Hi, everyone!!! This post is for ppl like me - looking for ohnest mechanic, which is, no doubt, very raire in our days.I have visited this shop only once, and i have already regrated that i haven't come here before. The owner, Alex, is SUPER ohnest, will suggest You what to do, or how he would have done it. He will give you a bunch of options to choose from... Anyway, just give it a try, and you will find for yourself....if you don't have a mechanic yet, don't waste your time - go here. If you already have a mechanic, consider to double check, cause the health of your car, is just like your own health, it has to be in the right hands. However, if you don't have a mechanic yet, you can choose any shop, go there for diagnostics ....and than go to CTO and compare........i assure you....you will change your mechanic's address on the fridge once and forever!

Went in for a leaky tire. They looked at it and diagnosed it. Told me that the leak was on the edges and that I needed a new tire, which is what I thought from the start since it had been letting air out slowly for days.They were nice enough to install my tire and have me on my way without a charge.Honesty seems to be the norm here.Thank you CTO for all your help. I ll be coming here for anything else.Service: Tires

Highly detailed inspection on a car I was interested in purchasing, invited me back and walked me through the issues they found with the vehicle, none of which were mentioned by the dealership. Very affordable price of $40 too.

I ALWAYS have a good experience when I go to CTO! Everyone is very welcoming & they explain the problems my car is having in a way for me to understand. Other places I have gone to will try to rip me off, but this place does not!! Their prices are reasonable and they do a solid job every time, I can t recommend this auto shop enough!!!

I took my van to get checked out and they took care of me even without an appointment! Did not over charge me and was very honest about the issue. Definitely recommend them and will return if I have any other issues.

Alex is very good mechanic, always nice and trying to help in the best way , but they charging too much money for parts, so it s better to go to auto zone ( or check Worldpac ) first and bring parts to them, and call shops around to compare prices for labor and how much is the total , and never let them do anything before you know the price , give them permission first

Since moved to Illinois, see a lot of auto services but not professional as CTO Auto care. Great shop getting the job done. Amazing customer service. The Manager Sasha handles all with extreme precision and professionalism as regardless of who it is, he keeps a professional and welcoming demeanor. Thanks again.

Purchasing a vehicle a few weeks ago and had originally spoke to Velasquez Auto in the same parking lot. After Velasquez lied about availability, we popped into CTO. They took us right in even though they were ~30m from closing time. Very thorough and honest about the inspection. I highly recommend CTO. Hands down the best auto-body shop in IL no questions asked. Perfect service, amazing prices (will never rip anyone off), and just top-notch extremely knowledgeable staff. I take all 4 of my cars there- 10/10 would recommend!

This auto repair shop is out of this world! Their customer service is excellent, they know how to interact with their clients in a friendly, helpful and positive way. Their pricing is the best in the Northwest suburbs! First, we used this place to replace a gas tank for Toyota Corolla. The job was done very professionally in no time. The quoted price was more than two times less than that of their direct competitors. Sasha was always there if we had any questions or concerns. The second time we visited this auto service was for a prepurchase inspection. Their mechanic inspected a car in a very thorough and professional way. I would highly recommend them for all of your auto repair needs!

Definitely NOT recommended... worst customer service... car carelessness... unprofessional approach to a car... replaced 3 times unnecessary part and of course never fix it... another PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC did it... Will NOT RECOMMENDED!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE...

Had multiple issues with the one of my cars.The repair cost in Midas was estimated for more than $1700.Greg and Alex did the repair for the amount, which was almost twice less, with the exceptional quality.Thank you!

Absolute pleasure to work with! I brought in my Acura TL for the 105,000 mile maintenance for the timing belt and water pump. First, I was quoted hundreds of dollars more by other shops and more importantly much longer lead times for the job. I was blown away with the work quality and the speed of the project. The crew had my TL done in less than 5 hours the same day and even gave me a loaner to get to work. WOW!!! I will be servicing all of my vehicles at CTO Auto Care going forward.

Brought in my BMW for numerous repairs. CTO took care of all my needs. Prices are affordable compared to competitors around. Very clean and friendly shop. Will return here for all car needs.

Highly recommend!Took my BMW to CTO for an oil leak and a differential leak. These guys worked with my warranty company to get the repair covered and paid.
