Rolando and Team were professional, and friendly from my first visit. Quotation and time factor for completion were accurate, no delays, no attempts at add on work.My car looks sensational. I would highly recommend this location without hesitation.

Unfortunately my neighbor smashed into my parked Camry, however, I was very fortunate to find Maaco and have the pleasure of dealing with Rolando, the manager. He took care of me and my car with a high degree of customer service, respect, and promptness. I couldn't ask for better customer service and the job they did on my car was phenomenal.

I brought my vintage Jeep to Rolando at the palatine store with reservations since the cost was less than many privately owned shops and the paint was a limited production custom color. The previous shop couldn t match color with in reason and I lived with for two years . With some small damage to tailgate I had to have a repair done. While there Rolando noticed the previous mistakes and said he s confident he can match near perfect. All in all , he did.He also got the job done within a week as promised . Last shop took month to get in and car sat there for over two weeks. These guys are friendly and true professional tradesmen.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve had four or five cars repaired/painted here over the years. This is a fantastic Maaco shop and I highly recommend it. I ve had simple jobs like a hood painted and more significant ones done like new metal being welded in as part of a rust repair. They have always gotten the job done on time. The work is really great too! Their prices always beat out other quotes I ve gotten. I ve been coming to them for over 10 years and will continue to do so. Thanks guys!

Took my 4 runner to get the hood painted. They made it easy and did a great job. There are no hidden fees, they charge the same as estimated. I had lost the Antenna Ornament Base Mount a year ago, bought a new one and they put it on for me at no extra cost. I am very happy with the service. The hood looks great. I will go back and I highly recommend this place. Thanks Anil and Rolando.

Maaco did a phenomenal job repairing my 2005 Corolla after a collision, gave me a reasonable price, and had excellent customer service. Maaco was the only collision center that wanted to work with me when I was asking to tow in my car and pay for repairs out of pocket. Other collision centers told me not to tow my car to them and cited hefty storage fees in the case I decided not to fix the older car. Maaco allowed me to have my car towed after hours, and the key placed in the key drop. They talked me through the process, since this was my first collision, and gave me a reasonable price.Thereafter, Maaco was very patient with my repeated calls checking on the status of the car and when I could pick it up. I am extremely satisfied with the work Maaco did. My car looks like new, and Maaco took the extra mile to clean my old headlight so it matched the headlight they replaced. They saved my car, and I am so grateful. Since then, I've been recommending Maaco to everyone I know.

Called Friday evening they took appointment for next day to do the estimate. Next day arrived at shop and Rolando did a great job, taking photos, doing estimate and submitting all to insurance took less than 20 minutes. Same day he called me to inform that everything was approved and I can bring my car on Monday morning, the loaner car was scheduled for me and also approved by insurance, not sure how he did that - usually you have to call insurance and wait many minutes to get to a claim specialist and get a loaner car etc. The shop and front desk looks very good, clean and friendly staff. Hope to get my car done soon.The paint work is great. Unfortunately they don t have mechanics here to evaluate mechanical issues. Overall good place.

My wife and I were shopping around to fix my son's car back bumper that was damaged. We found this place to be reasonable with its pricing and eventually with the quality of work. We are so happy with this place that we plan to bring in our own cars for some body work soon. Al provided a fair price for a major dent repair as well as friendly customer service. The job was estimated to be a 3 day repair and was finished in 3.5. Upon completion the job was done perfectly and flawlessly. I could not be happier, and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

My experience with Maaco was incredible. I am very satisfied with the work they did for me and the price is very fair. I know getting your car (re)painted can be a hassle and nerve racking but Al made it very stress free. He looked over the outter shell with me and talked me through any questions I had. I was without a car for 4 days and in my opinion that is not long especially considering the amount of work you have to do to paint a car (and much more involved on their end). I got a Midnight Purple color and it looks incredible, just as I imagine and wanted. Overall I would highly recommend the Maaco in Palatine for any Paint or Clear-coating needs.Service: Painting

Could not be happier!!! Al and Rolando were both very helpful, kind, and professional. I called 29 shops around me. These guys were friendly, willing to let me bring my own parts, and way more affordable than anyone else. Price alone made me pick them, but the OEM / factory finish quality of their work, their kindness, and their upfront & honest nature will DEFINITELY have me coming back next time I need auto-body work.

Very supportive the entire time.I couldn t get a loaner during the repair but they were kind enough to pick up my car and drop it off at my place.Maintenance quality was great and they also handwashed my car as well. They also put protection on the floor mat to cover from the dirt.

Honestly surprised by the quality of the paint they got the car done ahead of schedule and it turned out great. Great customer service and they communicated everything very well and did an amazing job on prepping and masking off the car. I saw no overspray like I ve seen other places do. Al Patel helped me navigate my complicated insurance repair by setting up a rental car when I nearly totaled my Audi Q7. They did such a great job and completed the repair faster than many of the other places I called.I was so happy with the repair, I brought in my sons 01 Honda Accord to have repainted and address some minor bodywork. It turned out great and my son is much happier that his 20 year old car looks brand new!

Brought in my car to repair dents and chipped paint on the rear gate from hitting a pile of snow. The final cost came out higher than original estimate as they found more dents after taking a closer look. Al kept me informed throughout the process so there were no surprises. The repair was done perfectly - no visible evidence of the dents or damaged paint remain. Maaco does a great job and Al ensures the work is done properly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had to get rust off the roof of my car. Since the rust was so close to the front windshield, they had to remove the glass. Now I will say, the job was done well and finished in a timely manner.You really couldn't tell that there was any sign of rust when they finished. However when I took delivery of my car back, the inside was really dusty! I assume quite a bit of dust came in because the front windshield was detached temporarily. I understand that naturally dust would come inside the cabin, but it seems like they didn't bother to at least wipe down the dusty interior before they gave me back my car.In fairness, they did the job I took my car in for which was to remove rust spots off the roof. I'm just disappointed in the dust particles that came in the cabin, and that they didn't do anything about it.Other than that, customer service was excellent. Al Patel called and gave me updates on my car while it was being worked on. He is easy to work with.

I had some pretty bad sap damage on my car. They did an amazing job on fixing it. It looks factory new. Rolando made it an easy process and they were not pushy at all. Highly recommend the service here

A+++ facility and Rolando Castro, manager is a dream to work with! My boyfriend is an ASE certified mechanic for over 22 years and OCD (as am I) and he could not find a flaw in the work that was performed. My car was in an accident (not my fault) and was towed to this facility around 2/2/20 and I just picked up my car yesterday. They went above and beyond to repair, clean and make my baby (Altima) shine brighter than when I bought it. I cannot day enough good things about this place . They work with most types of insurance, assist in rental car drop off etc and offer a 5 year warranty on the work they perform. You cannot go wrong! I will definitely be using this facility for all my car repair needs. Thank you Rolando and team for taking great care of me and my vehicle! :)

I recently had my father's last car that he owned repaired at Maaco in Palatine. From the beginning, after speaking with both Al / Rolando, I knew this shop would be my choice. The repair work was excellent, many thanks to everyone involved!! Great experience!!

I've brought three cars to Maaco Palatine for body damage and painting. The workmanship is the best, pricing is very reasonable and the staff is great to work with. I trust the Maaco team and would highly recommend them. I don't normally write reviews, but I do for local businesses that deserve it.

I took my car in to get a handful of things done and they did an excellent job! Both Al and Rolando were a pleasure to work with and they both went above and beyond to make sure things were done well.

Poor paint job and suspect disassembly in the process. Scratched all the tint, ripped off windshield tint strip and broke the hood prop rod. Paint was burned through on the rear door and one hinge on the door was only half painted. Parts of the van look smudgy. Hood already has a medium size chip on it. This was their top of the line paint job. Service: Painting
