Found out that since 2018 Toyota didn t produce body side moldings for the Camry. Found third party that would provide side moldings for my 2024 Camry & then paint using paint code provided. Then needed to have them professionally installed. Having used Arlington Toyota in Palatine before for their excellent collision work, I went with them. They installed moldings perfectly. Excellent job all around at a reasonable price. Worked with Alex who is an excellent primary contact/work coordinator.

I could not recommend Mike and his team enough. A great example of a customer-first based business.I pulled in my car, had an estimate, and was on my way in under 20 minutes.The car was completely finished within days, and I was extremely impressed with the result.Everyone from the staff in the office to the crew in the shop was incredibly helpful and polite.All communication was direct, genuine and consistent, hard to find these days.Huge shout out to the manager Mike Barna for taking the time to help me out. Outstanding business, will continue to recommend to all.

We had a car repaired here and the repair itself appears to have been done well. The communication was quite poor though, our car was estimated to only be there for repairs for I think 7-10 days and it took over a month in all. When delays took place, they were not communicated to us, and we had to call to find out, we were told to expect return calls that never came. When receiving our car, it came back dirty, with a brake light out, a new ding near the driver side door, and a small scrape on the back of the car. It was a frustrating experience. We had been here a previous time and that time it was a great experience.

Piotr is very conscientious and provides great guidance and information. The whole experience greatly exceeded my expectations in every way and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them.

Peter is awesome and his team does a great job on your car! There is great communication and the car comes back super clean when they are finished. You will know what is happening every step of the way, I highly recommend this location for all of your auto repair collision needs.

Mike Barna and his team did a great job on replacing my front bumper on my 22' Highlander. They were also great with communication and their estimate of the time it would take to fix was spot on. They also installed the license plate bracket which my car did not have which was so nice because I would have damaged it if I did it myself! Car was very clean and washed when I picked up which was also great. Overall very happy and would recommend.

This body shop got me in immediately after an unexpected accident with someone breaking off my sideview mirror. Mike Barna got me a quote, got my car in as soon as the part arrived. I am strongly recommend to not go Collison Repair Center at all or you will be regret like I did. They took advantage of me. The manager of shop name is Michael Barna and estimator: Chris Gurriero. I did emphasized to them to not received the check from my insurance provider until they competed the work what I am expecting from them.Unfortunately, they got the money from my insurance and haven't start working on my vehicle more than a week later due to parts arrival. I was NOT very happy outcome what they did and lazy jobs to over spraying the painting on front bumper. THEY REFUSED TO fix previous shop mistake by overdo chalk for front window shield replacement.All they do is replacement the right window shield without repair or remove the old chalk from previous shop. They knew that I came here to redo the work everything (windshield and front bumper only). Please don't waste your time to go their place. Currently, they are VERY hungry to get more money from me and my car insurance even they didn't complete their job. I had to go third shop to redo the work. Wish you luck to considering about this place. I will add more pictures of their work eventually that they refused to fix it beside more money they are asking for.Service: Painting

Terrible mechanic. Been back 4 times for my truck and it s still not fixed. Can t give me a loaner and can t seeem to fix it still. Find somewhere else
