I don't like leaving negative reviews and I hate being the bearer of bad news, but if you value and care for your car then steer as far away from this Walmart Auto Center as possible. Customer service is pretty atrocious and some of the men there will lie to you without any hesitation. Last time I came in for an oil change, paid $90+ for full synthetic. About a month later my check engine light came on. Went to my mechanic and he told me the oil was low and very dirty as if I haven't changed it in over a year and mind you I don't even drive my car too much. Another time I came in to patch one of my back tires and after my car was done one of the mechanics there told me my suspensions were bad and needed to be replaced. Again, went to my own mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong with them. If you want to waste your time and money, go ahead. But as I said before this place is overall a dumpster fire. I know that maybe these employees don't get paid enough as mechanics, but I sure as hell am not gonna spend money, time and effort on an establishment that rips me off and doesn't give a flying damn about their customers and does not prioritize the safety of their vehiclesServices: Tires, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

One of the bad service in US.Appt at 3 PMThey took car at 4:10The first 30mins they walking around car and talking. They do nothing.And change 4 tires took 2 hours.They are slow and not professional.They also take another car when my car was in box.They made another car earlier than my.Not recomended

Went to get new tires. Checked tire pressure before paying . Each tire has different pressure, like 40 on 32, 38 on 30 , 33 on 30, 37 on 30. When I asked them why? The answer was accident happens . Plus to it they told me that my car will be ready in about hour and 30 minutes. I came 3 hours after I dropped my car and they didn t even start to work on my car. Lousy service ! Workers are not competent enough to handle the job!

They tried to scam me. I asked for tire rotation and i paid for it and it was never done also anything that was touched by the tech is covered with oil. I got a refund but i didn't appreciate the fact that they thought i wouldn't find out. Cars have cameras these days!!! Also it says on the receipt that i declined adding washer fluid to the car. No one ever asked me im not happy with this service and I'll never come back here again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!I made the appointment 4 days ago for Sunday at 7am. The Auto care Center should be opened at 7am, and the door was only opened at 7:20 - my car was not touched until 8:10 and they only served customers without appointments. What is the point of having appointments when the employees don't care about them? Lousy service ! Workers are not competent enough to handle the job!I highly do not recommend this place !!!!!!

I came early in the morning and waited 8 almost 9 hours to receive 2 back tires on my Jeep. I was told if I came in the morning I would be 1st up . So I came early in the morning and didn t leave until night time. They were putting people ahead of me and not only were they putting people ahead of me but every time I asked how long would it take for me to be in the shop they always said your next up. This was one of my worst shop experiences ever and I didn t even receive a courtesy discount or anything. I would not recommend this place for tire work.

I didn t have any problems with the actual service. However, the employees are very slow with the clerical work and everything other than the mechanic work. I ordered tires online to be installed and after waiting for 10 minutes, the employee essentially sent me on a wild goose chase searching for the online order pickup people who are in the garden center for some reason. Even the employee fulfilling the pickup commented on how lazy the auto employees are. After I got a call saying my tires were installed, I had to wait 15 minutes for the auto manager to come from the depths of who knows where in Walmart to help complete my payment.

Terrible place with a bunch of lazy people who don t want to work. I dropped off my car for oil change at 7:15 am and they didn t even touch my car till 9:30 am. When I asked the guy said we will pull in now and nothing happened even after another 15 min. So I asked them for my key and went to Carx right across the street. Carx pulled in my car within 15 min and took care of my oil change. Run away from this trash Walmart with bunch of lazy people who don t want to work on clock. I am giving 1 star because it s required to choose one if not nothing for them.

Called the auto center to fix a tire with a nail or tack was told to bring it over time 1100 am got their took my info waited checked 1 hour later my SUV was still sitting outside had lunch went back tome 1pm vehicle still sitting asked the rep who was playing on his phone that they have not got to it their was no techs inside working a car that was inside was the same car I seen 2 hours before the guy I talked to said we must of got appts coming in liar.Anyway I advise do not use this pkace.

I got a standard oil change here this morning. No wait. They did a good job. It was a half an hour. My car runs better. The only reason I took one star off is the lady I first dealt with at the front desk needed an attitude adjustment. I almost walked away and said the heck with it due to her but I did it anyway.The rest of the men I dealt with after that were very very nice...It was a decent and convenient place for an oil change....

Ordered tires online and had an appointment window via email between 2-3pm today for installation,came at 2:20pm , they said im late and need to wait at least 2 hours! Unacceptable service! Very disappointed !

Got new tires about 2 months ago. Picked up a nail, tired multiple times to get it repaired only to be told they are not taking anymore vehicles today. Called once again today at 3:10 and told there is already 2 cars there and they need to finish them before they close at 4. Website says they are open until 7pm. Website needs to be updated to reflect correct hours. Very frustrating

Never seen such unprofessional service , I called them to inquire and they told me that swapping already mounted and balanced tire is equal to tire rotation and they charge 2.50 per tire. I was like wow that's inexpensive at about $12 whereas I am charged at least $30 for tire swap which also not expensive though. They advised to come early in morning to avoid rush. I was at the center at 7:45 am since they open at 8:00 am ; I went in and they gave me estimated of $120 for 4 tires though it's quoted as $2.50 per tire on their rate board. Then they decreased it to $60 for for 4 tires. Who charges $60 for swapping already mounted and balanced tires . They quoted it's labor intensive as reason but when I asked for the logic of how it is more labor intensive than rotating the tires , they started raising the voice , Beth was the name of the person. I just wasted my morning , I should have just taken $30 services from anywhere which is anyways inexpensive but $12 made be greedy. Now I feel that I wasted my time for pennies but at same time the horror stories I have been hearing about this center is true.

Literally just wanted to drop my car off overnight so they could plug 1 tire. And they re closing at 5:30 when they say online they re open til 7pm. All three techs were standing around and didn t want to take my car for the night. I wish I could just go home whenever I felt like it? What s the point of posting hours? This is when people get off of work?

Fixed my tire. I Had a flat tire on my car and ended up driving it to this store. There is not any gas stations to fix them any more. It's nice to go to Walmart because there is so many of them near by where ever you are. As I waited they fixed the tire. wait 60 minutes. Overall a good experience

I went to buy a car battery and also installation at 5 pm. The person at the counter (Gerald), he is very old and not able to service people fast, he took 30minutes to serve a single customer and then manager came at 5:45, I asked him if they can do installation he said it is late and they are not taking any more cars now. I have waited for almost 40 mins to hear that there are about to close. The fault is with the slow and don t care attitude of the people working at Walmart. DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS PLACE FOR AUTO SERVICE. PLEASE AVOID.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I brought my car in for an oil change, check to make sure they had the right oil and the right oil filter since my car is less common car. There should be they did, that would be about 20 minutes to do the oil change. One hour later, they give me my car back and said that they don't have an oil filter for my car. It's not the fact that they didn't have the part that bothers me, it's the fact that it took them an hour to realize that. And what I asked why it took so long for them to realize that, they laughed it off. I would highly recommend avoiding this Walmart tire and oil for any sort of service.

During the recent snow and freezing rain, my wiper blade broke. Not a big deal repair but YOU try seeing/driving with the snow from tire spray of other vehicles. SCORE ! Walmart had the blades I needed. The mechanic at the auto desk was quick to schedule the blades and gave approximate wait time. Before long my wipers were replaced and all four tires aired up too ! Thanks guys ! Great service !

Avoid at all costs. It will serve you well to find a better place to get your tires serviced. no one was at the front desk to help when I went. I waited for 30 mins for someone to show up at the front desk just to schedule service. just read all the reviews below. I'm mad that they wasted my time, but I'm actually glad no one was there because they probably would of done a terrible job.

Busted a lug stud off the hub passenger front. Didn't tell me. Manager was rude and unprofessional. Unwilling to even talk, seemed distracted looking at women.

Had a flat tire on my car and ended up driving it to this store. They did not have my tire in stock but were able to order it in one day. As I waited they put on my spare. The next day I arrived but the tire was not mounted to my rim and had to wait 90 minutes event though they said it would be ready. Overall an average experience.

That was the horrible, terrible, worst service ever that I've seen. I took my car for tire installation, I had to wait over 5 hours plus they suck it up my tmps sensor which is came on my dashboard after two hours of installation. Do not waste your time and money over here.

2nd time I tried to stop in this week during business hours and the auto department is closed, lights off, shutdown. Don't list your auto department as open if it's not. You have enough people working here that someone can update the accurate hours.

very unprofessional services! I have my Camry 4 tires changed and they even don't bother to inflate tires after installation. for safety concerns, I have to say, stay away from this auto center.

Took my car for a synthetic oil change. After the change noticed my car hesitated when trying to accelerate. Had to take my car back to the dealership to get looked at. Walmart put in too much oil, drained some of my trans fluid among other things. To add insult to injury they just checked the boxes on things like checking the air filter or filling th washer fluid. Stay away

Changed my tires here. They can t took off my one tire. And told me to go to other place. They are here tire center who can t take care of the tires!!!!! Waste of time

Went in to get some tires Sean was great. Was in and out quickly and the quality of service was amazing. He was so friendly and helpful I will definitely be going here for future service Sean was professionally very happy with tires.
