My vehicle had a recall. I called for an appointment and experienced excellent service, starting with the front desk staff in Service answering phones to the team in the Service department. Particularly, the dedication provided by Steve Farmandi. Steve was very accommodating and maintained me updated on the progress of my vehicle throughout. I am grateful to all involved. Kudos for the exceptional customer service. Keep it up!

I went to Arlington Acura for a recall repair. My service advisor, Steve, was great. He clearly explained to me the repairs being made. He sent a video of the technician checking a variety of areas. Steve showed me how I could save $ by doing a needed timing belt replacement in conjunction with another warranty repair. The work was done quickly and professionally. If you have an Acura I d certainly recommend linking up with the service advisor, Steve.

Five stars! I took my MDX here for service recently and had a great experience! My advisor, Roger was super helpful. Though I needed quite a bit of work, he kept me informed the entire time and I was in and out the same day. I really appreciated his follow up after the fact to make sure I was satisfied.

I came in today to get my car serviced, and I was greated by the most pleasant young man named Tyler. He was so polite, and so helpful, and just overall took a stressful situation for me, and made it much easier. This is what customer service is all about! Drove 35 miles for an appointment to get one of 3 open recalls on my MDX completed. Appointment had been confirmed. Upon arrival I was told that there was a large backlog on recall work and the service department could not do the scheduled recall repair. That repair is now scheduled for May 2. It was the earliest possible date. Tyler handled the unfortunate circumstance as best he could and did do some other maintenance on my car while I was there. He and the rest of the staff couldn t have been more understanding of the inconvenience the scheduling issue caused myself and others.The individual who scheduled the appointment, as well as others in your organization, couldn t been more cordial and helpful while I waited for the other work to be done. Mistakes happen. As a result of the way the scheduling issue was handled I felt comfortable planning to have all other re-call work done by Arlington Acura s Service Department. The way people handle issues makes a difference on outcomes. In this regard I gave your people 5 stars.Thanks,Lou Skarosi

Came to have my 2007 Acura TL Type S inspected (I do regular maintenance there), Steve was extremely helpful and meticulous with letting me know what needed to be done on my car. They were not pushy with any service recommendation. Huge thank you to him and his team for keeping my Type S running strong after all these years!

Arlington Acura has been servicing my vehicles for over 10 years now. I always have an awesome experience whenever I stop by whether that s for a free car wash or a full on service visit. The customer service at this facility is second to none, they offer complimentary loaner vehicles, a free car wash and vacuum, and snacks! Their waiting room is quiet and comfortable and has some nice bud windows to soak up the morning sun!

Excellent service dealership, I would always get my car serviced somewhere else who I overly paid and I d have problem after problem. But ever since I went to Jason from service he would not only fix the problem to my car but would explain in detail what he did and why I would need to get a certain thing done to my vehicle and ever since I went to Jason my car is in the shop less now and I m greatly appreciated of his services and would keep going to you guys thank you so much !

A great dealership, and a great team especially Tyler. I have a 2015 Acura RLX, we bought from the dealership and all service is done here as well. Tyler always makes sure to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Thanks for the car wash and vacuum service always as well. I love the Service Department at Acura, along with all the people there. That are always happy to help and when I have a question or problem it it delt with promptly and efficiently. Thanks Service, Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations Management, and especially Tyler Amaya!!!

As always, Arlington Acura Service Department knocked it out of the park from evaluation, explanation to execution of their professional work. The expertise and pro customer service skills of team members Mark Neitzke & Steve Farmandi are above and beyond other service centers - a refreshing change in this day & age. Technicians diagnostic and repair work are second to none. The service department continues to grow in excellence thanks to the leadership of it's manager Jeremy Hardman. Arlington Acura = excellence!!!
