I've had an indoor unit for about two years. For most of 2022 the light over my unit has been not working. I reported it to the office and via email several times and nothing but excuses have been provided. How hard is it to fix a light (it's the bulbs, ballast, or fixture). Also the rent has gone sky high since I rented the unit, the opposite of the customer service. I'm moving out now to a different facility and got a unit for 40% less than what I'm spending here. When customers don't get what they pay for they go somewhere else.

Great location, easy access and climate controlled units! Everything is so clean and I have had no issues. Sharon is amazing and so helpful! I cannot say enough on how friendly the staff is and great to work with. Thank you for making it so easy for me to move my things into storage while I down size!

They were great to work with. I was able to get a unit the same day I reached out. The front office was very helpful and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The unit was clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend this location.

The gentleman that helped me at the counter was absolutely perfect. He made clear the hours of operation, the cost per month and the like. The unit I rented was clean, well lit and is easily accessible.

I had the pleasure of working with Sharon at the Fosse Road location and she is very helpful and patient as we were trying to determine what size unit we needed. The facility is clean and while we were moving items around she even came by to check to see how we were doing. Great personality and friendly which made us feel comfortable.

Great location, easy access and I love the climate controlled units! We didn't have any issues getting signed up with a unit. We were shown a few different sizes so that we could choose the best for us. Everything looked so clean and nice.

Customer service was exemplary! Had a lot of uncertainty with when we would need a climate control unit and Sharon patiently helped us through the process. We greatly appreciated her caring and understanding.

Worst place ever!!! If you have any valuables never and mean never use this place, They will try to screw you over so they can keep your items be careful!

Very accommodating and efficient personnel when reserving or when having questions. Facility is neat clean and well kept. This is our 2nd year and we are very satisfied and recommend it for your storage needs.

Good for the most part... Wish they would fill the pot holes so you arent driving thru mud to get to your unit
