I don't have too much good I bought a deep cycle battery there for $160 a certain person borrowed it from me and traded it in for two new batteries in my name using my name and they knew he was using because when I went in there they gave me my money back for my Marina battery because this dude gave me a battery to back that wasn't even mine it didn't look nothing like mine so I and they knew what was going on they told me he traded in that battery for two new ones I thought that was a bunch of bull and they knew it so with that said AutoZone or is it too good on their security because they knew this guy he's in there all the time and they let him use my name to trade in them batteries that's not good business

Great friendly service! Our battery died on a long road trip went in to get the battery and Dave brought his whole tool set out when we said we needed to change it in the parking lot.

Amazing customer service!! Store manager went out of her way to change my battery in the parking lot so I wouldn t have to take it to a shop. I appreciate everything her and her team did for me. You guys are the best!!

Fast, friendly experience. Woman behind the counter was able to guide me to what I needed fast and knowledgeably. I was in and out in just a few minutes. She provided tips and how to get the simplest mail in rebate instructions with the fastest results. I was very pleased with my visit.

What's happened to this auto zone? They need to retrain their employees. Last three times we purchased from here we were sold the wrong items. Will use Napa from now on, at least they don't sell you the wrong items just to be making a sale.

Horrible. When I have to explain the difference between shoes and pads you shouldn t be working an auto parts counter. When you get something as simple as an oil filter wrong, you shouldn t be working an auto parts counter. What a joke. I ll drive thirty miles out of my way before shopping here again.

Went there got brake pads and front rotors front pads was the only this they made the rotors correct nut then the 0back pads took me a week to do the job cause I live 17 miles away
