The sales staff at Arlington Toyota were very helpful and knowledgeable during my search for a new vehicle. As I zeroed in on a vehicle, I was very impressed with the no pressure and the let s make the best deal for you approach. At no time was I made to feel uncomfortable and the sales staff and managers treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. I am thrilled to find a Toyota dealer I can trust and will recommend Arlington Toyota to all of my friends and family members.

Came in for a service on my truck, a gentleman named Alex did a wonderful job taking my car in right away. Wait time was relatively quick and was in and out within the hour! Very profesional and did a great job as a service advisor. Recommended me a few things needed for the future visit as well. Highly recommended for your car service!

I recently purchased a 2023 Toyota Supra A91-MT edition here and was impressed with the entire experience. It was a long journey to find a dealership that was approachable and who wanted my business. Multiple other dealers I contacted were either rude or dismissive of customer questions.Arlington was great. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for, and it was priced less new than others were used! Ricky, Fred and Val were fantastic to work with.These guys were all friendly, personable and answered every question I had; as an out of town buyer that was a big deal. Ricky was my first point of contact and did a phenomenal job getting things started. Fred took it from there as my sales advisor. He welcomed any questions I had and was willing to respond on his personal number even off hours. Everything was pretty much ready to roll by time I drove there (~2 hours from home). Val in finance is a funny guy! He s friendly, and doesn t pressure or shove anything at you that you don t want. All offerings (warranty, gap coverage etc were clearly explained). His stories about Russian dump trucks are hilarious to boot!In summary - this was a FUN, friendly experience. It s how car buying should be. Thanks again team!

I've been a Toyota consumer for 25 years I've purchased my last four cars from a different location I started going to Arlington Heights Toyota for the service and yesterday I was in an accident and from the moment I got in the accident until I left there today to sign some documents some of the best customer service I've ever experienced they all came from the Collision Department the way Mike answered my phone before he left with the same energy he would have during the day and making sure I was taking care of dispatching a tow truck and to Dominica being the consummate professional and being helpful in assisting me. I met Matt today who went over all the information what a great guy I'm writing this because my experience in these situations in the past and I haven't had many collisions I've never been good but this is different and I appreciate them a lotI could never buy a car from anyone else

The Sales team was incredible, I went to go purchase a Toyota Camry SE back at end of November of 2022. When I bought the car I was told the tires were all brand new and I verified it myself along with my family. Fast forward into April for my cars first tire rotation and that s when I had major problems with the service department. My car somehow came out with a different brand of tires on the two back wheels. They were utterly destroyed, as they showed tears and wear and were utterly unsafe for use if I had kept driving I would have most definitely gotten hurt in an accident if any of the tires popped. We called and brought up this concern and talked to the manager Nino who completely refused and denied any wrong doing that happened he said and I quote It would have been impossible as your car would alerted you of a tire being swapped out because the tire pressure sensors would have had to been reset and the price to do that is way more than what the tires cost. Fast forward again and I had to go buy a full set of new tires for the car I ve only owned for 8 months and surprisingly as they swapped the tires my car never alerted us. While at the tire dealership it was brought to our attention that the cars alignment was also really messed up along with the Front two wheels showing obvious signs of Repair. I would highly recommend to avoid servicing your cars at this location!! I brought my car in for a simple tire rotation and it cost me almost $1000 to repair the things that were done to my car instead. I would understand maybe one problem happening but it s to much of a coincidence for all of that to have happened to my car in the last 3 months of driving especially after having gotten it just serviced. Please beware! Make sure to take pictures of every little detail and check over your cars multiple times before and after servicing here!!!! -Jose

Arlington Toyota - Your team are amazing!!From Tim who answered my initial call to Francisco who worked very attentively with us throughout the process to Kevin who helped us through the negotiation and your business manager who helped us complete the purchase, you guys were all fantastic.You honored my rather cheeky request the evening before to bring (4) different color options of the same car indoors overnight due to a pending snow storm overnight so that upon our arrival the next morning we could see the color options in the delivery bay and select the car of our choice. That was really something above and beyond but very much appreciated.This was my son's first car and you made our car purchase an enjoyable experience and that's how it should be.Thank you.

I've had 3 bad experiences here and have reached the point where I would rather drive 20 miles away to a different location than to go back to this location. I've now had 3 incidences where they nickel and dime me for everything (including diagnostic charges after THEY messed up my car!!!) and mis-quoted me, overcharged me, etc.It's impossible to get a manager to speak to you and when you do, they take NO responsibility for the bad service, the mis-quotes or the over charging. I had to yell at a "manager" for 10 min and she came back and admitted that I was overcharged for the tires I got on Monday. The very next day, I had a check engine and Tire pressure sensor light go off that wasn't there before they replaced the tires and they refused to do the check and diagnostic to see what the problem was and see if they caused it the day before.They kept insisting I pay $165 for the diagnostic when we all know that it's plugging the car into a machine (which I have at home!!!) even though I was convinced the problem came from what they did.The problem ended up being 2 dead batteries on 2 tire pressure sensors that they wanted me to pay $465 to replace. I refused!No way 2 sensors at the same time go bad the day after I have them serviced. Arlington refused to look into it at all. Insisted I pay or nothing would be touched.I took them to another place and they instantly guessed that the tire people at Arlington put the tires on flipped... yup.... they switched the tires and the problem was magically fixed! And no one charged me $465!!! This type of "break my stuff while I'm there" and "charge me to fix it" makes me feel like they are crooked and intentionally trying to take advantage of people by charging them for things they are making happen.I would never send anyone I know to work with the sales people, the mechanics, or the management staff at this location.Please take your car to Star Auto (they are always legit and honorable with their quotes and repairs and options). or another Toyota Dealer.I rarely write these type of reviews but I don't want anyone else to get taken advantage of or feel overcharged like I was.

He was helpful through the entire process and did not mind answering any questions I had. He was very pleasant and made the entire process easy. Very happy with my purchase!!! Thank you.

1 star only for Ana.At the beginning service was good. we were greeted by a girl, Ana (friendly, cute)BUT what happened next was just stress.The car we would like to see has been sold. OK. It's normal, it happens. They recommended another. But as it turned out later, it was $1,000 cheaper on their website. We didn t know.We liked it. We didn't know about this scam yet.At first, they forced us to take the car at their dealer's interest, but we refused, because we had a check from the bank ready. Everyone bargains, so we tried, unfortunately, we did not make any concessions. OK. We were ready to settle everything, but the last straw was that when their manager or financier came and said that he does not accept such a check (although it was a check from a bank, and it was not the first car bought through such a check, there were never any problems). He wanted to convince us for his financing, although we had previously said that we did not want it. It was rude and unprofessional. We came with ready money, we were ready to pay in cash, but they refused. It was completely unprofessional. Not recommended!!!You will just waste your time!!!

Had a very good experience with Fred yesterday. He was a good listener, patient, and a good communicator - unfortunately, mostly unheard of professional qualities these days. Crazy, but we bought 3 cars in 5 days from three different dealers, Arlington Toyota was the final one, and the best by far of the bunch. Can't speak for anything other than the truck we purchased, but it was put on the market at an exceedingly fair price, was exactly as described, and actually much cleaner and stand up condition than even their ad would have led one to believe. Brian, the finance manager who finalized our deal, was efficient, accurate, and very helpful. Certainly would try and work with them again on future needs.

Roman and Ilya made the experience super quick and easy. Roman was the first person to help us out. He was very patient with us during the process since we brought our 3 month old. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable of the 2 vehicles we were interested in. Matthew in financing was very patient and helped us out on the insurance process when we were trying to gwt a hold of our agent. Everyone was friendly and made our first time buying a car, with an infant, a positive experience.

We agreed on the MSRP price, however the manager would NOT sell me the car unless a premium package would be added, and a few other bogus charges were made.I wish I could remember the managers name, but he is a heavy set, Hispanic male. Just a quick note to be clear, Francisco the sales agent, was courteous, professional and kept his cool even after the deal went south.I cannot believe that you must buy a couple of unneeded packages (at least for me) in order for you to actually purchase a unit.Even if you are paying cash, I guess the manager saw his commission good bye in this transaction, therefore no sale.Very disappointed and I hope they could make things just right, no transparency at all in itemized bills.

Excellent experience buying a car here. Our salesman, Akash, and the manager, Amin, both took excellent care of us. Even the financial department was helpful and pleasant. This is our third purchase at Toyota Arlington. We went to numerous other dealers and Arlington outshined all other dealers. Arlington was honest, transparent, patient with us, personable, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They got us the exact car we were looking for. Very pleased with our experience at Toyota Arlington.

We came to Toyota because we didn t have any luck in other dealerships and then we met Kevin M. here and he, Amin and Auggie came up with an out-of-the-box deal that worked for all of us plus a Brand new car vs used that fit our budget and exceeded our expectations BUT we were Missing one paper from the IRS so we had to wait, and we did for about a week...the reason I'm staying this is because this is the first and only dealership that DID NOT Hound us on the phone, email or text about coming back and bothering us. Obviously the paper came in and today we got a even better perfect Toyota Rav4 2024 Premium. Thank you to all of you and Val the finance man was thorough, speedy and super nice ..so appreciate all of you..We will be back for our next purchase.. Happiest of New Years
