I went here for the first time to do oil change. Very good experience. They took care of requests very fast and provided options for oil etc. Glad I went here instead of high priced dealership. Highly recommend this place.

I visit here regularly for my oil changes. They are fast and get the job done right each time. They don't push unnecessary services to you, but do recommend when they are needed. I've been happy with their work for the 100,000 miles I've already put on my car and I don't see any reason why that would change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Thank you Miklo for his services today. My Rav4 is now smoother, quieter and responsive after his extensive trans and diff oils check then top off. He was very professional, knowledgeable and supper supportive and answered all of my questions. Will come here again on my next oil change.

Was able to get in on a Sunday before traveling for medical reasons and they were nice enough to also install the new wipers I recently purchased.Friendly, quick, and reasonably priced for a synthetic oil change.

I handle myself with integrity, and I expect people to do the same. Duke of oil is just disappointing. They said two things: "what are you here for?" And "I need your keys." I waited in the office for them to talk to me to tell them the oil I wanted, and then all of a sudden they come out saying my name. Didn't ask me what oil I wanted, and they didn't even have my car down correctly. It's not like it says it on the back or anything. $70 seems super steep for an oil change right? I'm tired of men thinking they can take advantage of women like this. This whole thing was wrong. Poor customer service, poor communication, and poor work ethic. 0/10. My family and I have been very faithful to this place since I was in high school, but never again.Service: Oil change

I been taking my cars here for so many years. I would never trust so other places. The great staff are amazing. JOE is a amazing person. This guys are fantastic, I really recommend this place.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this place. And let me tell you, it was an amazing experience! I came in for an oil change and they also fixed one of my reverse lights. From the moment I got out of my car for the service til I was done, was about 15 minutes. I forgot the guy's name who helped me when I first got there, but he was so kind and explained to me the difference of the oils, HE IS AWESOME! And Joe, the manager, I wish there were more like him. Very compassionate and you can tell he loves what he does. Unfortunately I am moving back to Texas next week and won't be back, wish I knew about this place sooner. Keep up the great work guys!Service: Oil change

Our company uses this location to take care of our fleet of vans and has been for many years now and they've been great! I take my own car there as well and they always do a great job and it's nice seeing a familiar face there all the time, I like that! They have many options for oil which fits all budgets!

After oil change oil dripping on my driveway. Had to go back and have them fix the problem. I asked the guy to check my oil to see if I lost a lot and he refused to check. I've changed my oil many times and never had a leak. In my opinion prices seem high.

Provides good service if you can get in.. They are rather slow and always have a line. I think they need to implement a online check in so you can show up get it done and go. Usually about 30 minute wait to get in and 30 minutes for the oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys are great extremely honest one time I took my car there and they told me even though it's been 6 months I don't need an oil change can't get much more honest than that highly recommend

I came in for an oil change and the rep offered to change the cabin filter. I agreed. The rep had no idea how to get to the cabin filter. He had to get the what I would assume to be the supervisor who proceeded to take my whole passenger side dash board apart... all they had to do was remove the glove box. This one extra step took them about an hour and a half to get the cabin filter changed. They put the dash board back together... but not correctly. None of it was flush with the rest of the dash board. I had to take it back apart when I got home to fix it... don't offer extra services if you or your company does not know how to do them

Happy happy I got brake at auto fix next door they are all sweet heart oil guy. I have a guy somewhere else done them ,he didn't care if I needed rotor But the manager at autofix He wanted me to drive safe and his worker show me part on my car watch for,, he told me about Mr.clean eraser mark on my rim and it work too I'm very happy my car stop for real no squeaks very little dust

The staff is very nice and knowledgeable, but their prices are quite a bit more than other local garages. If you go for the advertised oil change package make sure to double check they rotate your tires and top off your fluids. Not sure if they were riding because I came 45 mins before closing , but neither were done until I mentioned something.

The price here is reasonable and acceptable. Staffs here are professional and efficient. They change my engine oil, check a list of things as usual and give me free rotation and brake check! I like the services here! Absolutely come again next time!

I have bben coming to this place for quite some years now, but this weekend I went twice back to back to gwt some services done( coolant flush,oli change,power steering fkush, and 4x4 service), both days I had to be out before 9 a.m and Joe and gis crew made it happen. Nowadays is diificult to find business that deliver what they promised but this place is good on their word. Keep up the good workServices: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

I brought my car here to get my oil changed & to have them check out my brake light. Turns out my brake light was only on because of the emergency brake, but they told me my brake pads needed to be replaced soon. I could hear my brake pads somewhat crunching before I brought my car in, but it has easily gotten 10x worse since I brought it there. I think the mechanics did something to my brake pads to worsen them. Would only recommend coming here for an oil change.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Admittedly I am a stereotypical woman about car maintenance. I know the bare basics and anything I don t know, I take to Duke of Oil. The staff are wonderful, fast, and I truly don t feel intimidated or like I m being lied to when I take my car there. How fast they are while maintaining quality work is why they are 5 stars

Phenomenal customer service and most importantly something you wont find in any other shop in the area...HOSPITALITY!Staring with the manager Joe, who always exceeds my expectations with his desire to save me the most money and protect my vehicle .After my service today , Joe invested more time to eliminate a problem with my vehicle that was not relevant to my visit. For that , Joe and the team of DUKE earns my unconditional loyalty and a 5 star review!

I drive 30 minutes from my house to specifically go to this Dukes of Oil location. Exceptional service, fast, great pricing and even offer free tire rotation with your oil change. They re also extremely honest and it s hard to find that in the industry and they ll only suggest extra services when your car is in ACTUAL need of the service. I ve been going to this location for 4 years now and see no reason to EVER go anywhere else.
