They should fire arthur sucks as manager they should put denis as incharge im surprise that guy arthur is still working there always have bad buisness when arthur is there i just go across the street to auto advance and spend my money there instead

CJ helped us out today with a headlight issue and was courteous, professional, funny, and saved us some money! There s like 3 auto parts stores basically in a row but we ll go back to O Reilly because of him.

Stopped in here to get a cabin air filter and also an engine filter for my Mom's Cadillac XT4. Cabin filter in stock but VERY expensive. Engine filter in their warehouse and they want like 11 to ship it to their store on top of another very expensive filter. Never heard of going into a retail store and then having to pay shipping to the store. Got the filters on Amazon for better quality for about the cost of one of them at this place. And I had them within two days

Not a car guy in any capacity, my whole headlight is out and I need assistance putting new bulbs in, this is also due to lack of mobilizing in my wrist. I've had O'Reilly assit me with putting on wiper blades in the past at separate locations so I just wanted to ask if I purchased bulbs there, if they'd help me put them in. I wasn't rude and I wasn't expecting or demanding a yes or a "good" answer from the employee, just wanted to know where I could be helped at. She simply replies "uh...no. I don't have anyone else here and I can't."Which, fine, I understand. She said this very flatly and as if I was being annoying for not knowing this prior to calling. In the middle of saying "oh, okay, thank you anyways" she scoffs and hangs up midway through. Glad I saved myself the trip and additionally now know where I won't find friendly service. I understand being frustrated and tired with/at work but so is everyone else in the time we are living in. I'm not asking anyone to be chipper and sunshine but good grief.

Ordered 1 gallon spray wax 19 days ago, $30 with tax and SHIPPING! to their own store, their own product that they offer. They never got it for me, screwed around with stories for almost 3 weeks. Today I decided to cancel the order, waited long enough. Guess what, they cannot return the shipping charges, for the product that was never delivered to their store. Very sad experience.

It's my only place I buy from any more they all ways try to help even when the cashiers have no idea what the part you're asking for. But still be able to get it for you they price match or lower the price if you can't afford it all the way it may not happen all the time but when you're a loyal customer like I am trying to help out as much as they can without getting in trouble 10 for 10

Manager was not helpful; customer service was abysmal. They lack communication skills. They were unwilling to allow seat covers to be checked for fit before purchased, but said, [I could] buy them and return them if they didn t fit. No thanks.

Was stereotyped when walked into an Oreillys location in Paletine Illinois on rand road and felt very uncomfortable by an employee there. She gave off an vibe that she didn t want to help me and Questioned me if I was handicap or not, when finished told another employee to check me out and walked in the back to do nothing. Asked the other employee did they ask frequently about handicap parking and he said they did not. I m not one to do reviews but this didn t sit right with me and I will not be visiting that location again.

I was in the parking lot get out to see my husband walked to the side walk but before I got there I stepped on a big staple and it went right through my gym shoe and then my toe. I said something to the man inside he was not responding like he did not want to know. My husband went inside and he didn't want to give his name. My husband had to tell him you we will call the police then he did. Not to good of a employee

Not always have the parts you need. If they do, they are likely to be more expensive than Autozone or Advance
