Carlos in the parts department is excellent. My go to guy. Very knowledgeable about the product and has helped me out many times trying to find exactly what I need to fix my car.

I was so impressed and happy with my experience with Arlington Acura. From the check in with the service department to the parts department everyone was attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I typically go to another location close to work but scheduled an appointment on my day off at Arlington Acura and couldn t be more pleased with the decision. Thank you so much Tyler A. and Carlos A. You guys are the best!!

I highly recommend using Arlington Acura for your Acura parts. Carlos is friendly and professional and has on more than one occasion saved me money by advising me on what I really needed. Always service with a smile,,,,..you can"t beat that.

Ordered wipers and floors mats through Adam. They arrived fast and were the correct ones for my specific vehicle. Much better than the ones I had ordered online. Wish I came to Adam in the parts department first.

Needed an ignition coil for my Acura I called Acura Palatine and spoke with Carlos. Real nice guy and very knowledgeable, recommended I get 4 instead of one for no worries. This was like the 3rd Acura dealership I had called about an ignition coil. I wanted OEM. He quoted me a great price and put me on hold to double check it was there. He did have them. I m glad he did cuz it was a nice drive for me to get there. Thanks Carlos! I ll be coming back here for my parts here on out, good prices and great staff.

I was servicing my Acura that I bought at this dealership since I bought it in 2018. Service was always worth the money spent. Today I stopped by for oil change and rear brake pads replacement with rear disks resurfacing has to be added to the job.$810.55 was way to much for that service. Was planning to buy new Acura next year and most likely have to choose another dealership or switch to Toyota Lexus
