This was our first time in the shop and I have to say the customer service was so terrific. We came for the Christmas Village and Train display which is just beautiful. The time and detail put into this is pretty amazing. Between the visual scavenger hunt and just the experience, we will for sure come again as customers.

This is the best shop in the area. The owner cares about his business, is a cool guy and most importantly, he's honest. Prices are more than reasonable and the work is thoughtful and well done. I highly recommend this family owned business!

Three or four layers of model trains with at least two trains at each level. A boy's Christmas dream come true. Operating Monday and Wednesday afternoons and Saturday morning until after Christmas. Model houses on all the levels and one speeding car racing around the lowest level. Even a skating rink with skaters.It was hard to leave.

Incompetent at best...This place has gone downhill over the years. I think it was better when John Sr. was running the place. I've been here many times as I used to bring all my cars here and the service was 'Mehh' but it was convenient. But convenience and good prices don't make my cars safe.For me, the downward spirol started when I brought my van in for an anti-lock brake wheel speed sensor and told them what I thought it was. They told me they'd check it out, and afterwards said Yup, that s what it is but that they didn't have the equipment to calibrate it, so I may as well go to the dealer, and they still wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee.Next time was a brake job on my Jeep. When I picked it up and and pedal went to the floor, they had the gall to tell me 'New brakes do that...'. Yeah, they do... when you don't bleed the air out of the brake line! They reluctantly took it back to finish the job.This last time was for a very slow leak in a tire. I know those are hard to find, but they tried 2x to fix it, and when I brought the tire back for the third time I asked them to change the valve stem, they basically blew me off & told me to go somewhere else. They also bald face Lied to me after the first try, telling me they pulled a small nail out and plugged it from the inside. Nonetheless, after they blew me off, I went to NTB and they fixed it right the first time. And there was no patch on the inside of the tire!The desk manager , Mark was rude, and the owner John Jr., was was the one who blew me off. Seems they only want to sell tires, and for any other service, they fake it as best they can.Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me. Well I gave them a third try, and well...there won't be a forth.

I would NOT recommend this shop. I have a fleet/company car and they do not take appointments, which is very inconvenient, especially since it was for an oil change and tire rotation. Because it is a fleet car I use a fleet managed card for payment. Due to Busch s knowledge they could not process payment and would not release my car. Please note it s a Friday afternoon and the best they can do is try again on Monday . Which means 3+ days I would not have my work vehicle, which mans I cannot work. MARK failed to mentioned in the past they had issues with fleet vehicles and was UNWILLING to work with the fleet management company to receive payment and release my car. The fleet company was kind enough to call Busch and help them through the payment process; had MARK take the 4 minutes to call the fleet company he would have been paid. Bottom line, would not recommend and horrific customer service.

I just had 4 new tires put on my Honda Pilot today. I got a fair quote yesterday, and service was quick and friendly next day. I did some research on tires ahead of time and Busch Tire was less than area chain stores. I also got an additional rebate at the end. So if you are interested in supporting a local business who also has fair prices and friendly service, I d definitely recommend.

I have always had a great experience with Busch through 4 years of service. It's hard to find a shop where you really trust they want the best for the customer. The shop has quick turnaround and very friendly staff both at the desk and in the shop. I brought my car in once with an odd noise, no repairs were needed and they corrected a very minor issue and returned my car at no charge. Highest recommendation!

If there was more than 5 stars available, I would choose it. These guys are great! In and out in only a few hours. Granted I was only there to re-seal tires, Busch was prompt, timely and informed me of other issues with my vehicle that needed addressing. So helpful. Great reviews all around!

Just got turned on to Busch. Service was very quick and extremely friendly. So I went back and had both my cars get suited up with new tires. Great price and quick turnaround. They seems very knowledgeable there. They got a new customer in me.

Busch has always been good to my family and I. I have taken my car to Busch ever since they were recommended to me by my father.I was recently at Busch on Wednesday because my car was having trouble starting and was having a tough time with the timing of the gears shifting. The mechanic took care of what he thought the problem was and I got my car back the next morning.After getting my car back, the problem was still there and my check engine light was still on. I took it back in this morning where Jim the mechanic showed me what the other mechanic had fixed (which he was right to do) and showed me what the problem was. He said they weren't going to be able to fix it and it needed to be taken to the dealership.The point of the 5 star rating is that Busch Auto was completrly honest with me, helping me to understand the problem with my car. To top it all off, since they weren't able to fix the problem, they refunded my money and gave me advice on where to take my car to get it fixed.Upstanding gentlemen. 100% honesty.Outstanding service.I would recommend anyone and everyone to take their car here.

Busch Auto Service is the best service center I've ever taken my vehicles to. I trust them completely to give me an honest answer and fix the problems quickly, correctly, and charge me the right amount. I've known John Busch and his team for years and would recommend them to anyone. He truly cares about his customers, as do his staff members. Absolutely the best!

Great service here! I came here to get a tire fixed the other week, I knew the hole was close to the side wall so it might not be fixable but we gave it a shot. A couple weeks later same tire was giving me a trouble again, I stopped in again right before closing and they quickly had gently used tire out on my car and were nice enough to apply what I payed for the original tire patch towards an already discounted tire. Very nice guys who work there. FAST FRIENDLY COST EFFECTIVE.

I went there today to get a leaky tire patched, and they wouldn't even let me wait in the waiting room while they did the work. I took my vehicle a few blocks north, same price, MUCH better customer service.

I've brought cars here for over 10 years. Customer service, price and quality of work is top tier. Mechanics you can trust are worth their weight in gold and these guys deliver every time.

Went there several times for some irregular noise in the car; every time ago; they will ask me to come again later the following week because they are busy. When I finally managed to get my car in they charged me almost $500 to fix couple of things that were supposed to eliminate the noise. When I realized the noise did not change at all; I went there the very next day and they were busy as usual and did not accept my car or take any responsibility. Better Avoid; but they will remind you to do that in case you forget; because they will certainly tell you to come again later

Went to see the trains! What an elaborate set up! You have to take time and see all the levels and all the moving pieces in the scenes . Great place to take kids of all ages . Call and make sure someone is there to run the trains. Lots of fun and just a nice thing to do .

Greeted immediately and asked what I needed. My air conditioner was blowing hot air. Less than an hour later, I was on the road with my air conditioner working for $200. Thank full the Service Technician has the knowledge to troubleshoot the issue and fix it.

Tried to make balancing in this location. Three tires was on 0, one tire was on 1.25. I asked them about this tire, they told "it's ok". Drove out and came back in 20 min because of steering wheel vibration. They refused the service, started arguing that in there computer is everything on 0, but it's not! Never come here again, they'll steel your money...

They seem to favor people who have been in business with them for a long time. Not willing to go out of their way for new comers- even if they are living in Palatine and are as much a citizen of the town as the people of Palatine. They have a little boys club, which isn't helpful if you're looking for quality service.

Exceptional service. Unlike "pull and replace" shops, they replace only what needs to be replaced now. Their prices are competitive and the friendly, professional service is the best in the northwest suburbs.

Friendly staff and cozy place to wait for my car to have an oil change. You have to come in to see the elaborate Christmas decorations that are installed every year.
