The chicken here at KFC is great. Best in the area. However googles GPS could have better tracked my movement to the establishment next door where I really was. As for O'reilly's, I have dealt with the establishment several times and they are extremely knowledgeable and likeable people

Came into this O reillys with severe radiator trouble and Jake was able to recommend the product that saved the day and got us safely home, as well as providing above and beyond service! Thank you to Jake and this store!

Since I moved hear 4 years ago this is my number 1 store for all my parts to mine and my 5 kid's car's, plus I work on other people's to make side money. This is my store other town's ain't good they mess up to much.

I always stop at O'Reilly's when I am in need of something the guys working today helped me out need to barrow some tools to tighten up some bolts on my bike didn't even ask a question supper helpful good people up in there

Stephen was great! Checked out my service engine light, recommended a remedy, and 5 minutes later I was on my way home, service engine light off!

These guys were fantastic! I have never been served like that before! I was in some tough straits and they were very good in keeping it positive, exploring options, and finding the solution. They pretty much bought my loyalty to o'reilly that day.

Went to buy a headlight bulb for my vehicle. I asked if they can install it for me and he said sure... until I told him I had a 2014 Traverse. He then preceded to explain that he would need a jack and take off my tire and he could not do that. Well it turns out, you DO NOT need to do all that!

The local O'Reilly guys are cut from a different cloth!! They're a straight no chaser kinda bunch, with real experience and knowledge of issues with vehicles. Highly recommended!!

A big shout out to Jeremy and the rest of the people at O'Reilly Ottawa came there with a blinker problem in my semi and park beside their parking lot. Jeremy help me figure it out, I will not be failing a DOT inspection now!

If you need help and need your battery checked or questions regarding a fuse in your vehicle don't waste your time they'll send you somewhere else this is for the O'Reilly's in Morris Illinois and I went in there twice and both times. No help whatsoever

Asked 3 different people for help locating products, they each walked away mumbling something. Waited, they didn't come back. After about 8 min, i walked out and drove to Advanced Auto. Won't be going back here.

The review by Jason is totally wrong. He forgets to tell how he was trying to rip one of his own customers off Oriellys caught this wrong doing and banned him from the store. So his review of the employees and management are by a disgruntled criminal. Store is well trained and has the correct parts you need.

Watch what you buy especially light bulbs they completely lied saying could return it try that day said hold it but since did I am out of money on it

Helpful staff and friendly, I was worried I was going to be stranded in their parking lot but thankfully it turned over as the tech checked my battery and starter and alternator. I truly appreciate their help in a panicked situation.

Staff are not always the most knowledgable about stuff but they do got a nice selection on parts and dont have the substantial deficiency autozone staff seem to have of intentially giving you the wrong part so you have to make an extra trip back there...

Couldn't get a set of brakes and rotors with dude asking me 20 questions. The weight of my vehicle?! For God sakes ill go somewhere else. Ottawa, IL OReillys is a real winner.
