The guys at Spring Align worked great with helping me figuring out my springs on my 2004 Ranger bass boat trailer. I ve waited till now to leave a review because I wanted to make sure all was fixed properly and it s great. My boat dealer couldn t figure it out at all. From buying new springs from Spring Align and the boat dealer replacing them to finally just taking the boat to Spring Align and what an awesome job they did. I had the work done in late May 2024. The problem was that the fenders were hitting the tire and the axle looked out of place. In the pic you can see the gaps close in the back and bigger gap in the front. Still fishing and coming home with full live wells and gear the fenders are not hitting and the trailer even pulls better on the road. If you have issues with your boat trailer I highly recommend getting your work done here. Just a big thanks to these guy s.

Brought my 77 Chrysler in with sagging leaf springs. They were able to add a leaf, replace the hardware and bushings. They also repaired a damaged shock mount. It's hard to find a good shop to work on antique or classic cars and this place does an excellent job.

I love this shop! Extremely talented, professional, thorough, yet very customer friendly, fair, and honest. They quickly and correctly diagnosed an issue that NOBODY else (including GM dealers, transmission shops, and the Internet LOL) understood - I had the famous "Chevy wobble" on my GMC 3500 Sierra dually - where the steering wheel would violently shake at 40+ MPH. I THOUGHT I took really good care of my truck, oil changes, tires, brakes, etc., but they found and repaired steering related parts that had worn out from lack of lubrication - which my ex-shop said they were doing each time my oil was changed. It turns out that there are 9 grease fittings on the front end - and 5 of them require removing a dust cover and one other item to access. Obviously, the ex-shop never did a thorough job - too lazy or greedy I suppose. John offered to be my new source for lubrication to ensure all parts are well maintained! I've done business with them for 10 years and they will remain my first choice for all suspension and spring/shock related work. Truely a hidden gem in today's world!

I own a landscaping company and took my 3500 Chevy Silverado HD dump truck here a few days ago and had an incredibly awesome experience. I knew I needed an alignment and it turned out I needed a couple extra parts installed. The pricing for parts and labor was more than fair, and the speed at which they repaired my truck was very impressive. As soon as I took it off the lot, I noticed a very big difference in how the dump truck handled and how smooth ride was John was my direct contact and I spoke with Chuck a couple times as well. Both of them are standup, gentlemen and I ll absolutely be returning here.. Thanks for the wonderful work, Spring Align!

after more years and vehicles than i can remember, this buisness is the benchmark of the industry. a dinasour in an age declining workmanship and service. john and the guys are more artists than mechanics. never have i had to return a vehicle for repair of what they do. great job today guys as usual . thankyou

Customer Service Is phenomenal I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!! Jake is so kind and genuine and honestly does more than he gets paid for frankly deserves a raise or a higher title in this company keep up the good work guys will be sending more of our trucks out to you!!! Keep that Dan kid as well I only want him working on my trucks for our company! He does a Phenomenal job every time!!!!!

I had a great experience upgrading my NV1500 suspension. Jake was great from the time I called to ask questions, to the delivery of my truck. He was honest, knowledgeable, and very professional. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you and Wow nice work! Your team absolutely nailed the spring upgrade on my 1998 Dodge Ram!Short story:My wife and I purchased a truck camper that weighs 3500lbs dry, for our 1998 Dodge Ram 3500 and we soon discovered that we needed to do something with the rear suspension as the truck was dragging and felt unsafe with the camper and all of our gear. While I was pricing the options for leveling out the truck I called Spring-Align and questioned installing air bags vs springs. You talked me into springs and quoted me $800 or less. Considering air bags with a compressor were $1200 not installed I went for the springs. I dropped the truck off on a Friday afternoon. By Monday afternoon you called me to tell me the truck was done and the bill was under $650. I was initially very impressed with the speed and price of the upgrade. Your team added 2 leafs to the rear springs with new U-Bolts and other required hardware. The install was clean and very professional. (FYI, I am and ASE Certified Mechanic) So not only did you save me money, but I never had to put a wrench on my truck. Today I put the camper on the truck. Right away I noticed a difference in the way the truck sat with the 3500lb Camper on it. So I secured the camper and took it for a test ride over some rough roads and S-Turns. OMG was I impressed! It was like a new truck, Smooth and no longer scary to drive. The truck was stable and felt so much safer. But wait it doesn't stop there, the truck and camper sat completely level while fully loaded so I don't have to use the jacks to level the camper out just to sleep. As an added bonus the truck didn't ride any rougher than it did before the spring upgrade.So I want to say thanks. You saved me time, labor, money, and most of all I have a piece of mind that I don't have to worry about air bags blowing out or leaking. Our truck is much safer thanks to Spring-Align.Thanks,Mike

I called asking for a spring light truck , was told 600$ for a top leaf n the whole spring has 3 leafs...The dealer told me 430$ for whole spring and internet has It for 390$ ..also the guy who picked up has n attitude and gets iritated for asking him a simple question..Wait!!!! IM CHECKING!!!!! TALK TO YOUR MOM LIKE THAT LOOSER

Over 30some years ago I dropped off a 1970 blazer off to replace front springs and picked it up a few hours later. I remembered that last week when My most used peace of equipment dump trailer was out of commission and needed a specialist to get it fixed right and ASAP and they handled it again! Should deserve a couple extra star's for honestly also as called me back right away when they realized t gave them a extra 100$ bill that was new stuck togetherness

I recently purchased a 79 pontiac that needs some love. I drove all the way from Chicago to palatine from a reference of a friend. The car needed leaf springs badly.Best decision ever! Easy to work with, prompt and thorough service.

I needed some parts to finish an install at home. I'm angry I didnt just buy everything from them right off the bat. Such better quality then any auto parts stores from here and not even a big price difference. You guys made my day easier thanks. Even if you do your own work at home just buy parts from here and life is easier.

Awesome service! Everyone was very knowledgable and clearly explained to me my truck's spring issues and alignment! I would highly recommend anyone has spring and alignment issues on larger trucks like mine to visit them because are by far the experts for that kind of job! I would highly recommend! I wasn't sure if they could fix a lean on my Class C RV's suspension, so I emailed the manager Charlie and he got back to me with detailed advice quickly, even on the weekend! Brought the rig in and they fixed her right up in a couple of hours. No more lean! Thanks Charlie and team!

Couple months ago I stopped in for rear shackle bolts for my 99 Silverado. Pricing was in line with other places I called but more importantly they had them read to go when I walked in, being that my truck was at home in pieces. I shouldn't have asked how much they charge to replace the rear shackles. I don't remember the exact number, but it was definitely a fair price for the amount of work involved to change ONE shackle if you have a rusty truck like me :-).Next time I will definitely be calling them FIRST before getting myself neck deep in a job!

What good things can you say about a company which cancels a reservation made over a week ahead because of equipment failure and wants to reschedule you six weeks in the future.Nobody will blame you for a breakdown because they happen. If you cared about your customers than there's accommodations that can be made. I'll work a little later or earlier to get a job done if it's been held up. But that's because I care about my customers needs.

Called them to explain what spring I needed, the guy would even listen to me. Said they needed to look at the spring to make one that would work. I had all the dimensions, length, width, application and he said they would have to see it and it would take 5 days. I guess they don't want to sell people springs. The size I need is very common and I would have bought them no matter how much because I need them fast. Oh well. Their lose.

Brought in my 1930 Ford for a toe in adjustment. It has never handled better, no more bouncing all over the road. They also did a complete steering and suspension safety check before I left. Thank you guys!
