I have found my new mechanic shop!!!I had a great experience here. They gave me a complete run down of what I needed for my vehicle. I was only able to fix some of it at the time, but they printed out an in-depth detailed quote of what else needs to be fixed. I will definitely be going back for future work. I will also be recommending all my family and friends to go here!!!

Detailed inspection of vehicle with corrective actions. Service writer was able to answer all questions in a timely manner. I was able to choose the repairs and maintenance that I wanted from the inspection without being pressured. Pricing was fair and discounts from coupons were applied without me asking for them. Car was repaired without error and the warranty affords the customer repair if out of town(another state). Overall considered a great experience for a first time customer and they will have my future business. Will also recommend to people I know.

I drove over a pot hole and had a flat tire and bent the rim. I took it to Casey s the next day and they were able to order me a new rim from Kia. They fixed my car enough for me to drive it home for the weekend so I didn t need to get a loaner. Which I really appreciated with young kids and car seats. Then when the rim came on Monday it was the wrong one! So frustrating, but Casey s was able to reimburse me for the rim and figured out how to fix the original rim for way less than getting a brand new one. They were so helpful and knew I needed my car at the end of everytime I dropped it off. Although it was a frustrating experience, they always had a great solution and continued to work hard to fix my car quickly. I would recommend them to anyone! Such friendly, helpful, and experienced people at the front desk.

Mike and his team are always very professional and do a thorough job of fixing an issue once and for all. Best of all they are very honest and will recommend work that needs to be done but also advise if the work can be delayed until later which certainly helps. Unfortunately there are not many repair places left that are honest in their assessments and not try to oversell you work that is not needed, but Casey's is one of those, they are outstanding!

Casey does a great job taking care of our automotive maintenance & repair needs...just got a new set of Continental tires from Casey during the recent scheduled maintenance. Normally I get tires from Costco but the value and quality offered was better and so I got my new tires from Casey!

We have been going to Casey's for decades, and we have always received prompt, professional, quality, service.The prices are very reasonable and this company is very trustworthy. We have even had times where we have requested routine maintenance to be done and after spending time inspecting the car they came back and told us it was not needed and it was all no charge. Very honest and quality shop. All my family goes here and feels the same.

I have been looking for a auto repair shop that I can have confidence in. I found that in Casey Automotive I've brought my 2014 Buick Enclave to casey Automotive a couple of times and always been surprised how helpful and friendly they were. They"re knowledgeable, honest, reliable and trustworthy and the prices are reasonable less than what other shops and the dealership has quoted me. In my opinion all of this really means a lot. They have never let me down. Can't recommend highly enough. I must say I am very pleased with the service that I have received, if I could give a six star rating I would.

Casey s has always been honest and fair pricing. Typically the first come first serve policy has not been an issue for me since I have off one day during the week, but over the past year it has been very difficult to get my car in for routine maintenance. If I arrive any later then 7:45 in the morning often they are 50 cars deep. Likely a reflection of the good work they do as I said, but with my schedule and inability to make an appointment I will have to look elsewhere for my vehicle maintenance

My tire was dangerously low. They let me slide in their schedule right away on the coldest day of the year. Not only did they fill the tire, they checked all of them! We have been customers for over 30 years. Casey does a great job on everything we have had done on our cars. They always have expert advice. Thank you!

Casey has the best service around. I've been a loyal customer for nearly 30 years, and they've never steered me wrong on any repairs or maintenance. All the guys there are friendly and courteous.

I brought my car in for routine oil & filter change and windshield wiper replacement. The service advisor quoted the price and service was completed quickly and as quoted. They also recommended changing the engine & cabin air filters and I agreed at the price quoted. The service person checked the tire pressure and the brake pads, and found them in good working order.I recommend and trust the folks at Casey and will use them again.Brought in my wife's car for a routine oil & filter change. The service tech noticed big chunks torn out of both front tires (pot hole damage) and recommended a front end alignment in addition to new tires. Casey did the alignment and I got new tires at Costco. Safely back on the road again.

Was driving when my tire light started flashing I believe due to the cold. Holden and asked if they could give me air which they graciously did and I was on my way. I used Casey s for almost 30 years and then moved out of state. I am back now but still not living as close but I will be using them again. I have missed their very reliable service and being able to count on somebody.

Purchased a set of 20" Continental LX (25) tires from Casey automotive and had them installed.Giving today's economy and all. They delivered a fair market price with a professional installation and a customer satisfaction attitude.

Big thank you to Mike & his team for the quick and honest turnaround on some big repairs on my 2013 Chevy Equinox. I had my car towed in last Monday when our big cold snap of the year hit, car was exhibiting some symptoms I experienced (and repaired!) a couple years ago. Turns out those mechanics slapped an $1800 bandaid on an issue that should ve been investigated further. The Casey s Crew gave me a full breakdown on what was wrong and what it was going to cost and answered any questions I had. My wallet stings a bit but I feel confident that it was a worthwhile price to pay for the peace of mind of getting my wheels back on the road. Car was also done sooner than estimated, which is always a treat. I ll continue using Casey s in the future, given my luck with vehicles I ll be back.

Edit/updated review: There was a miscommunication last time I was there, but Mike honored up to the error and still wanted to make it right for me. Dropped my car off and got it looked at within 2 hours, gave me multiple updates on my car during the day, helped me out with a part, and they even stayed a tad late to finish it and have it ready to be picked up same day. I appreciate the speedy repair, even though we thought the part wouldn't be in until the following day. Appreciate the communication and speedy help.

As always with Casey's the experience leaves me feeling completely satisfied. There is no wondering if I was cheated, if I should have tried someplace else, or if I should have done the work myself. They kept me up to date with the progress. They explained any questions I had so I could understand and until I did. They warranty their work. Really, need I say more? Give them a shot, and say goodbye to your current mechanic.

Thank goodness for these guys! We had a serpentine belt that was going bad, brought it in on a Saturday morning when we were trying to leave to get home (long road trip) and they were able to take me in, diagnose the issue (ended up being a bad belt tensioner) and replace the part in 3 hours. We were able to leave on our road trip in time thanks to Casey. Otherwise we would have been stuck here over the long weekend. Thank you, Casey!!

Very good mechanics, very trustworthy and professional. You won't get your car back with dirty hand prints all over it. They can get busy at times, with long wait times, but they are upfront about that, and never over-promise. Best mechanics I've been to.

Thanks for the promptness of completing the oil change. Also, very noticeable, the courtesy & manner of the staff at the desk.One surprise came in the total charge. Per the printed cost for a synthetic oil change in your mailer (@ $49.95), the additional charge for filter (not included?) + additional quart of oil & tax brought invoice to $71.38.It would he helpful to know what s included vs. additional costs beyond the advertised price on your mailer.

The service was great. I was immediately entertained when I came in. I got a senior discount. I was also allowed to use a loaner car since I have no way of moving around without my car. Total experience is great! I highly recommend Casey Automotive to everyone.

Casey Automotive services all our cars. We are greeted by name, and enjoy the insightful professionalism shown us. Our children who live out of town bring their cars back to Casey's for service. The first time oil change e patience was not good!I called on a coupon received the service technician told me if I leave right now and get to Casey shop he could get me in and out within an hour Having since I live down the street I came and ended up getting gas kite from your service technician on the time I was in and out in two hours ! If!

It's always a good experience when bringing my car for service at Casey's. Mike, Faustus and Johnny are knowledgeable and helpful. They don't try to sell me something I don't need. I used Firestone until they tried to force me to purchase services I didn't need. Now for years I have used Casey's.
