I received excellent customer service, especially from the front desk scheduler whose name, if I recall correctly, was Brian. I went to Pomp s to get an estimate on replacing all 4 of my tires ( as I was advised to do by another company in town). Brian went above and beyond to check the condition of all my tires and said my tires showed some tread wear but were just fine and I DID NOT need to have them all replaced! Saved me a ton of money!! Thanks for your honesty Brian and thanks to Pomp s

My experience with Pomp's Tire Service was most excellent and very impressive. My Granddaughter happened to be staying with me for a few days when we discovered that one of her tires was losing air. Her KIA did not come with a spare tire or donut. While attempting to remove the tire in order to bring it in for repair, I discovered that the previous owner had installed lock nuts on her wheels and there were no sockets or removal tools in the car. I pride myself on fixing the vast majority of all things that brake but this job required special tools that I did not have. I chose Pomp's because they were the best qualified for this task. I went in and talk with the head mechanic and he gave me a clear picture of how he might be able to fix the problem. He ended up fixing the leaky tire and removed 4 lock nuts and replaced all 20 nuts with a brand new set. So now and in the future I will not be locked out from doing my own tire work. He was able to accomplish exactly what I was looking for and way below his cheapest estimate. I highly recommend Pomp's tire.

Pomp s is always pretty busy but they also work quick and do their best to be accommodating to your needs. I stopped in for a flat and they had my tire in stock and got me back on the road with a new one within 40 mins. Great service !

Brian was wonderful! He made sure my car I recently got was inspected for any possible needed repairs and I got 2 new front tires as well for a great deal. Excellent service!

I only use Pomps for all my automotive needs. They are so much more than tires. Not only do they perform top quality work; they are some of the nicest people to work with. They have a full mechanic's department that will tackle any issue you are having with your vehicle. I have used them for years and I don't trust anyone to work on my vehicles but them. Being a woman, I know they will never take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Thank you to Pomps and their wonderful staff.

Brian took great care of me over the phone making sure I got the best tire for my needs without overselling and made sure someone came to my house to get my tire to get replaced. Jim came out and he was so reassuring and informed me of everything I needed to know, he was kind knowledgeable and very expedite.. I'll always use this company.

We were stuck from out of town, and despite being booked up and near closing, they squeezed us in and got us on our way. All with smiles on their faces. We are extremely grateful and could not recommend them more.

I was told by a car dealer I needed new tires but the dealer couldn't get them done right away. I came to Pomps for new tires an was told I didn't really need them the tire tread was good. They are very honest and I really appreciate that. They will get my business in the future.

4 stars only because I was told 20 min but took an hour. I was getting a tire plugged, and I guess it was a new guy learning. Which is fine, everyone has to learn at some point. She was aware I was on a time limit for my daughters therapy, and this information of the new guy was not communicated until after the fact. I m not completely sure she knew until after either to be honest. Either way, I was left sitting there waiting instead of getting updated. Someone from the shop should have communicated that part better. Luckily we made the appointment for 30 min sooner than we were originally going to set it for just in case, and I was on time. Other than that, they squeezed me in pretty quickly and were very nice to deal with. I would recommend them to others and be a returning customer myself.

Was able to get a same-day appointment to repair a passenger tire puncture. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Repair was completed and my vehicle was parked directly outside the door. Will come here again.

Amazing people. We are traveling with our RV across the states and blew a tire on I80E. We were able to pull off the highway and put our spare tire onI did a Google search found Pomp's tire called Keith said he had our size we were fortunate only 2 miles down the road. They were able to take off the damaged tire remount the new tire put it on our RV even checked our spare for us. Really great service, kind and reasonable price. There are good people in Ottawa, Illinois. Thank you so much.

As an out of towner, Pomp's was recommended by my aunt. I shopped around and found them to have the best price for what I needed. The tires were delivered the following day. They performed a thorough inspection and found an issue that I was aware of. Very professional and courteous service was given as if I was a local customer that they've known for years! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing tires/service to their vehicle.
