Terrible time they had my car for 3 weeks because they didn't have the correct tool to fix vw jetta. They ordered it and ordered the wrong tool. My car warranty made is difficult to pick my car up because they wouldn't pay out until the dealership called, the dealership said they called, warranty place said they didn't. After having my car for 2 weeks they wanted me to wait another week because their manager was on vacation. Upon receiving my car I drove it out the vw drive and the vehicle would not go and check engine light was still on. Against my better judgment I took it back to this dealership for vibration and weird sound upon cranking was told nothing was wrong that it might be my vacuum pump or tires. So I got my tires balanced at a different place and was still having issues with vibration. Took it to a different vw dealership and turns out my wheels need to be aligned. Will not be back.

My daughter required roadside assistance with our insurance provider and we had her vehicle towed to Sierra VW because it was the closest VW dealership. We could not be more happier with the service we received by Ryan and his staff. We will be back for sure!

The problem was serious, and it was resolved and covered by the warranty. Great job troubleshooting and repairing! I was however without a car for a full month with no loaner car... very tough situation. I could have taken it to Naperville VW and had a loaner. I like to do local business if possible. Had I known it would be more than a few days, I would have went to Naperville.

All staff we dealt with were kind and courteous. They all listened to what we were looking for and we not at all pushy in their approach to helping us wit the vehicle we were there to see. We had our financing all but finalized prior to the visit and had zero issues with the dealership pushing their preferred financing.

I chose my ratings based on my encounter with a single person at the service counter who did not seem to be happy with their job or just simply was irritated by my presence. I was kind and I limited my questions to one basic question which seemed to only irritate them more. I did speak to other people during my visit who were very pleasant. The service to my car was quick and painless, so everything else went great! I will likely make the longer trip back to Naperville VW simply due to this single service person who could not be bothered to do her job without an attitude about me simply existing in her presence.

My vehicle was serviced and returned to us, but other than telling us that a fuel sensor was not functioning and telling us it would be about 3 hours without a loaner vehicle there was really no further contact toward us by service , and your dealership staff took care of us as always and got us a loaner until the car was done, I feel that this should go without saying that the service department could have done this but didn't. I really do like your dealership and have been doing business with them for 40+ years through various lots and the only problem I have is the lack of customer service in your service department. But overall I still give your dealership five stars.

I made appointment via phone for oil change and tire rotation. My wife brought the car for this appointment. When checking in the passat she was asked what was being done. My wife didn't know what was to be done and apparently neither did your service department. The brown haired, tattooed female at service desk was extremely rude and unfriendly about this and my wife told her so!

The dealership was respectful of the fact I could not just stop by since I live over an hour away. They worked with me remotely and even delivered the vehicle to my home. Great overall experience with this dealership.

My fiance brought my car in for a DSG service was sat in the waiting room for almost 5 hours then told that parts had not ordered the transmission fluid to replace what they had taken out and that the car would have to sit until the next day at a minimum while they tried to source the fluid over the next few days. They ended up getting the fluid sourced and over nighted, finishing the service as the department was closing. They did send her home with a nice loaner vehicle which is the only reason this is not a one star.

Patrick in parts was able to try and help me out with some information. thank you sir. the girl in service was useless unfortunately.i had previous warranty work done on the vehicle at this location and wanted to know if when the work was done if there could have been a reason for my current situation the car is in or not, but i was unable to find out that information without an "appointment". Costing me and someone else inconvenience and hourly pay for said appointment that im sure i cant get compensation for from said dealership.Matt, if you read this and want to reach out, please do.

Everyone was so friendly! I felt no pressure and all my questions were answered. From being greeted at the door by the general manager Craig who answered my questions on the phone and set our appointment, James the salesman was very knowledgeable, and Ann from finance answered all our questions and customized our warranty for our needs!

Took triple the service time than quoted n no update why the extended wait. I've had hit or miss service here. Leaving it at the shop means they will take their time and not call you back. Just so yall know. Good to see they don't care about customers and their jobs.

If I could give them no stars Iwould! I'm at the dealership with a count down to Death (the ad blue system warning for a diesel) with 20 miles left until my Touareg will not start again. I am traveling and have 1000 miles left in my drive. These guys don't understand the system on my diesel nor will they try and help me. They told me to sit around and they might get to me. Thanks guys for sending a loyal VW owner away to an unknown situation in the middle of long haul traveling! My dealership in Maine told me they would get me or anyone else in that situation right in for the simple reset of the system. THANKS FOR NOTHING BUT MORE HEADACHE!!!

They are incompetent and have no idea how to give prices over the phone. I want told one price over the phone and when I went to check out they upped the price by $50. I would not come here if you have any other options. They are not worth it.
