We have been customers of John & Scott's Auto Repair for almost 20 years. Our experience with all car repairs and basic service from the team at J&S has been nothing short of excellent. When referring friends to this business, I always stress that if they say you need the work done, you need it done. If the repair or service can wait, they'll tell you that as well. The team is honorable, courteous, kind and are experts in car repair. This is the one service provider that I do not question their recommendations. (I may ask them to explain the repair, which Rich will gladly do, so you can understand the issue). The team is, to a fault, a great repair shop and business. Polite, Professional, Explain Everything that's going on with Your Car, They go out of their way to Accommodate You, Their Waiting Area is Clean & Neat, They don't try to sell You something Your Car doesn't need & they are Patient & Tolerant of You as a Customer

I originally posted a favorable review and I also recommended John and Scotts to several friends and family. However the last vist, the quoted me over $8000 for repairs. I got a second opinion and they were able to fix everything, plus got my emissions done plus changed the timing belt (not part of John and Scotts quote) for $2800. I don't think they were trying to scam me. But I don't think they gave good advice on what I really needed to do and what I didn't need to get the alarm cleared and my emissions passed. Theyare really nice and communicate great...so hate to leave this review. However I would have ended up spending all that money that I didn't needed to. They ended up losing me as a customer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been sending 2 personal cars and 3 company cars to John and Scott's for the past 5 years and have been completely satisfied with the work, prices, and service that they provide. They have been extremely easy to work with and vehicle issues are explained concisely that even a car-layman like me would be able to understand. The level of transparency that they provide gives me confidence that the work done is good and the price is fair. They will not add a service if my car does not need it, but they will suggest work and give a quote and other options if there is something that needs to be done. I'm extremely grateful to have found such a trustworthy and quality auto shop and I would definitely recommend it to everyone I know! In fact-- my mom, aunt and cousin go there now and they love it!

I have been bringing all of My fleet vehicles to John and Scott's Automotive for over two decades. I would never go anywhere else. I also trust all of my personal car repairs and maintenance to the team at John and Scott's. They have helped my company and my family to keep 24 different vehicles running safely over the years. No one can beat their knowledge or their quality. If you are looking anything from an oil change to an engine replacement, this is the place. Honest work done at a fair price. You won't be disappointed!

My family and I have been going to this place for ages. The team is very honest and super helpful. They check everything when you go in for your oil change. And always look out for issues that could be a safety hazard. Highly recommend this place if you need a friendly neighborhood car handy man!

These guys are the best. They always try to find what the best for the situation. Honest and conscientious. Very mechanically capable. When many shops try to replace parts as it is easier for them but cost a lot for a customer, these guy try to fix it. Highly recommended.

If you need a car repair, don't wait. These guys are into the science of mechanical repair. They explain in detail your repair, so you understand exactly what's being done. Professional and courteous service.

It s hard to find a reliable and fair mechanic, but these guys are it. I won t go anywhere else, and if they don t have the ability to repair something on site like a complicated transmission issue they will recommend the best people to do it.
