Paid for the Ultimate wash of $25.00. Machine gave me no reciept. Asked for a reciept. They gave me a reciept for $20.00 and asked if that wss good enough. I said no, I paid $25.00 not $20.00. Kid said thats the best they could do.I do not recommend this placeZero Stars

A 24hr car wash on Ottawa's north side. There are two options for a car wash. You can either have a car wash with automated scrubbers wash your car or you can have a no touch car wash with jets of water. The facility is always clean and staff is there most of the day. You can make an appointment and have your car waxed. The car wash does become very busy on nice days in the late afternoon. Mornings seem to be better were you can get in and out.

I washed my pickup truck there after hours. Due to the size of my Chevrolet I had to use the no touch auto wash. There were areas on the side of my truck where I have decals that did not come clean. I will recommend bringing your vehicle during their open hours because there are better services offered.

I had a full detail done on my SUV at the end of November. It was cleaned to perfection. The premises are also very clean. I use the soft touch wash on a regular basis. It s new and improved and the soap smells good and looks cool. The owner is a veteran. He s a VERY nice guy. We also got an interior detail on my dads SUV and he did an excellent job on that too. He bragged to all his friends how nice of a job was done lol. I recommend this place to everyone.Services: Full body wash, Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I really like this automatic car wash. The soaps smell great and do a good job of cleaning up the car. The brushes don't do a great job of getting all the bug spots off the windshield but everywhere else it does great. It does fold in my mirrors though. Overalls it's pretty good.

Meh. I got the $12 but it didn't get all the bug grim off my car. Plus the vacuum suction was not good, especially if im paying for it. :(

Brought my car in around 1pm and it was finished by 330 pm. My car was BAD on the inside and this place made it look brand new. It was even washed free of charge when I arrived. Excellent car wash and detailing ever. Didn't pay much for my car to look brand new again. I was very impressed. Also there employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience ever. I highly recommend going Ottawa Auto Spa !!! I would consider tipping well.

Bought a $10 wash and it didn t even get the bugs off the front of it and left bad water spots all over the rest of it. Horrible job of cleaning. Went to give it one last chance because it used to be one of the best car washes around and have been very disappointed the last several times I ve gone. Will definitely be going somewhere else from now on, no more chances.

I love this car wash, it gives you 2 different options, One lane is touch free and the other one has the soft fabric spinners. I live on a gravel road and this is one of the only car washes, that actually get all of the dirt off my car the first time.

I wanted to get my truck hand washed because I don't like the job the automatic do sometimes and you just need a little elbow grease to get the road grim off from the winter. With that being said I spoke with Art the manager who was very nice and had quoted $30 over the phone the day before. After washing and ringing up the job, he said he had no way to ring that amount up but the closest he could select on the screen was $39.00. I said in my mind, No problem because I was going to give a tip to the guys for what looked like a quality job from the waiting room, so instead of a $15 tip it was going to be $5.00. I inspected it inside there building and I left feeling pretty good about the service. But after I got it home and I inspected in the sunlight they had spiderwebed my paint job because of using dirty rags. Could be from previous cars or not cleaned correctly, either way why not use new rags? If they do 30 cars by hand a day then just put in the price! Rags don't cost that much as in comparison to a paint job!! This truck has a Diamond Coat seal for protection and it has scratched that.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Always my go to for my car wash. I do the touchless wash because I don't want anything touching my truck lol however, I recently met the owner and had a great conversation with him. Always a great experience with great results.

I have used both the touch wash and the touchless wash and both times by car has some out no cleaner than when it went in. You can not even tell it went through a car wash. My car was not super dirty either. No reason my car could not have gotten clean. Very poor quality and waste of money.Service: Full body washService: Full body wash

DO NOT USE THE DETAILING SERVICE! I brought my car to Art. First he told me my car was going to be ready at 6pm, then I went to get my car and waited an hour. Basically told me his dad (who runs the car wash) snunk it in last min...I made the appt the week before! Then it was raining, so Art advised me to turn on my heat on my way home to absorb the moisture...well, when I got my car home, my clothes were damp from how wet it was. Next day...I got in my car to go pick up groceries and my heat controls were not working and the heat was blasting! So I took it by the car wash to show the father since it was on my way to Walmart. He passed the buck and said to call Art, it s his problem. So I did and he had me take my car to his mechanic. they couldn t figure it out, so they advised me to take it to the dealership. This is a week later!!!! I took it to the dealership and they found that that due to the wetness/moisture Art fried my amplifier controls. So I called Art and explained what the dealership told me and he told me he was going to contact his mechanic to see if he could fix it....ARE YOU SERIOUS?! No, that s not what s happening. I trust the dealership and after all this I m want my car back! Art refused to accept his mistake and pay for the damages, so now we will be going to court! If they mess up your car they don t accept responsibility!!!!

The wash does a pretty good job, I especially admire the blow dryers to dry the car, I only wish it did a better job cleaning the wheels. Hands down, the best in town.

Had my truck detailed there and they went above and beyond! They made sure that it was spotless, they made it look brand new. I will definitely recommend them and I will definitely go back. Absolutely great experience!

Nice, clean automated car wash tucked behind the Honda dealer. I was very happy with what I got in the "hands off" wash Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Ottawa area.

Came here for detailing, If I could give a 7/5 rating I would! Made everything completely spotless and even did some details that weren't required!! There are two drive through car wash options at this location. Friction (spinning brushes touch your car) and touchless. The advantage to this location is that the drying fans last longer than the other car washes on the Southside of town.

Detailed the interior and exterior of my 2108 Ram today. The interior was very abused as I pretty much have been living in it. I was shocked at the level of detail! And he's an awesome guy!

Just had my car detailed (2010 EDGE) NOW I have a New looking 2022.Everyone was Friendly and the work was DONE RIGHT. The soft touch is by far the best automatic washer for vehicles and the extra details like tire rim brush really helps,haven't found a better vehicle wash then this place.

We had sap from a pine trees all over our vehicle from a weekend of camping. It washed it all away on the first wash. Will probably be back to have them do it next time.

Touchless was a great selection. It was 17 degrees and still open. Was nice to get all the salt off my car from the winter storm.

Nice place to get car washed prices the same as the rest. Only difference you can get your car detailed there.
