(Experience on 2/24 with Jake Elitzer-Sales/Leasing Professional)I am so pleased with my first experience buying a car through Toyota. I bought the 2018 Buick Regal GS edition, and Jake made the process very straightforward , easy-going , and overall satisfying! He was very charismatic through the process trying to find the best avenues for me to find my dream car ! I am very pleased with my experience !I should note that i noticed a couple cosmetic defects after purchase (nothing severe), BUT, Toyota is being extremely professional after I made them aware: reaching out to me, giving business cards, fixing the issue at the dealership with no extra costs, as well as letting me use a dealership-vehicle while car is getting worked on.Overall satisfied with my experience !!!

As a teenager this was my very first time buying a vehicle, I bought a 2023 Tacoma. I can confidently say you should seek out Jake Elitzer. As far as buying a car goes, Jake was about as no-haggle of a salesman as believe you can get. I felt as though he genuinely wanted both of us to leave this deal happy, he made the whole ordeal comfortable and straightforward, as well as being personable. We had a mix up and a truck I wanted ended up selling to no fault of anyone, but Jake and his manager Dave surprisingly promptly traded with another dealership for a slightly more trimmed out Tacoma. On top of that, they got my final price cheaper than that of the truck I originally wanted. Overall my experience with Bill Walsh is definitely worth my recommendation.

Purchased 2024 rav 4 January 31. Our sales rep Jake was seriously the most personable and knowledgeable representative of Toyota and its customer care needs. Took his time and patience with our purchase decisions carefully. Not pushy at all and great attitude toward our needs. Explained all the details in full and beyond. Felt like having your best friend have your back. So yeah.. Definitely recommend Jake and toyota brand for the professionalism, courtesy and safety features of the vehicle etc.. even took the time to test drive the vehicle due to my new buyer nerves . We most certainly tell everyone to go to bill walsh toyota 4000 Columbus ottawa. Amanda in the finance department also super professional and efficient at her work also and the friendliness , customer service oriented atmosphere far exceeds expectations in the most positive way imagined. I am very pleased with our decision with the toyota rav 4 and loving the vehicle and all it offers for my needs and the future.. basically, toyota is safe and reliable and so is this facility. We recently bought a Highlander from Bill Walsh. Fantastic experience. We would highly recommend. Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. Everyone was very kind and not pushy at all. We drove about an hour to find the perfect car for us and had such a great experience that we will drive back for oil changes and anything else we might need!! Thank you!!

I have now purchased several vehicles from Bill Walsh, the last 3 (I believe) being from Bill Walsh Toyota. Their Team is outstanding, and whether I am there for maintenance, some type of issue or to purchase a vehicle, the experience is always pleasant. I went to look at a vehicle last night and told them I had no idea if I would be able to purchase it, but I wanted it, and let s run the numbers and see if we can get me in that car. Great place and a great selection of cars and the people are very kind. I got a Toyota RAV4 and I absolutely love it. I need to learn to use the controls these new cars have but I will get there. But the place is awesome and the people are fantastic.

I recently purchased a RAV4 from Jake at Bill Walsh. Low mileage, excellently maintained, even the color and interior I was looking for. Jake really listened to exactly what I wanted and I ended up with a great vehicle. They made the financing easy as well. 10/10 would recommend Jake and Bill Walsh to anyone.

I worked with Jake.And I was very pleased and impressed with his knowledge. Answering all my questions and i'm very happy. And I was impressed with the entire dealership because I felt they were friendlier and more willing to work with me than some of the dealers i've dealt with in peoria. Bill Walsh Toyota Sales manager Mike Serno, and Sales and Leasing Professional Jake Elitzer made my car-buying experience easy and fun! They are both very friendly and personable and they know their products well. I test-drove a car, then requested it in a different color. One week later my new car was in. Jake did all the paperwork and showed me all the bells and whistles on my new car. He set up the phone apps I needed and in 90 minutes I was on my way. My 2023 Crown was actually the 9th vehicle that my husband and I have bought from Bill Walsh. They always give us a good deal. I highly recommend Mike and Jake if you're in the market for a quality new or used car.

I would recommend Bill Walsh Toyota and Jake in sales for anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.Traveled 80 miles to make the purchase. Spoke with Jake via phone and text prior to the trip and he met me on his day off to finish up the purchase. Car was as described when I arrived. Cleaned up and ready to go.In and out in 1 hr 15 mins and bought the car at a very fair price. One of the best car buying experiences I've hadThanks,Jake.

My wife and I just bought a 2023 RAV4. Jake was a fantastic salesman. He was extremely helpful, honest, and made the process seamless. Both Jake and Mike the sales manager listened to our price point and helped us get to where we wanted to be. The only downside to our whole experience was our interaction with the finance manager. After turning down the extended warranties, she audibly sighed, said we are too young to have the attitude of not needing an extended warranty, and how she s been in the business for 15 years. After that interaction and feeling young and dumb, our excitement of driving away in a new car was gone. I would buy from Jake again but would be more prepared to handle the unnecessary behavior from the finance manager.

Kind of sucks you don t realize you ve been ripped off until you talk about your experience with someone. The car I bought in itself is nice. But I was looking for a Toyota Prius, or at least a hybrid seeing I travel for work. Turns out the car I ended up purchasing ISNT a hybrid? I also was told to sign papers before I even knew what I was paying monthly for it. Very confusing situation, but I guess I can t be surprised. That s all these car dealerships ever do to women.

I have been looking for a new Prius XLE FWD with exterior color of Guardian Gray for over 8 months. I saw that Bill Walsh Toyota in Ottawa, IL had one in transit. Even though they are over an hour away I worked with Dave Brooker over the phone. They were charging a fair price and not adding any accessories so I put down a deposit. Before the vehicle arrived at their dealership my local dealership just received the exact Prius. I called Dave and explained my situation. He did not hesitate to return my deposit. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle from them I would highly recommend them for their fair pricing and excellent customer service.

I live in Arlington hts BUT i purchased Venza at Bill Walsh and it was worth it .I cxl my order in Libertyville-I would not advise anyone to purchase from them Drive to OTTAWA IL .For me it was smooth transaction. No lies and empty promises

Had a wonderful experience. Was a bit of a drive from where we lived but well worth it. Our salesperson Mike was helpful and courteous, the sales manager worked with us to get a great deal, and Amanda in finance was friendly, informative, and quick with processing the loan. The truck was exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier!

We traveled several hours to Bill Walsh Toyota to buy a vehicle that we'd been searching for in our area with no luck. We found one here and from the phone calls to actual visit at the dealership, this was the best car dealer experience we've ever had. They are straight forward without the nonsense we've seen at other dealerships. It was definitely worth the drive and we highly recommend them. I drove 2 hours to purchase a car at this dealership. I negotiated the price over the phone with Mike Serno. When I arrived at the Dealership I was met by Jake to go over details of the car. The price was as stated on the phone with no messing around. The paperwork with the finance lady was the quickest I ve ever seen. This is the fastest I ever bought a new car. Everyone was fast and efficient. Great Experience.

Israel made our buying experience very straightforward, pleasant and stress free. He was very thorough and explained everything we needed to know about the car before we left the lot. Amanda, the finance lady was very nice and I did not feel rushed nor forced in any way. I forgot the name of the sales manager but he is also very good to work with.
