have been with mike for over 3 years now with all of my business insurance, he is the most competitively priced company that I have found. I have even had to file a claim before and it went smoothly and my insurance rates didn t increase!

I have been with Siegert-Lees for over 20 years. Had a recent claim and Rikki, Mike and Paula did wonderful helping me with it. Always friendly and quick response time. They checked on me while the repairs were going on to make sure everything was going ok.
