Very professional and most importantly not pushy in any way. Checked everything that needed to be serviced and I was out of there quickly.I was greeted by Ray with a bottle of water before I pulled into the garage. It was a nice gesture and it sets this place apart from any other oil change facility.I really enjoy the fact I don't have to leave the car when I arrive. Makes it very convenient when there is little time in life. Some places take 30 minutes or more.Nick, the gentleman who handled the sale, was very professional and informative. Most importantly you can tell that him and the facility are genuinely concerned about your satisfaction.

I just had a GREAT experience here. Veronika was very knowledgeable, and didn t make me feel pressured. I ve worked in the auto industry previously so I know she knew what she was talking about. The other workers who worked on my car were quick but thorough. 5/5 would recommend to everyone I know.

Very happy at my recent visit at take 5. Polite staff , stay in car. Fast and thorough.This was a great experience since my local Jiffy Lube in Oak Forest did not have an Oil filter That was needed for my wife s car. And was told I had to go to the dealership. ? THANKS TAKE 5

Need an oil change stop by and see Nick and Jesus. They are awesome friendly and customer attentiveness. They will explain step-by-step the process and will answer any questions you may have. They are super fast, clean and safe.

The service i received was beyond amazing, from the moment I pulled into the bay, I was informed of all of my options, and was not only recommended my options for my vehicle but was also informed of each option that was presented to me so that I could better explore my options. I can t recall the assistant manager name, but he was super awesome, him and the whole team, i definitely recommend this location!!!

I saw this business on my way to work. I had just left another Take 5 after waiting 5 minutes at the garage door and having someone notice me but didn't acknowledge me. I left. I pulled into this Take 5, immediately I was acknowledged offered a bottle of water and directed inside. The employees were efficient and very kind. The manager Ray was very welcoming and accommodating. I will be back and tell others about this business.

Great service!! Brought my car in between oil changes for my tire light. They checked my tires and the light went off! No charge! Gave me a bottle of water too! Very nice people!

I love getting my oil changed at Take-5! I m always greeted with a bottle of water and a smile. They are fast and efficient. I m able to get my oil changed during my lunch break!

Nick was a great manager, he was knowledgeable and explained things in a way that I would understand, the other 2 coworkers were super efficient and nice. They also gave us 2 bottles of water while we waited. Would 10 out of 10 recommend friends or family to go!One love

Excellent service. Great guys who care about your vehicle and you as a customer. They inspect your car and inform you what you may need, but they do not pressure you to buy anything extra as at some other oil places do. I appreciate their customer service and will definitely come back to this location for future oil changes.

I Went there a last Saturday for an oil change. The employees smelled like straight marijuana, to the point where my children asked what the smell was, and were visibly under the influence. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will go out of my way to steer my family and friends away from this shop. Too bad google doesn t let me select zero stars.

I have gone to various locations for my oil changes in my many years of driving and not only were they efficient but they were by far the most courteous and friendliest and took the time to answer my questions. Getting an oil change is never fun. But this place was really quick, everyone was very professional & they even offered a cold water bottle while I was waiting to get finished. Nice touch! The prices were competitive & it included free topoffs in-between services. So I'll be back.
