I had a great experience at Sierra motors and Ottawa Illinois. Jim was fantastic and was very kind. He made the whole ordeal very painless and I thought I got a good deal. I was very happy with everything and my car rides fantastic. I'm very very happy with the kindness of Jim as well as rest of the staff. That's why I came back again to buy another car from them.

Great experience. We found a car online we wanted to see, and made an appt. We worked with Jim. He had the car out and ready in the showroom garage area and greeted us at the door. He was very kind and helpful and wasn t pushy at all. Everyone we spoke with was great. George and Anne helped us through the process as well. We are so very grateful we found a super nice car at a great price, and everyone at Sierra showed us nothing but kindness and respect. 5 stars!! Thank you!

Called in this morning asked to put a deposit down on the vehicle. Was told I d be given a call back shortly. She told me it was not sold and I was able to do so. Never got a call. Called back three hours later and they have a deposit from someone else. I don t know how you do business that way but I wouldn t waste my time here again. Sales lady Brittany is who I dealt with.

Went in for grinding sound and tension when pressing on brakes for fear of my car breaking on the road from being old. Guy tried to sell me on tires instead of fixing the issue like most places I've gone to in the past, and then got defensive when I explained my issue further. I wanted to have my problem fixed but was not listened to and went home with a car I'm still nervous to drive. Thanks for the help, but will be getting better help elsewhere

Absolutely fantastic. Sierra Motor Mall Bill Walsh really puts their customers first. I ran over a piece of metal and put a hole in my tire. They were able to order me a new tire and install it the same day. A technician even stayed after to make sure it got done. 10/10 recommend!

Service department is an absolute joke. My car had an appointment at 9 am on Tuesday and no one called me until I called Wednesday and was told they haven t even looked at it yet. After driving it for a total of 1 minute and 16 seconds, told me nothing was wrong with it even after showing them a video of what it was doing. Ryan talked down to me and was argumentative. Go literally anywhere but here.

We need more stars for Sierra(*********).We absolutely can't tolerate 99.9% of car sales associates. Howard Tuttle is the .1% that goes the distance and then some to provide a customer with what they want and a fair deal. This is the second vehicle purchased from Howard and both times we left feeling good about our purchases. Howard and George Honiotes make a good team and found me the car I was looking for and had it in my possession within 24 hrs. 99.9% chance I'll be going back to Sierra and the team again. I will recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again.p.s. Howard~get them to work on that remodeling, I have another empty wall. :)

I've purchased 9 of my last 11 new vehicles from Bill Walsh dealerships. I always bring my vehicles to the dealer for service and oil changes. Their online service scheduler never works, but if you call them it's easy to schedule a time and date.Edit 07/15/2022: They have a new online scheduler that works, however, it always gives me Volkswagen services when I only own Jeeps. Also, although the appointment gets into their system, it still does not provide any confirmation.Edit 02/14/2024: They have a new online scheduler that actually works great! It still doesn't send an appointment affirmation; a confirmation text or email would be nice to receive.

I've had great experiences buying cars at Bill Walsh. I live close to Chicago and still drive back to Ottawa when shopping for cars. My family and I always call Howard Tuttle when we're looking. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm really happy with my last purchase and was able to trade in my car too. Highly recommend working with Howard when searching for your next car!

Extremely disappointed with service. Just recently bought a car and paid extra to have it certified . At first the Car doesn t come with windshield wiper fluid (whatever). Then two months later I already need oil change, new brake pads and Rottar s. They deny that it needs any work. They are allowing people to drive unsafe cars because they don t want to fix it? Baffled and disappointed is an understatement. Wanted to support local but will never buy a car from here again.

I bought a new Jeep from Howard Tuttle and the process couldn't have been easier. Howard was very friendly and knowledgable, and I went from test driving a few cars to driving one off the lot (with plates!) in just a few hours! I would highly recommend Sierra Motor Mall, go see Howard!

I went in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted but what I test drove was too small. The salesperson I worked with, Roy Etienne, listened to my needs and found the exact right vehicle for me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and pressure-free. I would definitely do business with Roy, Craig, and Ann again when the time comes.

Great place to purchase a vehicle. The staff is excellent. Howard helped me in the daunting task of purchasing a vehicle. He put me at ease with his great personality and easy going attitude. The experience at Bill Walsh service center at Sierra Motors was quite disappointing the manager of 30 years was screaming yelling because I questioned him on what he did and I payed for 1700.00 dollars and it wasn't done with proof in papers and asked for Bill Walsh he wasn't there. I did not raise my voice I just left very unsatisfied and saking my head how could ok f that happen

We drove from about 2 hours away to get a specific car. We searched high and low finally found 2 vehicles at this dealership we were interested in. They answered all of my many questions over the phone and through texting, which is a huge plus, and we felt confident driving up to get 1 of those 2 vehicles. Howard took his time with us and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the whole process. We didn't feel pressured to buy a car and we felt like we were getting honest customer service. Overall, we had a great experience at this dealership.

Car buying was always an unpleasant experience for me, but all that changed when I bought my first vehicle from Howard Tuttle. He has a calm, easy manner, and his focus always is on what I want or need, not on trying to push a deal at me. His expertise includes knowledge of the vehicles he sells, but most of all he has the ability to analyze my needs and present a group of options for me to consider. He does it with ease, and respect. This is something I ve not experienced from car salesmen in the past.I have bought my last three vehicles from Howard, and my son his last two. Our last one is a sweet 2017 Jeep Cherokee that Howard helped my wife and I find. Again, this shows his knack of matching the customer to the right vehicle, which is important to him as a salesman.I never thought I would say this, but buying a car is now a pleasant experience, thanks to Howard.

George honored a $1000 pricing mistake. Who does this in today's world? Howard was very accommodating and friendly. He is an authentic guy. Bob in finance was efficient and fast. Nobody was pushy. My trade in had some expensive extra accessories that I added. They recognized this and gave me some extra money for the added accessories. They gave me what I thought was a very fair trade in value. I live in Chicago and was happy I made the drive to their dealership. Overall they treated me like a valuable customer and made me feel great! Also, I love the car they sold me.

My wife found a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Winter Edition she fell in love with. We attempted to purchase a vehicle at another Jeep dealer that was closer to our home only to have the dealer try to con us out of $2K after agreeing to a deal. We decided to take a drive out to Sierra Motor Mall which is 1 1/2 hours from our home. It was the best decision we ever made. Every single person we came in contact with was very friendly and made you feel at ease. After purchasing the vehicle we felt like we got a great deal and feel that we were treated very well. A special thanks to our salesman James Struck who really did a great job taking care of us. Also thank you to Craig and Bob Healy for making our car purchase a pleasure. We traveled quite a distance to purchase the Jeep, it was well worth it. When all was said and done we ended up getting close to 3K more for our trade than from the first dealer. Definitely worth the trip!!!!

My fiance and I like Howard T. He super nice, helpful and a great person to talk to. We DO NOT like whoever the guy is that runs the shop. He is a young gentleman that relies more in his computer than listening to what the issues of the client are. Took my car at least 4 times for a leak in the back and always came back as "NOTHING" well if it was nothing it would not leak or be a huge wet spot in the middle of the inside of the car. They dont have a problem charging you a fee but fixing it's a whole different story.As long as I get a good deal on what I buy I always have someone good and reliable working and fixing my car but I am not impressed at all about their shop.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the moment we got there to the moment we drove away with our truck, this is the one AND ONLY time I will say buying a car was a pleasant experience. The LEAST stressful purchase we've made. Ask for Howard Tuttle! I cannot put into words how awesome he was to work with. He was so kind and honest from the start. We had been looking for a specific truck for a few months, and every time we went to see it, something was off. Either the car or the deal was non-existent and it felt like a ploy to get us in the door. If we are ever in the market for another car, this is the only place we will go. We got EXACTLY what we were looking for, and again... I cannot say this enough, the experience was actually pleasant! Thank you Howard for helping us find our dream truck!

We just purchased our fourth vehicle from Sierra Motors. Howard is our sales person, he seems more like a great friend or family than our sales person. Truly an outstanding person. Called Howard on our way down to Sierra Motors and let me know he was on vacation but his Sales manager Craig would take care of us and he certainly did indeed. Made us feel like family and pulled his whole team together to make our experience exceptional. We got the vehicle we wanted, a Jeep Gladiator at a price we could afford. What more could you ask for a truly nice experience. Thanks Steve
