they took amazing care of my car and got it fixed very fast. the cleaning and detailing was done incredibly. the staff is all friendly and super helpful with dealing with getting a rental and made the process so much easier. definitely would recommend to anyone needing their car fixed!

We are so delighted on how they fix our Honda CRV. Fast service because it was only about a week that it was repaired. They took good care of our vehicle.Robert is straightforward and friendly. Robert handled my Town & Country. He called me and kept me up to date on everything. Van was completed ahead of schedule. They not only got it looking great but removed some transfer paint and vacuumed the interior. Super friendly and I'm super happy with how they handled my vehicle. I called them to get a quote for a windshield issue. The woman I spoke with was short with me as she told me they likely could not solve my issue without a complete replacement. I was asking a follow-up question regarding the replacement and she cut me off in mid-sentence to say have a good day and hung up on me. Hung up on in the middle of a sentence. Unacceptable behavior and very disappointing for such a reputable outfit.

I had a repair done two years ago which was excellent job. This time I took car there for estimate, they answered my questions satisfactorily, the only thing they should have told me in advance is that they didn't have the time slot for me to leave the car there, and I have to make another trip to drop off the car for repair -- I already have my ride arranged, now I have to make another arrangement.

Please never take your card to this place I took my car and they did a horrible job fixing it. After I told them the things that I didn t like how it turned out they were going to fix it again and they still haven t given it back. It s been a total of almost two months. No email or call of when they will have it ready. The people are not professional and they don t care about the customer. They charge a lot of money for fixing it and they don t do it professionally. After they fixed it the first time I didn t like how the truck turned out and I let them know I didn t like it and they got mad and told me I shouldn t pay close attention to their mistakes that they did on the car. They don t appreciate customers feedback.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Scheduled an appointment with Amanda about 4 weeks ago to bring back my vehicle for a warranty issue.I had work done a couple months ago and there was over spray under the entire right side of the car and the car panels were not put on correctly since the panels do not line up.I called today to confirm my drop off for Friday and I found out that Amanda is no longer working there and she did not schedule the appointment and the receptionist had no record of my appointment.Amanda told me at the time to not fill out the survey since she will make this right. I went to try to fill out the survey to express my irritation and dissatisfaction with everything that transpired and it was unable to load due to a time lapse so I am sharing my story here.Not sure the verdict yet since I called today and the manager was not at the location. I will call back tomorrow to confirm he received my message. Hopefully my car can be correctly put back together and this horrible experience becomes not so bad.

Very unprofessional and lazy. I can't verify for everyone at this shop, but from what I experienced I would stand in front of their door to turn people away.I came here because I was told I had to by the insurance company of the person who rear-ended me. At the estimate, Mark seemed great. Quick, professional and polite.I ended up getting the car fixed earlier than originally scheduled because my car was deemed unsafe to drive. However, Mark was out of town to do this.I had to travel out of the state for work that week, therefore, I was very considerate to check in on how my car was proceeding.I was not kept updated during the week of repair. When I called, each day, to check in on the eta - I was given a variety of answers.On Thursday morning, I called the shop and spoke to Alyssa, the front desk gal. She told me my car would not be ready until Tuesday. I confirmed The date and made sure I was able to keep the rental car until Tuesday. Since she said yes, I kept working out of state and made appointments for Friday.4 hours later, I received a call from the insurance company, claiming that my car was finished that day and I needed to pick up my car within a day or I would be charged. I tried to explain I was told by the shop earlier that day the eta of Tuesday, I was now 5 hours away and could not possibly make it back to pick up the car.After the insurance company went back and forth with me and Alyssa with Gerber- they still refused to give me any lei-way on the rental car. I called Alyssa after the first call with the insurance company to confirm what she told me. Her excuse was that the system did not update. She did not apologize or take any responsibility for her actions with the insurance company.I was forced to take off work on Friday and drive home 5 hours Thursday night at midnight because of their laziness because I had to return the rental.When I did make it to pick up my car, Alyssa still held no responsibility or apologized for her actions. Then I had to ask 4 times for someone to walk me through what they fixed on my vehicle. All she did was pass along my receipt. Then ask vague questions to the back shop.I couldn't believe that their company's procedure was not to have a shop worker or manger walk a customer through their car after it's been worked on.Sorry this is so long but I was completely repulsed by how multiple people in the company acted towards their customers.

Brought my car there for a rear bumper replacement and taillight replacement, first time they delivered me the car, the bumper didn't even come close to lining up with the body. I also noticed the taillight that they should have replaced, was just the same taillight that was polished, still scratched.Gave them another chance and explained how I felt about the car looking bad, Chris explained to me that it was because USAA wouldn't pay for OEM new parts as my car was above 100k.He ordered a new OEM bumper and told me to come back in a couple days, I wasn't concerned and came back the next Monday as I worked all week.The car literally looks like they washed it with sandpaper I need to do a full paint correction on the vehicle, along with Polish in every corner of the vehicle, it literally looks like someone that has no idea how to wash or Polish a car took care of this.Honestly it looks like they ran it thru an automatic car wash. The paint looks decent, but the first time they delivered it to me it had runs.The worst part was after all of this back and forth and everything, Chris didn't even give me a proper hand shake and a thank you. He just dropped the car off outside and told me here it is, then hid in his office. I don't know if that's how he usually does it, or if he was ashamed of the work that they did, but now I have to fix my cars paint (9 hour process) and hope most of the heavy scratches come out. I mean it looks like spider man attacked this car.I'm not happy at all. If I knew the work on my vehicle was going to be this bad I would have had someone I trust with a paint gun do it for me and I would have installed it myself.The women behind the counter were very nice and friendly tho. I will say that. Customer service was decent but actual quality of work is horrible.

Scheduled a mobile windshield replacement. They never showed up!!! Can you believe that?! So I called the shop but you can't reach the shop directly, all calls go to a national call center. So I set up new appointment. AGAIN they didn't show up!!! I stopped by the store cause its 2 miles away from me to try to leave the vehicle there, but they told me I have to call the same number to cancel the appointment in order for me to be able to leave the car in the shop. This was the most horrible and unbelievable experience that I've ever had. So far I thought that Comcast has the worst customer service but after this Gerber is gonna be the new champ of most horrible customer service. Unbelievable.

Just saw so many bad reviews on this body shop. I think it is my responsibility to tell other potential customer to avoid this shop. My experience at this shop was terrible, or being treated by Mark Walker.The quote for my repair was more than $7,000. I asked the Mark that since it is a big order, if Gerber can write off some of my deductible. Without any hesitation, Mark answered immediately that he can discount $250 from my deductible. This write off of $250 had also been confirmed when the Gerber called me two days later to attract my repair order.So I send my car to repair on March 24, and Gerber agreed it will be completed in 5 days. But it was delayed and delayed from March 31, to April 1, to April 4. Till April 5, around 4:30 pm, Gerber called me that the car is ready to pick up at 5 pm. On April 6 morning at 7:45 am, I went to pick the car. I waited about 10 minutes and being told that there is a small fix that is yet to be fixed.The worst thing is that the twice agreed $250 write off by Gerber or by Mark Walker was denied. Instead they use the $250 of appearance allowance that insurance company gave to me as their write off. I told them that the appearance allowance is between me and insurance, nothing to do with the Gerber. What a joke. Mark or Gerber takes the advantage of this $250 as their write off. It may be their plot at beginning. I will make this issue to BBB.Anyway this is a body shop everyone should be avoided. Mark is a very dishonest people.

The first thing you notice when you come in is Alissa's bright smile and cheery helpfulness. I had the shop paint a replacement side-view mirror to match the car (2000 Nissan Sentra). I brought the mirror in and they painted it beautifully, quickly, and inexpensively (relative to two other area quotes). When I went to install it, I found the shop I bought it from had sent the WRONG mirror! So, I had to get a second mirror and have Gerber paint THAT also! Chris was very understanding and gave me a GREAT discount on the second paint job, which was also quickly done and matches the car perfectly! Any time you're dealing with car damage, you're probably having a bad day, dealing with the cheerful, understanding, and professional people at this shop made it much more pleasant for me!

After some accident repairs I noticed my turn light was out. I stopped in and they fixed it for me for free, during their lunch breaks, while I had a 2 month old (asleep) and a 2 year old and 4 year old in the car (awake and loving the experience) in their car seats. It took less than 5 minutes. I really appreciated it!

I was shopping around for the back of my side mirror and called Gerber Collision today. Talked to Amanda who refused to provide me with any information although I have given her with exact number of the part I need. She wasted my time trying to talk me into driving all the way to the shop so she can assess and evaluate the damage . Simply put, if you have a choice to take your business elsewhere, I strongly recommend you do.

They repaired driver side lamp, bumper and wheel housing. The fasteners was missing from bumper underneath, hood could not be locked, and the quality of work was poor. They reworked on all these issues after I sent back my car with these findings. After their second repair the mud guard is missing screws and not installed right. Not recommended.

Told me between 8-10, first time I called at 10:15 told me I was next and too expect a call. Hour and a half later I called again and was told (after being on hold for 10 minutes) that the tech was in the shop and "should" get to me between 1-3. Never had such a skewed timeline. And not being notified period that it was changing? Never going through them again.

Overall satisfied. The paint matches, However, the original grill was chrome and my new grill on the front end is gray plastic and looks cheap.

I came here after an accident, and I'm glad I did. The mechanic was sympathetic, nice, and knowledgeable. My car was finished sooner than expected and it drives like the accident never happened!

This place doesn't deserve even one star. Very unreliable. They don't pay attention to detail, can't finish a job on time. I am calling my insurance tomorrow and request the job to be completed at a different place. I will never go back for any future needs!!
