I came to this store to get oil, oil filter and drain plug washer for my Nissan, the lady on front tried to help me out with ordering things for me to pickup for tomorrow but looks like she recently just start working there so she has a hard time doing that, while manager and other employee ( with grey t-shirts) was shearing stupid jokes between each other while looking at us. Then Ledy who was helping me out asked manager for help with ordering, and manager told me they stop selling some items from my order for some reason. Then I asked for specifics washer kit and then manager called 3rd employee a day this guy told me I can use some license plate washers they have them in different colors gold, chrome... all this takes like 15 minutes of my life. At this point I was done with dThis store and i just left empty handed .How can you work in auto parts store and be this unprofessional...

Lazy people did not want to do my free diagnostic check, they asked me if I could do it myself! Horrible attitude and service. Go to Advance auto parts instead.

Every time I go in this location the staff is less and less helpful. Literally all I was trying to do was buy an alternator today and they were able to help me. They were too busy talking amongst themselves and putting product on the shelves.

We go to this location for all our cars. Mayra helped us out. She s extremely knowledgeable and professional. With a friendly staff that goes above and beyond, and I wouldn t go anywhere else.

I stopped in for engine coolant since my light had just gone on. As I came through the front door, an assistant walk towards me and asked what he could help me with. I told him that I needed engine coolant. He asked if the coolant was for the car that I pulled up in. I told him YES. He walked me to a large rack of coolants, picked out the one for my particular car and asked if I needed anything else. I did not. He rang me up and I was out the door with the right product in less than 5 minutes. I later checked my manual and not surprisingly, I did purchase the recommended product. The dealer would have done it No Charge. But, I figure I saved considerable time through the DIY process.Thanks AutoZone Team

Awesome experience when purchasing a new battery today. The employee who helped me was simply fantastic. She helped me determine the right replacement model, then presented my options for CCAs and length of warranty. When swapping old the old core, she helped with removal of a stubborn clamp, then provided recommendations to make my installation go easier. I sure wouldn't have received that level of service and such a dedication to customer service at one of the big box stores! This store has definitely earned my future business.

I came in to ask if they could recharge my car battery because It was at 0% . My car was having a problem with the idler pulley andso it was running off of battery only (brand new battery). I returned 15 minutes later and they had my battery sitting on the counter and told me they had charged it and that it was now at 87% charge (even though it should have taken 45+ min to get to 87% charge). So they lied to me because it died not even 4 minutes later in the middle of the road with 0% charge. In fact, I was hit by a vehicle (thankfully at slow speed to I just got scratched up) while trying to get my vehicle out of the middle of the road. O'Reilly's across the street confirmed there's no way they had charged it. O'Reilly's DID charge it for me and I was, therefore, able to get my car to the mechanic.I called the AutoZone to let them know what happened, suggesting their machine was not working (even though I know they had not even tried to charge it) and the response I received was "ok thanks." No apology, no nothing (obv they already knew the actual condition of my battery when it was returned to me)... I guess the employees at this location are unaware that LIEING to a customer about the condition of an auto part that has been placed in their possession is a serious legal liability.Had I been injured more than just a few scrapes, AutoZone would have a lawsuit on their hands.

I stopped at Midas first and the guy there wasn t very friendly or helpful. I then called Auto Zone. Luis was so pleasant and accommodating. Once there, despite being the only one there at the time, busy on two calls and helping another customer, Luis came out and helped me. He then went beyond and checked my oil level and explained what I should do later. He was extremely nice, happy and helpful! A++

I desperately needed a driver side wiper arm. They did not have it in stock but Adeline (sales part mgr) and Angel (sales associate) went above and beyond calling multiple stores in order to locate the item for me. Addy recognized I was struggling to install a part out front of the store, came out, asked if I needed tools or anything and sent Angel out to assist! Really appreciate the customer service!! GREAT STAFF

I recently went to this location to find an item. Specifically windshield wipers for my vehicle, since my old ones have gone bad. I came into the store and was greeted by the staff. They asked if I needed help with something and I told them of my endeavor. An individual went behind the counter and yelled out the information. I am hard of hearing so I only caught some of what he said.I assumed that I looked confused because he repeated himself, but this time he gave an aisle number. I went to the aisle number and started looking for the number the staff member yelled out. I was still confused as to which item would fit my car. I looked at the book and found the information, while the same staff member who yelled out before, stated 18 or 21 at me again. I was there for a long while trying to decide what I needed since I was given no assistance. I then picked an item and went to the register. I was behind another customer, but as soon as he finished, the same staff member who gave me "assistance" told me that he could help me check out at a different register. He then went behind the counter, in an area that blocked my vision of his location. I thought I was crazy since he told me he would check me out. I then decided to get back to line. Another staff member then said that the staff member was ready behind the counter waiting for me to come up, but said nothing to me when I was following him.He checked my item, but as I was about to insert my card he scolded me to wait. Again, I can barely hear him and I asked him to repeat himself and he scolds me again about not putting the card in. He then begins to tell me about how the system is slow and how it is bad. I had never felt so stupid and humiliated with this entire process, all I wanted to do was leave as soon as possible. Once I got home I noticed that I only bought 1 windshield wiper, when I needed 2 of them. This only added more negative feelings since I asked for windshield wipers for the front of the car. I would assume that they would recommend a product that had two windshield wipers instead of 1. I also asked if the item I choose was fine, but I was not told anything back.Overall, unless you are an experienced shopper for autoparts and can find the items immediately one your own, I would not recommend this place. It would seem that the staff only provides minimal effort when helping customers. I receieved poor customer service from staff members who did not care to assist me, and a clerk who was seemingly annoyed with me. The customer experience was worse than poor, it was abysmal.

Went there to check a warning light... they did a few check and helped me figure out the issue (it was transmission pressure sensor), the person even went as far as to look up what that means and explained the way to go to fix it (first rib add fluid and see if that helps)... he eccentric advised how to change the website if needed (I will not do that, I don't have the tools and knowhow). So overall they went above and beyond what I would have expected.... even though there was no profit in it fire then *o just got transmission liquid and a funnel). Definable worth going there

I'm actually quite disappointed as the part I ordered was missing hardware and ultimately left without a part. The reason I'm giving this location 5 stars is the measures they're taking to keep customers safe. After just leaving another autozone location the other day because employees weren't wearing masks. But at this location not only were employees all wearing masks properly, they've roped off the entrance so people entering and exiting can't pass each other through the same door. And the employee helping me was smart enough to print off the computer screen to show me rather than having people step behind the counter to see the screen like employees were doing at the last location.

These guys are awesome. Totally saved me today! Stopped in because my window was stuck halfway down. They went above and beyond to get my window up in below zero temps and wouldn't take anything from me in return. No charge, and I tried! They, especially Thomas, were amazing!! Thanks guys for helping a damsel in distress. Way appreciated! I can't thank them enough. Great guys.

2/2021 Once again. Had the part I needed and the staff was helpful. Exactly what I expect and appreciate here. Keeping me safe on the road and a price that is reasonable. Thanks again to the team!11/2020 We don't service our cars as much any more. But when we need a part, this is our go to place.
