I'm very glad I called, Jim, as I would have more than likely traveled back to IN or OH to purchase our second camper. However, once I spoke to Jim on the phone and met him in person, there was no doubt, I knew I was purchasing my 5th Wheel from Countryside Campers. A great family atmosphere, always willing to answer questions, and quite frankly, Jim and Sharon are just simply down to earth, good people! Have been doing business with them for many years. They are honest people, helpful, friendly, will help you find what you need, reasonable repairs, and profit does not come first but satisfying the customer does. Cannot find enough words to praise their work ethic. They have always done well for us. More than friends, they are family. Good people.

Edited 11/30/19-The people seem really nice, but waiting 12 weeks now for a part, 6 weeks since I called and was told they would take one off of a camper on the lot and send it to us. Starting to feel like we made a mistake buying our camper from them. Update.. finally received the whole speaker..just needed the front cover. Still believe they are good people..not sure why it took so long to get a part.

Hot water heater quit at campground..Went in and talked to Jim and he recommended a couple things. Bought parts and went back to campsite and installed. Have hot water again! Jim was so helpful on diagnosing and how to install. Highly recommended! Thanks very much, Jim!

Best RV repair place around...30 minutes from a campsite we broke an axle broke. Thankfully we were 5 minutes from countryside. Jim and his staff worked hard to get us back on the road in 2 days.Would definitely use them againIf you are headed to Lake Shelbyville stop by, they have a great camp store too

Jim & Sharon...THE WHOLE TEAM! .We had so many issue come up while trying to purchase a camper (our truck tow capacity was to small for a camper we picked out and drove 2 hours for.) so we weren t able to pull and Jim was so kinda as well as his workers to help us find one we could pull due to us leaving the very next day for the cross country drive for full rv living. We were so lucky that they were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were there for 4 hours or more due to all our complications with the 1st camper (was not countrysides camper) but they were incredible.I highly recommend!Thank you guys so much we re almost there & haven t had any issues-the Rothwell s

The lady that answered the phone was soooo great. She made us feel so important.Jim was excellent he was so personal. He walked us through our problems and was so helpful . Omgosh I love this place.

Awesome customer service! Nobody had what we were looking for, for repairs that were much needed. Not only did they have the part but had additional recommendations when I ask about our refrigerator not working correctly.

I am so lucky I stumbled on them years ago. This is our 2nd round of trailer camping and the service and unselfish helpfulness they provide is worth the drive. Great shopping experience and everytime I walk in their employees make sure we are taken care of. Absolute highest recommendation! Thank you Jim (and staff)

Jim is always able to help us . We have enjoyed our Durango 5th wheel for 9 urs now. And we are hard on it and have replaced antennas, refrigerator and air conditioner promptly . Recommend Country Campers to everyone.

Everytime were camping around the Shelbyville area, we always stop in and get supplies at countryside. The people are so nice and helpful, and if they don't have it they will get it shipped . Huge selection. Highly recommend

Purchased a 5th wheel at considerable cost 2 years ago. Warranty ran out and I still have items that were not addressed.treats warranty work like a joke. Will never return or recommoned
