I went in last night to visit the showroom last minute. Sheldon was my contact over the phone but he was busy with another customer. Paris wound up helping me out. Really nice gentleman! We test drove a Forester Wilderness and I knew this was the car for me. It was a great experience from the sales perspective, as I did not feel like a number. Paris and Sheldon worked together to help me out. Theo and I worked through the final numbers on the car; it was a quick, painless process. Paris then got things set up with the Starlink and before I knew it, I was in the finance office with Chris, what a great guy. He was helpful in laying out the final numbers and could not have been more efficient. I was in and out of the dealership in just over 2 hours on a new car purchase w/ a trade! Unreal experience rolled out by Theo and his team!

Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions. They truly focused on what I said ai was interested in and at no time did they try to upsell me. My salesman. Sunny. was most professional. The finance person. Chris. Was concerned that I would not be paying for items and coverages I did not want. I was happy to have purchased a vehicle with caring people!

My wife and I stopped by to test drive a couple models and our salesperson was very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We weren't interested in buying anything that day, but our salesperson asked that we meet the General Manager before leaving or he'd get in trouble. Not wanting that, we obliged and were led inside to meet the GM, who was seated at a desk eating a giant sandwich. Clearly more enthused by his sandwich than by meeting us, he stayed seated and continued eating during our brief conversation. With his full mouth, greasy hands, and indifferent demeanor, we felt like we were meeting a two-bit mob boss in a b-movie and were very confused by this sales tactic. Do dealerships really think this is is effective? Is being introduced to the GM supposed to enchant customers into spending tens of thousands of dollars? What a waste of time, and we weren't even offered a bite of that sandwich.

UPDATE : due to this dealer's negligence, I was stranded on the side of the road because their tech forgot to remove a mechanic's tool that was hooked to my coil. This is what has been making the noise. This is a huge safety issue and they are lucky this didn't cause a car accident. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!Horrible experience. Had warranty work done and now the suspension is making a creaking noise over minor imperfections in the road. I thought I was doing the right thing using my Subaru Gold Plan warranty - what a scam. I feel used and abused. I know that even if I call and they offer with some generic reply below to "fix it" I'll be out another $750, so there is no point. I'll continue to be treated with condescension. Support your local shop instead.

My daughter and I walked into the dealership just to see what's on the market. My daughter has had a handful of terrible experiences purchasing vehicles and was more apprehensive than myself; even though we came to Subaru per her recommendation. She had a Subaru Forrester years ago that she swore by and insisted that I start by looking at Subarus. Little did we know that was going to be our only stop.We were greeted by Joe upon entry and he immediately put us at ease. He recognized my daughter's anxious demeanor and was patient and understanding throughout the entire process. So much to the point she walked out with a vehicle herself!When it came time for the paperwork they were very fair with our trade in value and made sure that our monthly payments aligned with our needs and expectations.Chris then helped us get our financing in place and negotiated with the banks like a the total pro that he is. He understood that we were on a time crunch, because after all we weren't expecting to actually buy anything, let alone 2 vehicles that day, and we had a prior commitment. Chris was amazing and reassured us that we were meant to come to Napleton Subaru first for a reason.Everyone treated us like family and both my daughter and myself are proud to be part of the Napleton Palatine Subaru family!

Maintenance was very costly; and had to play phone tag with staff. I appreciate the loaner. I understand that I needed to fill up the gas; however, I just use very minimal amount to get to work and home, so I was thinking it will be fine. Staff made a comment which I couldn t take lightly. I already spend a lot of money to get my car fix in your place; and very minimal cost of not being able fill up the gas could have slip away. You have made business either way.

Working with Sheldon was amazing! He was not pushy like other sales people. He really payed attention to my needs and my budget and was able to assist me on getting a WRX. He is a very lively and easy going. I would highly recommend you ask for him if you are looking for a new car. I will be commons back in a couple of months to get a forester for my wife. This was the best car buying experience I have had. When you get there ask for Sheldon. He's great to work with and if there is a question he cannot answer, he will find someone who can. From the second I stepped foot into the dealership until I left, I felt nothing but welcome.There was a moment when I became upset due to a misunderstanding and Sheldon did a wonderful job of deescalating the situation and helping the deal close.I am more than happy with my new Solterra and with customer service at the level it is, I do not see myself getting anything but a Subaru going forward.

Horrible dealership. Will not go back. No communication after the sale. Mislead on financing. Asked for finance special and somehow a 840 credit score and 50 percent down doesn't qualify. Still don't have a title after 5 months on a new Ascent. Canceled the maintenance package and still haven't received a refund check after 5 months.

Miguel was extremely helpful and professional. I hate the car buying experience, but he made it seamless and easy. When I got there, the car was ready for a test drive and he accomodated my request to see the car on a lift for inspection in a matter of minutes which I expected to take much longer. I'm very pleased with the overall car buying experience and would definitely buy from Miguel in the future.

Had a great time getting a used crosstrek 2021 from Napletons.I worked with Sunny Nair on going for a test drive and discussing the price of the car. Was able to get a huge discount with the warranties with the finance guy, Chris. Chris will be the one to discuss the financing and calculating the apr for you if you were to finance. They were able to get me an apr that was a lot lower than what I found on my own with no prepayment penalties.Got everything settled within 2 days. No complaints at all. Would go back again if I were to look for a new car.

Stay away! This place is so desperate to sell that they are converting new cars to sell them as used to offer a bogus extended warranty of $2200 and a used car reconditioning fee of $770. They won't show you the number until the end of the sale. Be alert and stay away, especially from the GM Theo Davis. This guy will lie straight in your face. That's not how you do business, plus their vending machines are empty. Total joke

My wife and I just purchased a 2023 WRX Limited from Napleton Subaru Palatine. I can't say enough about how great the staff is here. From test drives and making a deal with Sunny, finance with Chris and Theo helping make our deal happen, this crew is unlike any other out there. Throughout the process, not only did we feel respected, but by the end, felt welcomed into an exclusive family.I've dealt with many dealerships throughout my car addiction, and these guys are simply the best. My family went in this past weekend for an oil change on our Outback and ended up trading it in to upgrade to an Ascent. Our salesman, Bobby, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable as he helped us to make the right choice of vehicle, as well as helping during the negotiation process to ensure we could come to a financial agreement that would work for our family to be able to afford the vehicle. While it's only been a few days, we are very happy with our purchase and look forward to the memories we will make with our new car.

I would give billion gold stars if I could. These people go above and beyond for the customer satisfaction and always on customer side. I worked with Theo Davis and Sheldon Joy following is my car buying story.I went to the store to purchase a previous loaner Subaru Outback but I ended up buying brand new Subaru Outback Touring XT on Jan26 2024 as I got the best deal for my trade in and great discount (probably best in North America) on new car from Theo.Since the car has been in inside of showroom for display for months, car battery got drained completely and contacted Sheldon and Theo immediately .They took care of the issue immediately by sending one of their manager(Thanks Peter) to jump start and replaced with brand new battery . Even though I was yelling at them they remain silent and polite here is the best part, I was asked to take that car to home for weekend and they offered another brand new car for my satisfaction I am picking it up now Jan 31 2024.My suggestion to car buyers, give a chance to this dealership they will never let you down and I am sure you get best deal from Theo.I will buy another car in future from this dealership only irrespective of my location.Thank youNagaraju kakkera
