In my first visit to Jiffy Lube, this location in Palatine and had offered great customer service for my vehicle!Sean, Mike, and Darius, they had not disappoint with the customer service and had great recommendations with the oil and offered great deals, along with it. They were really patient and polite.Overall, I can highly recommend this location if your car or vehicle has problems, they can help with those issues!

I ve been coming here for as long as I can remember. Probably had 20 different cars serviced at this location. Have always been happy with the oil changes and other work they ve done. Once or twice I was told I was too early for an oil change and I appreciated that.At times they ve been short handed and I was told to come back later or go to another Jiffy Lube but that was only during the pandemic.

Classic professional Jiffy Lube Experience. Pulled in at lunch on a Wednesday and they got me right in. Darius & Will worked on my van and they were professional, friendly and I appreciated that they weren t trying to upsell me on anything that I didn t need. Clean garage area & lobby. Great price with friendly service. This store is 100% what every Jiffy Lube should strive to be.

I've been stopping at this location for several years now, with several other family cars. They're always fast, respectful, and extremely courteous. It's one of the few places I visit that's consistently above average. I recommend this location at every opportunity.

Really appreciate the quick & efficient manner that the mechanics work on my car whenever, I have brought it into this location. They explain everything to me before the service is done, fair in price & very quick so, I m not sitting around waiting for a long time. I highly recommend this location- if you re in need of a routine oil change.

I tried this location out because it was close to where I needed to be at the time. I went in for an oil change, yeah it was fast but they didn't reset my oil for the dashboard and also I realized I'm missing some of my air caps for my tires.

Went for an oil change for my car & they are WAY TOO FAST! It took like less than 10 min, they told me I can stay in my car & to choose from the 3 oil kinds from $40 - $90. Friendly staff & it was a quick stop. Glad I went!
