My wife recently had an oil change done here and was very satisfied with the service and time to complete. Everyone was very professional. I have also come to this shop several times and have always had a good experience. I once brought in a tire with a screw in it that a nearby tire shop refused to repair and wanted to sell me all new tires. I brought it to Midas and they repaired the tire and after a year or more it has not failed. Highly recommend you use them!

Hello,I cannot say enough about the excellent care and service I received from Sal and the Mechanic. They were able to fix my tire and get me to my Granddaughter s Karate class on time. I did not expect that level of Customer Service. Your Training staff needs to be recognized as well as the team working today!I will recommend your shop to my Friends.Thank you

Midas use to be my go to for everything. In February we took our dodge avenger to be fixed (it was not running) and since then our car had to be towed to them an additional 4 times for the same problem. And was there for weeks on end. Finally after 2 weeks I was informed they googled the most common issue was a fuse box. So they quoted us 1700. That felt off to me. Especially when they had fixed our alternator and battery and that didn t fix the problem but still wanted to charge again for something they had to search online and not the car itself and could not guarantee it would work. So we picked up the car and took it elsewhere. $500 bucks including the assessment and our HVAC door was replaced and car has been running perfect. Funny as you could hear banging when the car started but they never thought that was the problem. Midas must have kind people but i would not trust them again with my cars.

Amazingly slow service. I came in for an oil change, and it took close 2 hours....A service like this should take 20-30 min max... Also, the water fountain does not work, the soda the machine is completely empty, and they have no coffee.Their prices are absolutely no cheaper than anywhere else, yet their services are many times slower. I will not be coming here again.

Luigi and the team was very helpful with our service. We are not from the area and had a tire incident coming off the highway and even though they were busy, they took us in right away and helped find a solution. We were out the door within an hour! Thank you!! Highly recommend these guys, they actually cared and worked together to find a solution.

Hands down the best Midas I have ever been to. Fantastic work is done here. The staff is incredible, hardworking and informative. They take their job seriously. I will definitely be coming back. Hats off to them!!

Been coming here for years and they always get their service done fast and super friendly, replaced my headlight very quickly today and had me out in less than an hour, Ali was amazing and extremely helpful today. Highly recommended if you re in the area and need any work done on your car, they ve always been fair and give the best overall customer experience I ve had with car repairs.

This is the second time I've used this Midas location. Employees are attentive, take pride in what they do and very hospitable. By far the best Midas out of 4 different ones I have used in the area. Highly recommend this location!

I m assuming that s the girl that got kicked out of there for being disrespectful and aggressive and demanding.. I was getting my car serviced there at the same time that event took place and I thought It was very childish of her on how she was acting but anyways I just wanna give a review on my experience at Midas.. I just moved to the area and my mechanic I had for years is just to far from me now and I went on google and it pulled up this location and I m so glad I got my car serviced here.. All the mechanics there and esp Sal I believe he s the manager and runs the place but they where so helpful and caring.. They made me feel at home and took me step by step on what was needed for the car.. The customer service was actually very refreshing and just for that I ll be back! Midas should be proud of this location and you have a costumer for life now! Keep up the good work guys

I had a flat tire and went to Midas at Palatine since it was the first place that was open early and close by. Ali (Del Rio) and his colleague was able to assess and fix my tire within 30 minutes. They wee able to patch it. I was still able to get to my work in time. I am so lucky to find this place! Thanks Ali!

I came here a few weeks ago to get my headlight fix for the second time and Sal, Luigi and Ali gave me great customer service and fix my light right away. They check to make sure was everything ok and since this was the second time my light went out they fix it with no charge and told me to let them know if I have any more problems. They made me feel comfortable to bring my car back to them. Thanks!

I call this place a car doctor house since they care a lot . Cost effective, A great value service and. Ali and luigi both are amazing staff member . Ali quickly set up my appointment, completed my car and make car ready in short time . Worst Midas I have ever been to. One of the managers (chubby guy) because I don t know his name is arrogant and ego driven. He got mad because I told him I wasn t talking to him after he kept interrupting my conversation with one of his employees. He told me I m the manager & to get out of his shop and don t come back. And? You re being rude! I was there at 8am to get a lug nut removed that was stuck. I waited there 2 hours and in this time period I had them run a diagnostic. The employee came back with a $1500 estimate. I called around and they were charging me double for everything. After waiting two hours and before getting kicked out I was told the sensor I brought in wasn t working and they could replace it with a new one for $90. You mean to tell me it took 2 hours to figure this out? Mind you I was the first one in the store with an appointment and my car was back there immediately. The lug nut came right off according to the employee so it wasn t that causing the time lapse. This review is only the beginning because this so called manager is going to be held accountable for his disrespect. My visit was on 01/20/24 at 8am and this manager arrived around 9 or later for reference.

The repairs were completed in a few hours, at half the cost the dealer quoted, and it would have taken 2-3 days.Ali was amazing; a real people person. While waiting, we observed him courteously help many others.

Hello I am the manager at this location, the review of Nikolai Tagarov in no way reflects the professionalism we take pride in at this location; the customer had neglected his transmission fluid service for 40,000 miles and per his request we serviced it( not knowing if prior there was issue) after it was completed he called and demanded we stay open later for him to check it out; we obliged and checked it out to and nothing was wrong. He called the following day again; demanding this time we refund his money. I explained that because of the circumstances I could not and he had threatened to leave us a review in retaliation. I had a amazing experience good service ,and a amazing manager well respected and very good looking man ,a few days ago I went there with my 2006 Honda and it was on the verge of braking but once I got here it was good as new. This was a better experience then jiffy lube.and very good looking employees I have too tell my boss son dad mom sister uncle aunt grandpa grandma to come to this establishment.

We have used the Midas in Palatine, Il many times for various repairs and service on our cars. Not only has their staff always been so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but the service was also prompt and the prices were right!

I was in the lobby when that girl was complaining, she was loud rude and disrespectful to the staff; I let the nice assistant know that sometimes people act that way to get stuff for free. She was also morbidly obese and almost broke the chair she was sitting down at. She sort of looked like Gorlock the destroyer. Was very pleasant seeing someone so disrespectful get thrown out. This staff cares about their employees!

Ali and the crew here were great when I had a weird headlight issue with my Jeep. I m newly moved to the area and am happy to use them as my new mechanic when I inevitably have other issues with my car in the future!

I needed an oil change and new tires. Midas was the first place that popped up on Google. I had a really great experience! The staff is very helpful, and great listeners. They do great work. I was amazed!!!. Sal (manager) was very welcoming and very helpful as well. He made sure everything was taken care of the way I had asked. Everything was done at a very reasonable price. Nothing was rushed, they took their time and made sure my truck was ready to hit the road in perfect conditions! Really great customer service from this place! 10/10. I definitely recommend!
