My Fianc� hit a coyote on the way home from work 2 weeks ago. State Farm sent us elsewhere and the other body shop claimed they couldn t even start on our car for 5 weeks. Not only did Carlson get us in right away, they went above and beyond and helped with our car rental issues to get us with a company for an immediate rental. Got the car back today and it s in excellent condition. Highly recommend!!

I don't live in the area. Hit a deer on I-80 near Ottawa, had to pick a State Farm authorized auto repair shop while sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. Most of my interaction with Carlson was via email - I could tell that Gary was very professional and knew what he was doing. The repairs were extensive, but our vehicle wasn't totaled, and they fit us into their schedule, even going so far as to let us pick the vehicle up on a Saturday afternoon, less than 2 weeks after the collision. I found out that Gary had actually driven that morning to get the correct replacement headlight from a dealership in suburban Chicago (after they had sent the wrong part), and made sure it was installed correctly on the car on a Saturday. I've owned award-winning show cars and know auto paint, and our vehicle's paint is perfect, the repairs were done correctly, and we experienced no issues driving the car home 11 hours to Maryland. First-class repair, done quickly, by nice people who know what they are doing. Can't recommend them more highly.

I always am treated great. Unfortunately going there means you're had an accident. They do a great job repairing your vehicle Gary is a very nice guy.

They did a decent job in repairing the damage on my door,took the time to paint the entire side so everything would match...however my power mirrors don't work anymore,and the entire truck is covered in overspray outside of the side they painted...they don't put the love in and take time to cover things properly. I'm a painter myself and it was the first thing I noticed, an hour of they're time to mask and prep properly would have changed my outlook on them....spend the extra money and go to gays auto body and get it done right..

Unfortunately I hit quite a tall curb in my vehicle causing almost $7000 in damage. Carlson autobody worked with my less than communicative insurance company to get the work done, and did a very good job. There was mostly mechanical damage, but the body work they did have to do was done very well. Also, shortly after I picked up my car from their shop, I had an issue with my car in which Carlson autobody gave me a free consultation from a trusted mechanic whom put my mind at ease. The issue was unrelated to the work I had done, but they gave me the exact cause to the issue which allowed me to fix it myself. I would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone.
