Absolutely amazing service, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The mechanic Noel went above and beyond working on my car and kept well informed.He was the most honest mechanic I have ever had the pleasure to meet. No one tried to over sell to me or pressure me into spending more. I will be going back and will ask for Noel every time!!!!!!Great shop

I used my Dad's car for a week when I came to town for work. Tim was very nice and helpful with putting on new windshield wireless. They work fantastic. I would definitely come back if I didn't live in California. Thanks Tim

The team at Advanced Auto is top notch. I ve been going there for years for several cars both new and old for everything from used car, checkouts, troubleshooting, routine, maintenance, and emergencies. They are fair and do quality work and they re very easy to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Services: Brake job and rotors all around.Great customer service and fair pricing! My recent visit was my second time returning for a brake job. Tim whom helped me from the beginning to the end of my service was awesome. I would definitely return and continue to have my Audi worked on. I recommend anyone who is looking for service to give them a try!

Excellent auto repair/maintenance shop. Honest shop with great mechanics. They actually show you pictures on what needs replacing and/or future needs. Definitely will bring all my family cars here. Very impressed!

After taking my car to another shop for an alignment three times, they couldn t get it right. I brought it to Tim and Noel at Advanced Auto and they got it right the first time. Give these guys a try they do a great job and it s a classy shop.

Wonderful experience and very friendly. Going into an auto shop as a woman also can be a particularly uncomfortable experience and I did not feel that at all. Very straight forward with completing the service I needed and did not try to push any other unrelated services. Really wonderful pricing as well! Will be coming here for all auto related needs

Was having issues with my check engine light. They were quick to figure out it was an issue with the cars software only dealers could fix. Provided me with the specific part and case number so the dealership knew exactly what was needed, and they didn t charge anything or take advantage of the situation, just helped educate me. Great service

New owners are great. The atmosphere is more pleasing than with previous owners - it use to feel like walking in to a boys club- not any more. Thank you so much just for that. Nice and clean.Went in for oil change on 10+ year car with one minor concern. They took a look at the issue which ended up being a non-issue and gave us what to expect at 100,000 mile point to keep car running. The estimate will help plan the expense so no surprises (hopefully) going forward on basic maintenance.Jay explained issues so well that you feel like you are definitely part of the decision making process.Definitely recommend!!!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Took my 2004 Jeep for a wheel alignment after getting new tires. The service advisor was great and informative. The work done was perfect and at a reasonable price. I'd bring back my car to them again.

I had a couple concerns and didn t know what the problem could be. My usual mechanic was too busy to look at my car. I looked for a mechanic near my office and took a chance. Advanced Auto took me right away, drove with me and did a thorough investigation of my vehicle. They included me and showed me first hand what the issues were. Noel is extremely knowledgeable and would rely on his opinion anytime. The entire staff was helpful and respectful.Advanced Auto has certainly earned by business.

My husband had been taking our vehicles here for a very long time. He knew the owners well and they knew our vehicles and maintained them meticulously.The business sold and my husband passed away suddenly. I was anxious about taking my car in to the new owners and staff. That was a waste of my time.Everyone is wonderful! They understood that I had not handled maintenance on my car, they were kind, patient and everything I could have hoped for! Jay and Tim took the time to explain the work being done. They let me know that they would be there to help me with this new responsibility.I am thrilled that our old repair shop is now my new repair shop.This is a great, honest, reliable, dependable shop with truly kind people working there. These guys were helpful. They didn t actually work on my vehicle but I stoped by with a question for an issue with my car. They took a look for 5-10 min. Appreciate the advice they gave and taking the time.

We had issues with a new/used car we had purchased and the team at Advanced Auto was able to diagnose and recommend next steps within a day and without an appointment. They were very nice and helpful and we will definitely be back for future repairs.

I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe in the shop for some spark plug replacement work. Jay was very nice to work with on this appointment. He took the time to discuss options, and he answered all of my questions. Update. Just stopped by for a minor problem. In and out on short notice and they took care of it. It would have taken me 2 hours but they did it in 5 minutes. Definitely going back.Dave takes care of you. Been using his service for ten years. Doesn t disappoint. Today I brought in my car, long story short he fixed it even though he didn t have time. He s reliable. I drop off my car at his shop next to the train station, go to work, come back, and it s ready. All good. Ask for David.

I brought in my lowered Infiniti G37 to these guys and Technician Noel did a wonderful job explaining the camber fit my car. Brought me into the garage and showed me everything throughly! Would definitely recommend bringing your car to Noel for alignment.

I have been coming to Advanced Auto for over 10 years and multiple cars. The new ownership did not disappoint. The staff was very honest and manager James answered all questions I had. This place use to be a good repair shop until new management. I brought my car to them for the last time after they quoted a repair of all wheel bearings for $2600.00Needless to say I brought my car to another mechanic who actually put my car up and looked at it and told me "ALL my wheel bearings are fine. There is nothing wrong with them." Although my car did need repairs it was in the amount of $1550.00. I will never go back again.

Advanced Auto has always been an honest and competent business. They are a far better option than any dealership. They focus on client s expected near term utilization of the vehicle, thus reasonable client needs as opposed to broad vendor wants. New ownership has enhanced the customer experience as well.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Brakes went out on our company vehicle; got it to the shop at 5:30pm on Wednesday, had it back by 3:30pm on Thursday - brakes & other needed repairs completed fully and at a great price. Constant communication, friendly professionals & final price came in lower than their estimate. Replace headlight that is still under warranty. It has 3 year warranty for headlight bulb. Great customer service.
