My first time to this gas station, the pump screen instructed me to pay inside. I attempt to. The worker was talking to a customer about his lottery tickets. I waited. I asked could I get gas , I was told the system was down. As he's looking at the lottery customer, I'm thinking he meant the lottery system. I said no sir I'm wanting gas, he looks at the lottery customer and said , what's wrong didn't I explain myself, people don't listen. With attitude. I interjected, by saying sir, I want gas not lottery, his reply, looking at the other customer, what's the problem, I said the system is down I'm closing out. I felt he was rude to me, and I replied sir I didn't know if you meant lottery or the pumps. You didn't explain to me the issue. I said fine I will go elsewhere, now he wants to offer me a free water or coffee. Refused it, left and am not going back. I assured him I was fine. He obviously had a problem. his attitude was not good.

It's a useful place if you have no reason to go inside or talk to them at all. Pay at the pump is the only thing they're good for. Just another gas station that Probably complains about how the corporation gas Stations are getting so much business. Maybe it's because they care about their customers. When a customer can stand in your store yelling that they need help eventually just having to leave because you can't even be bothered to show your face to help... it's clear you could not care less about customers. On the other hand gas station across the street great customer service just FYI guys

Although they are super sketchy about their constantly changing cigarette prices which I assume are arbitrarily decided by the cashier they overall are reliable and much better prices than cook co.

Old man was rude. He did not want to be bothered when I complained about a card reader. There was only my car at the gas station & he kept asking which pump is having an issue & which car? I pointed my car out he still kept asking what pump number with ugly gestures. Finally I said the way you are talking & your tone is not good. I am a customer. He said us Pakistanis talk like this. If you don t like go somewhere else. I walked out of course & they will never get my business.

Not all the guys in the drive-thru are nice. I've been talked to roughly a couple of times but, the rest has been great. As long as the younger guy was there.. things were cool.

Stay away from this place! The owners really hate us all, they don't belong here. Take your business elsewhere, do not spend your money there.

Drive thru window where you can buy things that way is pretty cool, don't see that too often. Friendly workers. Cheap place to buy cigarettes if you're a smoker!

Granted it's only a $1 but if you pay debit/credit and buy Marlboros they charge you an extra $1. But not on other brands. When I asked the guy why. He said "it's my business and you aren't authorized to tell me what to charge" with a really bad attitude.Bad part is there is no sign saying this. And they do it without telling you. That's deceptive practice.Just saying

They won't redeem your scratch ticket unless you buy from them!?! Since when did Illinois lotto become local gas station lotto?? It was only a $30 redeem, nothing crazy. The old man was just plain rude.

This place is terrible. Computers often down and can't make purchase. Or no cash. Heard they were going to be a Casey's. Won't go back unless overhauled.

Olderan with beard couldn't beore rude lazy or slow. Refuses to sell me cigarettes unless I have exact change. And lies about having it. Time to retire a hole

I mean, they sell gasoline. I need gasoline. Symbiosis achieved. I've never been inside the shop, so I can't offer any insight there.

Cheap cigarette ,but they lock their doors after 12 am so have to walk to their drive threw to pay for gas

Would not let a 9 yr old use the bathroom. Woman at the register was about to tell us where it was and then the man said they don't have one. Dumb.
