I purchased a vehicle from Albo auto sales through Leo. The same/similar vehicle was available locally, yet I drove 4+ hours to purchase from them. Leo was honest, fair, transparent, respectful, and knowledgeable. There were multiple occasions where I needed documents sent quickly and he was able to provide me with them within mere minutes. Even after the purchase Leo has been extremely helpful, answering any questions I had immediately, without hesitation. There were a few things on the vehicle I found once inspecting it in person, though a used car is never 100% perfect Leo was kind enough to help me source any and all solutions to the issues I had with it. I would highly recommend Albo for their professionalism and speed. Furthermore, unlike normal dealerships, Leo was not pushy in the slightest, worked with me on the pricing, and quite frankly treated me like a family member. If Albo auto sales has a vehicle you have interest in, do not hesitate to give Leo a call.

Integrity & used car sales seldom go together, at Albo it should be a slogan.We bought a used Audi, we knew it had a history and a couple things that needed repair: basic body, engine tune ups ets that Leo addressed without an issue.INTEGRITY came in when a BIG issue came up with my MMI/computer when I bought the car and developed over the course of the first few weeks. We originally both thought it was a software issue but 4 weeks post sale found it to be a major repair that needed to be replaced worth thousands of dollars.ANY OTHER USED CARE SALES SHOP would wipe their hands clean, move on and tell me it s now my problem. But NOT here, NOT Leo. My MMI repair was worth thousands of dollars, it was MAJOR, Leo stepped in and purchased this module HIMSELF which was above and beyond the RIGHT thing to do, that NO ONE else in the business would do - which COMPLETELY REPAIRED my car.Now, I have this amazing used car for my family, we are so happy with it and just can t say enough about the business acumen of Albo and Leo. We will recommend them to anyone looking for a used car and would be glad to do business with them again in the future.Thank you so much for all you did for us and our family.

My name is Chris and I just bought a 2004 Lexus ES 330 for my son. After texting I finally went in and met with Leo. I am glad I did.He was very polite and courteous and made me feel very at ease throughout the entire buying process. I was in and out in no time with my son's dream car. Also for the year the vehicle was in excellent condition both in and out and ran great. I would definitely go back to Albo Auto Sales and Leo for my next vehicle.

I'm usually very weary of going to auto body shops I'm not familiar with, but I must say this place removed all my fears I had. The customer service was impeccable! Very knowledgeable, and kind owner. They were able to fix the issue I had in a very short time. Anybody looking for a dependable and trustworthy body shop should come to this place. You won't be disappointed. This was by far the best experience I had at a body shop!

UPDATE July 2022:My son continues to have issues with this car, and has put thousands of dollars into fixing it. It still is not right. "Unexpected mechanical issues?" Ha. This place is a joke. Albo offered to buy this car back from my son for half of what he paid for it, two months after he bought it. Clearly, Albo knew this car was junk, and still sold it to a young person who didn't know any better. My son tried selling it to other dealers and they would only give him minimal money because they said the car would just be scrapped. It should have never been sold in its condition. Shame on Albo, lying, deceiving and clearly not caring about integrity and honesty. This car was not inspected properly before it was sold, and now an inexperienced young man with a part time job is stuck with it because no one will buy it from him. Oh, and Albo tried blaming my son for the problems the car was having. Really???? DO NOT BUY FROM OR SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!! We should have sued while we had the chance.If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this dealer, they are the lowest of the low. Sold my son a car that 6 months later needs a new engine. Despicable way to operate if you ask me. Buyer beware, this dealership is not to be trusted.

Amazing customer service and experience overall. Leo was very fair and cooperative in helping me fix a broken side mirror on my car. The mechanic that helped me fix it was also very kind and helpful and came up with a sturdy solution to get me where I need to go. This business is very accommodating and fair when it comes to pricing. I highly recommend it to any and all who have automotive repair needs.

Drove down from central Michigan to look at a clean, low miles Expedition. Leo was a pleasure to work with and was able to sell me the vehicle and do all the paperwork on a Saturday morning! I had my 3 small children with me and and they were very patient and welcoming to them while we completed all the paperwork. Thanks Leo, the vehicle has worked out great for us!

Buyer beware: originally I had written a 5 star review only because they had dropped the price on the car I bought in exchange for one. The car I purchased from Albo Auto ended up having a crack in the engine head most likely from over-tightening spark plugs. Both my husband (who is a mechanic) and I believe they knew this before selling it to me. Additionally, they sold me the vehicle with a spare tire on and with the original tire in the trunk. They stated that they had driven over a nail just before I came. In reality, that wasn t the problem at all, but a crack in the rim that had been poorly welded and wasn t able to be easily fixed. Finally, there was a little rear bumper damage they said THEY had caused by backing into a pole in their parking lot a week before I came but because of the rim also having damage, that most likely wasn t the case. Maybe my car was just bad luck or a coincidence, but I would be very careful buying from this business.

Amazing, trustworthy business. Went in with damage to my to my door handle. Boris and his team were fast and fixed it immediately. In less than 1/2 an hour the car looked brand new. Thanks! Highly recommended!

The Owner is a wonderful person; very friendly; I've bought 2 vehicle's from him there at his shop,,, and had no problem's; great used car's; the lot is filled with many different types of car's truck's suv's etc; but the vehicle's sell fast; great prices, this place i would give 10 stars if i could: so happy with the car i just purchased a couple month's ago, runs like a top, beautiful body work, no problem's, love it, my family love's it... Thank you Albo/ Boris the owner; for being there for me for all my vehicle needs!!!!!

Bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue at a fair price. Was able to have my mechanic check it out before purchase. Had a check engine light come on after purchase and Leo resolved the problem. No further issues so far and vehicle runs well.

Great place! My insurance recommended Albo after a car accident. I dropped off the car on Monday, parts came in Tuesday, car was done on Thursday morning. Doesn't sound too special but with the damage to my car, it was amazing! They originally said it might take a week or so, which was fine but they finished the car in 2 days. My car looks amazing after the fix. Thanks Albo!

I brought my 2002 BMW 325i in to have a replacement hood painted. Leo discussed different options with me, listened to my concerns about spending too much since the car is older and gave some pro's and con's on using the factory paint, aftermarket, the price impact, ect. I really appreciated that customer flexibility.The end result was nice paintwork, a fair price and a smooth transaction. Would do it again!

I called Albo about a problem I had with my car, and they told me I could stop at the same day so they can take a look. After the problem was found, they fixed it quickly- within a couple of days and their price was the cheapest from every other body shop around.Professional and courteous service. Would definitely come back in the future for anything I need for my car.

Albo is my choice for local service and car buying needs, customization, tune ups. All of my family's cars are also serviced here. Never had a problem. Great customer service, professional mechanics, very competitive prices!
