This Napa store has been here forever. Juan helped me to find spark plugs & wires for an old Hyundai Elantra. Prices are comparable to other parts stores. The service is always excellent. The store is always neat and well stocked. No need to go to the Dealership unless you are rich.

I haven't shopped at Napa in years and after this experience I will continue to shop at O'Reilly's just up the street. I pull into the parking lot which could be compared to a demolition derby track. Once I'm inside two people behind the counter are watching me look at products on the shelving units that haven't been organized since the great depression with no interest if they can help me. After walking right by the front counter to the darker side of the store where none of the lights work, I still have yet to be greeted or asked if I need help. After still not finding the oil I'm looking for I notice the store really hasn't been cleaned since 1976 when it was probably built, but hey! That's one way to turn your white floor to black floor at no cost!!! If I could rate this wonderful Napa store I'd give it 0.5 out of 5 stars since the open sign was at least still lighting up.

Good store. Helpful counter people. If they don't have it they can get it fast. fair prices. Store hours could be better.

Great customer service they helped me with getting the parts I needed I also had to order some parts and they got them within the same day great service over here.
