I don t recommend this service to anyone, it s just terrible. 4 hours of waiting for a regular oil change, after everything is supposedly done in the car, the steering wheel is covered in oil, the service interval for the oil change is not done, the cabin stinks of sleeping oil, there is no sticker for the next oil change. They took away 4 hours of my life, which I could have spent with my little child at home and not sitting in the service center.

Arlington Customer Service:I am very upset and will likely no longer purchase vehicles from your facility or use you for any service requirements.I had called and made a service appointment for my Scion, with the request to wait for the repair. I was told that would be possible and the appointment was confirmed. (See email below).Upon showing up for my appointment and meeting with the person at the desk, I was informed the repair could not be made while I waited, and the vehicle would have to stay overnight.The reason for that change was a lack of labor (mechanics) and no one was available to work on my car as originally planned.1) While I waited for my car to be brought back out to me, no one offered a free loaner.2) The service person NEVER asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment.3) No one called me in advance to inform me that tonight s appointment was in jeopardy and to make an alternate plan.Your customer service is very poor. I m frustrated, and I wanted you to be aware of that because prior to today s issue, I was a promoter of Arlington Toyota.If any of my friends, family, or neighbors ask me for a dealership reference, I will not include Arlington Toyota in places to consider.

I went here for a service for my Yaris iA which had dashboard maintenance light on.The online scheduling was so easy to navigate and I scheduled for a next day early morning. As soon as I got there, the representatives were ready to receive and noted the complaints.I waited there for the complete service time, the waiting area was so clean and some of the sofas are equipped with the laptop stands, which I used for my work laptop. The sofas are placed with a safe social distance.While I was waiting, I was sent a text message with a link which I didn't notice, the representative came and politely asked if I got chance to see the text. Then I realized and opened the video from the link provided in which the service expert gone through the complete details about my car and recommended services with no obligation. I reviewed them and confirmed what to be done from the recommendations.The representative was so respectful and polite. He kept me updated until the car is ready and the text was also sent when the car service is completed. I really like this place and now planning to purchase my next new car from here!!!

My husband had an appointment at 4pm for an oil change. After about an hour and a half they finally told him he didn t need it changed and that they were just going to rotate the tires. Then after another hour they tell him there is a recall on the battery and they need to change that. He was there for over 3 HOURS! For a battery change and tire rotation with an appointment. Terrible experience. Based on the other reviews it seems this is a regular occurrence

I came here on August 3rd with a flat tire. When I called at 1:40, one of the sales guys (Marco) in the Service department told me it would take thirty minutes to replace the flat tire. So I arrived at 2pm and waited.I am still waiting and it is 4:30pm. Marco has gone home for the day already. A second service advisor has assisted, who was more informative and did not lie to my face about how long it would take. But I am nonetheless immensely unhappy.The lobby is nice. It has a vending machine, AV, etc. They also offer a shuttle to take you home and pick you up again for longer repairs (so you don't pay for your own Uber).But they may lie to your face about the ETA for repairs. I would not take them at their word and solicit other competitors before going here for a repair. There are no special Toyota-only tires.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Buying a new car has never been easier! Our experience was top notch from the first time we walked in the door through the end purchase. Our salesman was very knowledgeableand professional. We worked with Mike Herbert in finance and he was extremely helpful and is a true expert. Our experience was very quick, and we were able to make a well-informed purchase, with no pressure to purchase anything unnecessary. I would highly recommend this car buying experience to everyone! Nice job, Arlington Toyota! We will certainly be back again!

August 9th, 2022.I took my car for the maintenance. Everything was fine until, I noticed my hood was moving while I was driving. Almost fleeped over to my windshield. So they didn't close the hood of the car all the way.I called service department right away to tell that and make sure in the future won't happen.But the lady on the phone replied with careless answer " oh just a simple mistake".I think it is a big mistake... could've happen accident!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Came for oil change, checked oil level before paying. Again too much oil in the engine. Asked to drain it, spend another 20min waiting. 1st incident when service technician put too much oil, service manager told me if I want to do oil changes myself. So now 2nd time service manager told me - don't like the service, don't come back. Will do!!! Bunch of arrogant people in this place. My advice check your vehicle, because it is YOUR vehicle, service don't care about you, they just want to make money. This is a problem, because Toyota Motor Corporation cannot control how dealership operates and dealerships will continue take advantage of it

Things were quiet and they were able to do a longer service (recall) than originally scheduled, and they offered me a ride home a little out of the regular range. So helpful.

This service department dangerously overinflated my tires on 23 Jan. 2020. Brought the car back today, 12 Mar. 2020, after it just handled real wobbly for too long, with drifting occurring on left turns. Yup, it was that bad, and I'm careful with my turns! Come, now, this is a Yodarolla (Toyota Corolla) we're talking about, not a GR(rrr) Yaris.So that's when I found out the tech uber-overinflated my tires. And this center was the cause of the problem, because I had not been to any other service center before the wobbling and drifting started. It all started after Steve's 23 Jan. "top off." MY error: not asking what was meant by "TOPPED OFF PRESSURE" on my service invoice. I trusted the Jan. tech to inflate to the TALI PSI of 35PSI front/33PSI rear...but I guess he doesn't read.Marco from the service desk on 13 Mar. 2020 didn't have record of that "inflated" visit in its system. Gee, isn't THAT funny, because *I* have record of it, as does Toyota corporate. I also have record of a new Toyota tire coupon which is, surprisingly, available right now....Now this Marco rep had the tires UNDERinflated and then told me their pressure was corrected, but wrote in the invoice it was at my request. False: He just did that and tried to paper otherwise to cover his tracks. The problem is, (1) the tires are now UNDERinflated and (2) the variance in front vs rear pressures wasn't followed. The 2020 Rolla has nonuniform tire PSIs for a reason, and the rear, while better, still doesn't handle right because its PSI is supposed to be lower than the heavier front. Moral of the story: Don't trust this service dept.

this review is after 4 times service, 7/7/2021, for oil change took around 3 hr after many followup.very bad response from the service agent, "we are busy wait for sometime"I AM NOT GOING TO SERVICE IN THIS CENTER...Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change
