They were fantastic and so kind! My car broke down and I was from out of town. I called and they fit me in right away! Highly recommend! Great people.

Beware!! This shop is shady took my GMC Acadia in for poor acceleration problems dropped off at 8am by 1pm didn't hear anything so decided to call to check in the he tells me he took the car on a drive didn't see nothing wrong except now the car has is empty really I took it in with 4 gallons of gas how far did you have to drive it my thoughts tells me there was no codes coming back excuse me anybody knows not all car problems will throw a code not everything in a vehicle is electric at this point he tells me he will check a few other things after hanging up I am thinking this guy is not trust worthy is he joy riding in my car or simply judt forsnt want to deal with it call back a srcond time to sre just out of curiosity how much if any chsrgebthete will be he gets on the phone to say there is transmission problems the transmission was just replaced a few months ago so which is it you say first there was nothing wrong to now there is transmission problems then tells me he put gas back in it impossible there is a lock gas cap on it which I had the key in my possession bottom line this shop picks and choose who they want to help and if there isn't a check engine light on he didn't want to deal with it lazy that's what I say you become a mechanic to have a check engine light or a code to tell you what's wrong?? Lazy and shady mechanic when picking up the car had the same amount of gas so just another lie when he tells me it's on empty

If you don t know much about cars and can t find let alone know any decent mechanics. Don t Trip Just pull up to my guys garage & ask anybody at the front desk that you need to speak with bob young

My sister was stuck on the side of the road on the way to Iowa and you guys rescued her and helped her out she successfully made it there with no issues Thank you guys for your help and Hospitality!!!

Had an engine issue in middle of long road trip. I called many shops and was told they were all booked up for days to weeks. My Guys got me in right away and they got me back on the road quickly, saved my road trip, and charged me a insanely fair price. I truly wish they were in my home town. I am extremely impressed with the work performed and the caring attitude of Bob and Shasta.Thanks so much! Highly recommend if you are looking for a great mechanic.

After a last-minute call on a Friday afternoon, I was able to get in and out in an hour with a full synthetic oil change and chassis lube. Service was extremely friendly, I felt like I really was welcome there and even the pricing was very fair!

I took my car in with some truly bizarre high pitched metal on metal squealing noises. I was visiting the area and pretty desperate to find the cause. Best shop ever!!! My first time with them was amazing! Within 20 min of walking through the door (call ahead!) they diagnosed my car and had a time and price estimate for me. They had my car fixed and out the door within 3 hours and even worked past their open hours. I will 100% be back for any and all car maintenance

Awesome place!! Needed a quick exhaust job. My clamps rusted my exhaust by my muffler. I just wanted these guys to cut and weld in two pieces of pipe. They got me in right away and did the job super quick AND cheap! Great guys and did a great job!

Fast and friendly, we had an issue with leaking antifreeze and the found the issue and repaired fast im so satisfied with the results and now i can go back home safe

I was traveling to Ottawa for work and suddenly heard loud noises while turning my car. I called My Guys Garage and I was able to bring my car right over. Probably one of the best shop I had to deal with. Very honest and reliable. Saved me on short notice couple times. Easy to work with and very friendly. Definitely highly recommended. My car's radiator failed dramatically on Friday morning while I was visiting Ottawa, but camping by myself at Starved Rock. Shasta and Bob somehow found the replacement parts that day, fixed it by the next day at a very fair price, AND transported me and my Old English Sheepdog to and from the campground to save me from 24 hours of being stranded in town. Broke down on a road trip and this was the only guy open on Saturday and he worked half an hour past closing to help me out highly recommend. Truly great guy and shop
