Rei and Mark are consummate professionals. They took great care of my M240i, helping to install a coilover kit. I was having some issues with the supplier, but they were patient and even helped coordinate some other work at a nearby shop while we awaited the part. The work was completed with a lot of care and attention to detail. R&M are honest guys who are perfectionists and always took time to respond promptly to my emails and questions. When they couldn't perform the final alignment on the car they told me, where I've had other incidents where a mechanic told me the alignment was performed only to (apparently) be lied to, as pointed out by the BMW service center. I will definitely return and recommend R&M to fellow enthusiasts.

They do everything. Oil change and maintenance on my 95 Honda Acty Kei truck or and entire motor rebuild and upgrade on my high horsepower MK7 GTI. They are the best and I will always trust them to work on my Cars

These guys are very honest and really care about the customers. I booked an appointment for brake pads and rotors replacement, but Rei checked the brake and did some maintenance and charged 60 dollars where as the brake pads and rotors would have costed me 800+ dollars. The brakes are working fine now. I would definitely recommend these guys!!!!

These guys are the best honest no pressure easy to work with group. This is such refreshing change with some of the other shops that are out there that take advantage of people. Second visit to this shop. Mark did a fantastic job with my car. It was just him at the shop but he was able to do a oil change, breaks & fix a tire pressure sensor for me. This is a shop I can trust my car to.

I wish there is no star in reviews. This place is a complete joke. I just went in today to this place to get oil change done. There was an Asian guy who quoted 25$ in the beginning and once after the work is done, he said its 30$ to the other guy who was not there from the beginning and the Asian guy holded firm on his lies just to make everyone believe.. he himself is embarrassed to see my face or even talk to me.eventually I ended up in doing some charity works for this beggars in business. I wish Asian guy should be ripped off by someone who belongs to different community.. 5$ charity isn't a problem for me, but the way these guys do business is totally unfair and frustating.. I suggest no one goes to this jokers for car service.. these are complete jokers I have ever seen in Illinois in business. YOU GUYS WILL GO DOWN FOR SURE...

My mom discovered this place, and ever since then, my family and I have been bringing our vehicles for service and repairs here; We own Honda, Saab, and Nissan.Reliable service is hard to find these days... But Mark and Rei (staff, and owners) they both go far and beyond!They're honest, hardworking and knowledgeable. Had a great experience here. Could not have been more professional and were even able to get me in quickly to fix my brakes on one days notice. Great value for the price, the work was performed quickly. I have nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend.

This is the only place I will ever take my car. Not only is it clean, the mechanics take the time out of their day to explain everything. The labor & parts prices are super competitive and affordable and they get the work done super quickly. I ve had my fair share of work done to my car and have only good things to say about this shop. Highly recommend!

This is the best auto repair experience I have ever had. Mark and Rei are two very talented and professional guys who provide quality service at a fair price. This place is a complete SCAM!! We paid them to look over a truck we wanted to buy since we live out of the area. I truly feel like the dealer colluded with them to only find minor issues with the truck. Turns out both the front coils on the quick struts are broken. We've had the truck less than a week, and there's no way with the rust on the end of the broken piece that it broke in the time we've had it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. If they are screwing with just our little amount, what are they going to do when you need to pay them a thousand dollars??? Totally NOT HONEST in my opinion.

These guys seriously know what they're doing. Extremely professional and friendly.Two of my vehicles were built by R&M. I highly recommend them. They don't shaft you like other shops!

Had my BMW serviced here. Did a very big repair for an amazing price. Rei and Mark do amazing work. I m picky when it comes to people working on my car but I trust them to the T !!!! Id pick them any day over a stealership!

Rei and Mark are the owners. Went off word of mouth and overall good past reviews. Rei was easy to talk to about my concerns as I brought in over $1600 in parts and the E46 M3 needed extensive maintenance. Updated a few times as things came up and additional parts were needed. Wished some pics were taken during the two weeks of labor. Here's to a worry free E46 M3 for at least a couple of years.

I came here to get a detail done to my beloved Volvo. But not only that I also needed a fairly large vinyl removed as well. Rei and his team did a fantastic job of removing the vinyl and detailing the car back to its former glory. Can t even see if there was any discoloration from the where the vinyl was. A++ job. I also got a full radiator flush, because well it was time, he was able to fit that in with the detail. The price was more than fair considering the expertise that was put into the work. Keep it up guys! Will definitely be bringing my car back for more.

Mark and Rei are great. Very friendly and professional. They arent the closest shop to me but for the price and comfort of knowing they are the ones working on my car, i am more than happy to drive out to them. They are my go to for any jobs, big or small.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. Rei and Mark do everything top notch from fixing and building BMW's, revamping old school mustangs, swapping engines, keeping your daily running, and doing everything to your 30 year old jdm sh** box. Their communication is spot on and work ethic they have is unreal. Whatever you need auto related r&m is the answer!

These people are nuts! I called in for my 2005 Acura TL to put the bulbs and a new ballast, I had my own parts but still I was quoted $200 just for the labor, later in the day I ended up going to somewhere else and they charged me $70, not only that also they did the job in less than 1.5 hours. BEWARE FOLKS!!!!!

Trust these guys to service your vehicle! They go the extra mile to make sure it's running top notch. I am very pleased everytime I've had to bring it in. And the service are reasonably priced.
