I would like to thanks the shop for the great job they have done for me . I took estimates from 3 more shops , which where thousands more then what this shop gave me , all the others wanted to change a parts of my car that this shop didn t .I would recommend this shop for their honesty .Service: PaintingService: Painting

If I could give zero stars I would. My mother has trusted this auto shop for over a decade, and this time when she brought her vehicle in for repairs ruined the relationship she had with the shop. My mother was gifted a bottle of wine from a friend and accidentally left it in her vehicle, unopened, when dropping it off for repair. Upon picking it up yesterday, the bottle was thrown in her trunk, opened and clearly drank out of. Beyond the theft of a personal item of hers, the team was drinking on the job while repairing her vehicle and likely others. When she called the shop to ask for a reimbursement for the bottle that was no longer able to be consumed, the staff did not seem to care and hung up the phone. This is a disgusting and shameful way to conduct business and I hope no one has to experience this after being such a loyal customer for over 12 years.

Jason and Brett are the best people in the business. My car came back from the body shop looking better than I did before my accident. I would highly recommend this company for all of your bodywork needs.

Shopped around for a minor fender/bumper repair. This was the only place that didn't overcharge me because I was not using a insurance claim. Brent and his team took real care of my situation. Since it was minor, they got me in quick and I had it back in a day. They kept me informed and were real nice. Professionalism is superb. Jason and everyone at Auto Krafters were phenomenal to work with. We didn't have an accident / any type of collision reparir that was needed with our car, but the trunk on our car had been misaligned since we bought it. I took our car here after being referred from friends, and Jason took a quick look at it and said it was just the hinge that had been affecting the trunk from closing properly. Auto Krafters fixed the hinge within 45 minutes and our final cost was less than we expected. Jason squeezed us in when he told us they were really busy for the next 2 months. They make their customers a priority and they take pride in their work and it shows! Thank you for making time to get our car fixed and for providing excellent care for your customers! We will be returning if we need anything for our car and we'll happily refer friends and family to Auto Krafters!

This business could not do the service I needed but Jason gave me such good advice about my situation. I have made many calls to businesses with no real help. I so appreciate an honest and thoughtful answer to my problem.

Friendly service Jason had multiple suggestions. They are very busy so my car hasn't been fixed yet but I believe them to be good people based on what I have seen so far. They come highly recommended!

This place is amazing! Very friendly and accommodating to my request. I called Jason explained my situation and I am so much more than satisfied. The work was done in such a timely manner and was beyond my expectations. The office associates are very nice. I couldn't have imagined a better experience.

What can one say but what a great job this is the best body shop I have ever worked with. My car had 7000 damage from hail. Picked up the other day and wow like new guys up front have all been there for years and know there stuff. The painters are 1st class always a perfect match. Picked me up and dropped me off. Even clean up was perfect detailed my whole car even touched up a few spots I had from previous issues thank you auto Krafters for the A+ work and service. Bob dickens

Very happy with the work done here. They have amazing reviews because they deserve them. Brent was amazing and him and his crew knew exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and worked amazingly with my insurance.

These guys were great to work with! Just picked my car up yesterday and they repaired the damage plus did a few extra little touch ups as a bonus. I definitely recommend them for your repair needs!

Wow, got my car back looking newer and cleaner than the day I picked it up from the dealer. Great friendly and professional staff. Got my car back in the 3rd day of a 2 or 3 day estimated repair. Some info on the process for my relatively minor repair, #1 you take your car and they take some pictures, they can only estimate what they can see. #2 they order the parts and let you know when they have arrive and to bring in your car. #3 you drop of your car and they strip it down, order any extra parts if needed (I did so it took the extra day). #4 you get it back as good as new.

These guys are great. They are easy to work with, flexible with coordinating drop off and pickup of vehicle and work well with insurance claims. I could not recommend them more.

My car was a hot mess after an accident. By the way not my fault. I really wanted my car fixed. I love my car. 6 years of no trouble. These guys did an amazing job. It is perfect and they guarantee the work.

Used AutoKrafters recently to get some paint work done and panel replaced. They were very professional and explained what the process would look like. They were able to match the paint and even helped fix some molding at no cost. I qorked with them on two occasions and both times they did an amazing job. The customer service is outstanding. If I need a body shop again (I hope I don't), I will definitely go back there.

I been having my car for 3 months. They keep telling me its going to be done in 3 weeks. I wait, and i called and they say by next week. Then i called again when the week passed and nothing is done. The guy tells me its going to be done before thanksgiving, nothing is done still. I call then he says by christmas ANOTHER LIE and nothing is done YET. He lied again it was supposed to be done this week and now he said by next week? How many times is he going to keep telling me its going to be done by this date and he doesn t get my car done. This is so unprofessional.

Just finished paying off my Jetta and some Jag*** backs into me and took off.... causing damage to my front bumper and headlight. Brought my car to Auto Krafters and they fixed it right away at a VERY reasonable cost. Thanks
