I appreciate the transparency of this business. The estimate was pretty spot on with the final price invoice I received. The turn around time was quick as well! My truck had some front bumper damage and it looks good as new with a guarantee for as long as I have the vehicle! Thank you for the work!

Best experience of the bunch!My drivers side front end was damaged.I took my car to three locations in Palatine.One of the three never responded. One of the three was 2K more than A&A.I didn t choose A&A because it was the least expensive.I chose it because the customer service was excellent.The quote was explained to me in detail. There were options given.I was offered and took them up on a ride home after dropping my car.A timeframe given for when the car would be ready. It was right on time.Car looks amazing like it was never damaged just as it should.No surprises. Excellent service. Great price.

I had a minor fender bender and didn t want to spend too much money on fixing an old used car. Tyler was willing to work with me and my budget to see what made sense. He was very professional and easy to work with. Work was finished in a timely manner and on top of that, I had another minor issue and they helped address that as well as part of the outstanding service. Although I hope I don t need to go back to see them anytime soon, but if I ever need more body work, I would go back again. What more could you ask for. Walked in on a Monday morning without an appointment for a free estimate, and they were able to get me a fast and fair price. Can't even tell my car was ever damaged - their painter was walking me through the layers of paint, primer, and finish they put on new Fords for durability. It all sounded like working on new model Fords were harder to work on in terms of making the paint an exact match - I can say the painters at A&A did an excellent job with it.I looked at the precise spot where the paint was cracked from impact, and could see literally zero mark of repair. I'm particular about these sorts of things, so I was impressed!

These guys are great. I was a last minute walk in. They were so kind and considerate of my walking in with a toddler with me too. The offered to arrange a ride for pick up even, so nice! They were quick with the job, they were honest, and they saved me a lot of money. They have earned all my future business if I am in the situation to need some. I had a very scary accident with a deer that caused a lot of damage to my car -and I took my car to A & A body shop and couldn't have been more happy with the communication and service. Dan was very helpful in navigating the insurance claim and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone! My car is as good as new now, you would have never known it had lots of damage!

Dan provided a very fair estimate for repair on my car and did a great job. He was very flexible and even followed up with additional repairs for minimal to no charge. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommend.

Amazing Customer Service!! Needed an emergency of a job done ASAP with a hanging rear liftgate window on a 2010 Ford Explorer (wind chill -30). Originally had an appointment with the closest place to my house, but when I went it turned out nobody showed up to work that day.. With no time to waste I googled the next nearby body shop, A and A popped up and was only 2 mins away.Right off the bat when I walk in, Dan, who is just a genuinely nice guy, was ready to assist me, and came out to examine the issue. Within only a couple mins he had the needed parts ordered. I was asked if I wanted to leave the car or come back when convenient, the flexibility was really nice, and there was a feeling of relief that I ve never experienced at an auto shop. I needed it done asap so I chose to leave it there, and was told it would be fixed by the next day (which it was!!) I was getting ready to order and Uber and then Dan offered to give me a ride home! I was only about 5 mins away, but on as brutal of a day as it was with the very negative temperatures, the gesture really meant a lot to me, and again, unlike any auto/body shop I ve dealt with in the past.A and A did a flawless job on the repair, and I will definitely be going back with any future auto body issues, also will recommend them to anybody I know who needs work done. If you need any body work done on your vehicle, don t hesitate and give A and A a try, you ll be happy you did! -Sam

Was referred to them via my original service team. Incurred some minor paint scrape on the side of my 2020 Mercedes driver side door. Dan offered to touch this up at no expense. Just had our car repaired at A&A Body shop. This shop is wonderful-they have great customer service and our car looks brand new. We were especially happy because this shop went above and beyond dealing with insurance to help us get our car on time. Would highly recommend!

We haven't had work done yet, just an estimate, so this is not a thorough rating. No appointment necessary for estimate. Estimate was done immediately with a computer written estimate explained by the mechanic. Not a large shop, so outdoor storage of jobs is done, but indoor storage can be had for additional cost. Shop is not in a 'bad part' of town.

Excellent service! Dan catered to my insurance check and worked with what was provided for the hail damage. He provided a loaner car as well for the time while I they fixed my car. A well deserved 5 stars!

Great auto body shop did some work on my GF's Nissan. They pushed a panel that was out of place back in & hammered out some dents. Couldn't even tell it was ever damaged. Really reasonable estimates too. These guys are definitely who I'd go to if I had any other issues.

If you're looking for knowledgable, helpful people in repairing your vehicle, talk to the guys at A&A Auto Body. The honesty and competence is what keeps me coming back when required. Dan is the best. In business since the 60's, a proven business. I won't go anywhere else.

My car got smashed badly and A& A Body Shop made it brand new again. They worked with the insurance company and got everything I needed to fix my car. Dan the owner I the best. The guys in the shop are wonderful. Thanks A&A !!!!

Outstanding customer service. I brought my car in on a Monday with significant work and had planned to leave town Thursday. They got the car to me in time for my trip and were extremely easy to communicate and work with. Great place.

I was referred their from the original place that I went to the only did repairs on the engine excetera when I arrived here someone came out to greet me and he was a very pleasant and they truly seemed concerned because they know the car that I have is very rare and it was on a whim that I tried to get it fixed before I took off and as I thought the part would be hard to get and would take a while and it would definitely be more than I could spend at that time but it didn't stop talking to me about it so I would assume they do good work but I can't tell you what kind of work but if you want someone to talk to about your automobile I suggest this would be a stop

Amazing job these guys did on my truck. Tyler was awesome. I drive 60 miles to use these guys and will be back if need be. Truck looks like it was never in an accident.

I went in to get an estimate on replacing a fender and the guy was very rude, and his quote was incredibly high. Went down the street to another shop and got it done for less than half of what he asked for.

When getting rusty rocker panels fixed, I was told I was getting "the entire rocker panels and rust cut out and replaced". When they rusted out less than a year later, it was obvious they were dishonest about the work they did. PLUS they bondo'd the left fender to the rocker panel! Total s*** work!
