Professional, straightforward, and upfront about pricing.Note: 2% card transaction.Was able to see me with short notice, confirmed a diagbosis, discussed the safety and needs for repairs and the choices for the fix without upselling anything. Repaired the vehicle in a quick time frame (3 hrs). Would recommend.

I just walked out of Top Notch I had an appointment at 5pm, I talk to the owner 3 times this week to make this appointment... I showed up on time and he tells me that he forgot about me and can t take my car in for a tire job... think twice before taking your car to this shop also the owner is very unprofessional....

Stay away from the place. They are cheating their costumers on services and don t actually do what they are getting paid for. Very arrogant people working there too. Place should be called Fraud Auto Repair.

By far the Best auto repair service in the northwest suburbs! Everyone who needs a mechanic they can rely on for accurate diagnosing, repairs and reliability go see Roger he is my go to guy for all my car needs. Thank you for taking such good care of my family and friends who were referred to you by me and will go no where else should they require your honesty and skill! Cannot express how happy and relief I am to have found a reliable and affordable auto repair service. I was having issues with my car and the mechanic was phenomenal. Affordable, friendly efficient service. Anyone having issues with their vehicles do not hesitate to contact them.

Extremely rude would never go here again. You cant even finish a sentence before being told NO. I regret recommending a few people to them. At first they were ok because I spent thousands on a fixture they did. My wife found this place as she is Polish and prefers using Polish mechanics.I've brought both our 2010 Sienna and 2014 Versa Note in for repairs. It's a small place so I dealt with Jacek, the owner, both times. I found Jacek great to work with (contrary to another review I read here). He communicated the auto issues well, laid out options, and fixed what needed to be fixed. On both occasions, he could have taken me for way more money than he actually charged.I'm very happy with service here and plan to return in future.
