I had the rear tires on my vehicle replaced in this shop today , and I must say, their service was incredibly efficient. I'm grateful for their professionalism, reasonable pricing, and immaculate workspace and lounge area. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and patiently explained any questions I had. Highly recommend Belle Tire for their outstanding service!"

absolutely the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in CHICAGO. that goes for all Bell Tire Locations, the team is beyond cortious, empathetic, and professional. The BEST PRICES IN TOWN applies. i have been given a gift by finding them, This location serviced my Tesla X today with immense generosity towards my financial situation and i am so grateful. Clean waiting area, no loud blaring music, desks for working and charging my laptop and computer and the most wonderful unexpected experience in the car industry, they re-invented the customer experience.

First time experience at any belle tires and this was a great one! Came in with what I believed was a nail in my tire so planned to purchase a tire. They found a nail in one tire and the other one but were able to patch both of them and it was free! Will definitely go back anytime I need a tire. Rob was super awesome and even showed me pictures of what was in my tire. If you are looking for a place with great integrity this place is for you!

Called & spoke with Todd & he was able to get my vehicle in the same day & one of the techs stayed a little later to get my vehicle done. Belle Tires really care about their customers. After sliding into a curb and getting a flat I was able to make it to this location which was not far from me. Marcus and his staff were able to fit me in and get me back up and running. This is the second emergency situation belle tire has helped me with so I won t look anywhere else for my tire needs!

Went in for a wheel alignment and alignment wasn't either done or just bad. The tech told me i was missing a "bolt" so my camber was slightly off. I had another shop tell me my alignment was really off after my visit on OCT 28. That shop aligned my car and it drives like new. $110 wasted.

Don t usually give reviews, but went with Belle over Discount tire for the first time. Working on my 1991 Volvo 240, they broke a wheel stud. It s an old car so he could have blamed it on that but he took responsibility for it. I had to wait to a couple of days for them to get the part. In the process of fixing the stud, they broke another one. To fix they had to take off the rotor and caliper. The bolts on the caliper had seized and they needed heat to loosen, this could hurt the caliper. Told him I m willing to do the calipers if needed. Turns out they were able to get the caliper free and replace the studs without any further damage. Probably took an hour. I offered to pay for the extra labor and work and Todd would not charge me. Just one example of honest and integrity, hopefully other reviews say the same. Thanks Todd!

Ordered tires for my car online. They offered the best price available for my size tire. Took good care of my car. Even put tire shine on my new tires. Their way better than Firestone. Who I had put my last tires on. The only issue I had was them trying to up sale me on more work. But that comes with the business. Overall, it was a good experience. Would recommend

I went to the palatine store with the intention of only getting prices to shop around for new tires for my vehicle and my wife s. After working with Josh H, he was courteous, honest, kind, funny and very personable. He ensured me I would get the best prices and he was right. I had my tires changed on the spot and I ll be returning next week to change out my wife s.Thanks again Josh for the great customer service and you ll definitely have my friends/family coming your way when they are in need of tires.

I had an oil change done elsewhere who told me I needed back brakes soon and quoted me. I was recommended to Belle Tires in Palatine and made the appointment for my brakes. Todd who worked on my car came out and asked if I was hearing squeaks and said no that AAA Car Care Services told me I needed them soon. Todd said not even close and to get them checked in about a year or sooner if I started having issues. This location is honest and trustworthy and has earned my future business. Thanks Todd!

First time coming to a Belle Tire and the experience was great! Had a nail in my tire that needed replacing and they were able to fit me in with having no appointment needed. Did take a little longer than I thought it was going to be, but as long as I don t have to worry about my tire losing air i didn t mind the wait.

I noticed got a nail on my tire on my way to the gym at 5:35, still took me in 15 min before closing and took care of me free of charge! Amazing customer service!

Went in for an oil change, this place is amazing! I took my son with me and he usually hates going because the showroom is loud and stinks. Not this place, clean bright and I could wait for my car all day in there if I had to! Oil change was quick, they went over the whole car and informed me of a few things that could use attention but they weren t pushy about it. I dealt with Todd and rob, both were great. Definitely going back to replace my tires with them soon!

I have to leave a great review for Belle Tire in Palatine IL.The managers Todd Ryan and John Hosik took care of everydetail I requested and made sure I got every online and instore discount I was entitled to. While I was in the store waiting Isaw them assisting other customers also with everythingfrom service to financing concerns. This seems to be a reallyhonest business and the managers are good people it shows.

I don't want to over sell this BUT... I have never been to a better tire store in my 52 years. That's because they also are a full service repair shop with excellent prices! This is FAR better than going to a dealership and FAR better than going to a independent shop. Honest. Professional. Plus my tires were a darn good price too. AND they picked up my van from my place of work AND dropped it off!

My family and I were on a trip from the southwest suburbs to WI when my wife's car got a flat. Luckily I was following her in another car and we were able to at least get the donut on it. After getting frustrated with a few other places as my wife's tire size is unusual, we got lucky to find Belle Tire in Palatine. It was a hot day and I had my kids and dogs with on this trip so I was pretty much over it. The team there went above and beyond to make us all comfortable and do everything they could to help the situation. While they didn't have the size we needed they tried every variable keeping my family's safety in mind before coordinating with another location to get the tires we needed. They made sure the donut was on securely and recommended the safest route to get back home.They weren't trying to push the sale on us which is a refreshing change from what I've experienced in the past. I havent seen this level of service in a long time...made loyal customers out of us as we got our tires from the Belle location by our home that the Palatine team helped arrange. Beyond awesome!

I had a screw in my tire it was about 7pm. I called and Marques said bring it by. I was really impressed with the service. I will definitely be using Belle tire for all my tire needs.

So Grateful to have stumbled upon this establishment... Needed a tire fixed last minute; not only was I in and out in no time, I didn't have to pay a dime!! I was absolutely dumbfounded when I learned these folks will fix any tire for FREE! All they ask in exchange is that you tell your friends. Now it's your turn, friends, go show Belle Tire in Palatine all the love!!!! You won't be disappointed #AlwaysBJammin
