My experience at this shop, owned by Tom, following an auto accident that wasn't my fault, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Tom proved to be a complete fraud, as he didn't properly fix my car after I paid him $5000 in cash. What's worse, he didn't even bother to inspect the car's condition, leaving me with no warranty for his work. Shame on you, Tom!It became evident that Tom was only interested in taking my money without considering my safety. After test driving my car from the shop, I noticed intense vibrations, making it extremely unsafe to drive on the street. Additionally, Tom failed to reattach my battery strap, claiming it was unnecessary to do so, which raised serious concerns about his competence and attention to detail. On top of that, I discovered that my fender bolts were all loose, further highlighting the shop's lack of care and professionalism.This shop's priorities are completely misplaced, as they prioritize money over their customers' needs and safety. It's clear that their focus is not on providing quality service but rather on emptying customers' pockets. Moreover, Tom's claim of recharging my AC and fixing any leaks turned out to be false, as the AC stopped working shortly after I drove the car back home.I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this shop. They lack honesty and integrity, making it a highly unreliable and sketchy place to do business with. My unfortunate experience serves as a warning to others - avoid this shop at all costs!

Extremely shady. Refused to take responsibility when their "fix" resulted in loss of cruise control, horn, hazard lights and a plethora of other little problems that weren't existent prior to taking my car there even though I have text messages between Tom and I confirming my side. Currently wrestling with my insurance to find another shop. If you want proof that Tom has the temperament of a menstruating child, scroll down to where he replied to a 1 star in a semi coherent rambling of a paragraph. He claimed to have filed a lawsuit against the reviewer which seems to have gone nowhere considering the fact that said review is still up

I wish I'd found this place years ago! We had used a different auto body on Colfax over the years, but M&V will always get my business from now on. Tom and Ken treat you like family. They provide outstanding service and the car looks like new. The cats in the office are a bonus. Thank you M&V!

We took our car here for an estimate and repairs through State Farm Insurance. Tom was very helpful and friendly. He scheduled us in for pictures the day after we called and had our car repaired the next week. You can't even tell that the car was in an accident. They did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone.

This body shop provides me a reasonable quote, after I had 3 other quotes on the Colfax Street. I immediately decided to leave my car to this shop. The job is well done. My car looks just like new. Very happy. Highly recommend. Owner Tom also provides very good customer service.

M & V offers the most convenient service at the best price. I did 5 to 6 estimates and M & V had the best price. The best part about M & V is the convenience. I paid for the work up-front and M & V bought and painted the parts without my car in the shop. Then, one day I just dropped-off my car for 3 hours and M & V changed the parts on my car. Wonderful, convenient service! I didn't have to put my car in the shop for 4 to 5 days. M & V's work was excellent as well. The paint for the changed parts perfectly match other parts of the car. Highly recommend this place!

I brought in my 2011 Prius into M & V Auto Body to fix damage on both the front and rear of my car. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repairs and I said 'go for it'. They ordered the parts and I dropped off my car when they said I could (less than a week later). I picked up my car 4 days after that and there were absolutely no signs of the accidents. The repair cost was just $200 over estimate, which is completely reasonable seeing they also repaired hidden damage not visible during the initial inspection.I would definitely recommend M & V to anyone who who has old or new damage to there car. Taking your car to M & V is probably the best thing you can do to "undo" your accident and get off to a fresh new start.The owner and his employees are all friendly, quick, and most important, honest! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Super job!!! My car looks great. We had a few bumps in the road but it all worked out for the best. I didn't have renter's so John was so nice and gave me one for an awesome price. I would so recommend you to all family and friends. Your service was the best !!! but I hope I don't have to come back soon. Safe driving people. ;)

I have used M&V Auto Body for repairs on a couple of my cars. My experiences have always been positive. They gave me an estimate, we scheduled the repair, it was completed when stated and a rental car was waiting for me. It was so smooth and uneventful, couldn't even tell I had any damage to my cars: which is why I gave them the best rating.

Tom the shop owner very rude and did not do quality work on repairing the vehicle. After calling to ask some questions about the repair he would not let me get a word in as he talked defensively over me the whole time. Eventually hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. Told us we had to pay CASH only after he first mentioned credit is okay. Upon arriving to discuss in person since Tom kept dodging my calls he began swearing and calling me derogatory names. What type of business owner is this guy? He is a complete hack and I will never bring another vehicle to his shop. Anyone reading this be sure to RUN, not WALK away from this place. They will rip you off and the shop owner is a completely unstable person. Zero stars if I could. I will upload photos soon of his terrible touch up work. A 4 year old could have done better. Will be filing a report with the BBB tomorrow.

You can not get better body work and do business with a better family man than Tom at M&V. He did spectacular jobs on our two Lexus RX350s, aftereach had been rear-ended within a week of each other. Only the top bodyshops in the country make State Farm's preferred list, and M & V is one of them. Great work, Tom, and Thank You!

Got into a major accident with over $20k in repairs on my newer SUV. A lot of complex stuff. Tom worked with the insurance company and even dropped car off in my driveway when I was on vacation. Did a great job repairing my 2002 Solara. Looks brand new after being hit by another driver. They communicated clearly with me about expected ready date. Called several days in advance to let me know of the delay on the part for my older car. Worked directly with the insurance company. No hassle at all. Easily the best experience I've had working with a body shop.

It was an interesting visit. I got a crack in my passenger's side widow. I went here to see if they could fix or replace it. They couldn't however the gentleman inside was super helpful and nice. He came out looked at my window and then helped me look for a place near by that would take care of it. We found a few options. This was great customer service. Most businesses would just tell you they can't help and send you on your way. I thought it was nice he took upon himself to help me find what I needed.

Tom was incredibly patient, honest and helpful in getting my car repaired. He really worked at keeping the costs down, while still doing an excellent repair after a bad collision. Will never go anywhere else.

They were great, they explained everything to me and compares costs with me so that I could make he best choice for myself. They even drop you off at work while you leave your car there!
