Bill Walsh ford has performed an engine transplant in my f- 150 with such precision that could only be performed by a superior team of professionals. Thank you Jamie Glassman and your superior team for completing the task. This is why I went to Bill Walsh Ford to make my F-150 back to perfect running condition!

Very nice to deal with but it took to long for estimate, I wanted a cap for the truck, ended up going elsewhere for identical cap, an same day cost, I guess when someone wants to buy, they should have a cost sheet. I don't have time to shop around to much, weekends are short.

Tony Orozco was very helpful and patient in helping me find a vehicle. I told him what I was looking for and as soon as they got one on the lot, he contacted me for first look and I left that day with a different vehicle.

$80 oil change and the washer fluid was never topped off left and the low washer light turned on later in the day despite not having to use any washer fluid. Checked and sure enough it's low despite my invoice stating the level was checked and OK. Other than that service was good and writer was a good guy. It's a little gripe, yes but it shouldn't happen especially it being checked off that the level was good on the paperwork when it clearly wasn't even checked. I would have even been fine with it marked on the RO that level was low and recommended customer to top off or would have gladly paid to have it topped off if notified it was low.

My husband bought a F150 from Jared, at the Ottawa location. Jared was awesome!!! He made the whole process easy. We were in & out pretty quick, with a beautiful truck. Jared worked with us & we re definitely going back!!!

Sales and service are always professional and courteous. Never have a problem with them picking up my vehicle for service when needed. Their shuttle can service is a life saver!

Worst experience I ve ever had with service center came in with less broke than I ended up with, it was like a drunken tornado tried fixing my car but at least it was vacuumed ohh by the way they lost my car that was sitting right in front in the service center but at least if you need parts they have a good parts center I would give there parts center 5stars

I was in a desperate situation after the service department informed me that I needed a new engine. Robert Flerlage went above and beyond as a salesman to make the process as smooth as possible, meet my requests, and gave me support to adjust to the quick change into a new car. Thank you and with great appreciation to the Bill Walsh Ford-Kia dealership and all the staff that contributed to the process of addressing my car needs.

My recent experience at Bill Walsh Ford Service was exceptional. Jamie was able to get my vehicle in quickly, He was able to schedule in all of the work my Ford Fusion needed in one day. He was professional, courteous and patient with my urgent situation. I have been a service customer for several years and highly recommend them. Wayne was my shuttle driver in the morning. He went above and beyond with a smile and great conversation. Corbin graciously picked me up to retrieve my car and was very professional and friendly as well. This is a service department you can trust. I am so happy with the service and care I received. Keep up the good work

Great service! Found the right vechile for the right price and had a great experience working with them. I am also super excited that I don't have to drive to Bolingbrook to pick up my WeatherTech mats since they sell them through the dealership.

We were very pleased when we came in. Had issues with the transmission, luckily the part we needed was covered by Ford (saved us $1,000.) They also took a look at our headlights and narrowed down the problem. The guy that was helping us was very nice, understanding, and very considerate. Explained to us what the problem was, how long it would take, and around about what price it's going to cost. It was our first time coming in for maintenance, but it definitely wont be the last. Keep up the good work, thank you.

I was hoping to deal with Dave Booker and Mike Miller at the Toyota store in Ottawa but the vehicle my daughter want was at the Kia, Lincoln and Ford Dealership in Ottawa. The General manager at the Lincoln dealership was terrible , he never once came over to talk to us even after my daughter bought the car he never thanked her. I was very disappointed with him thank god that Mike Miller came over with us to sell us the car, he was wonderful as always. This was the sixth car I have bought from Bill Walsh in the last 5 years and I am glad my other experiences were with Dave Booker and what wonderful experiences because if I would have this general manager for my first experience i wouldn t of bought one car from Bill Walsh!!!!! In fact I wish I could tell you his name but he never told us! Once again I would like to thank Mike Miller and Dave Booker for all there help you guys are wonderful. Maybe this other general manager could take lessons from Dave to how to deal with customers.

Drove 2 hrs to buy a new to me 2013 F150. Was treated very well while there. After about a week the truck developed an ear piercing squeak and refused to start in the morning. Called to talk with them multiple times and they would have to wait for a manager. Called a manager directly and still have not heard back. I was assured everything had been gone through and truck was good to go. Still waiting on plates 3 weeks later after they said all the info would be overnighted. Disappointed in the after purchase experience.EDIT* Took my truck into a Ford Dealer in my town. It needs breaks /plugs and boots. frustrating. Called Bill Walsh again and finally was able to speak with someone and they are willing to cover the brakes. Thank you.

BEWARE! Awful, shady dealer. I had a terrible experience. Ordered a specialty vehicle through them, waited several months, called them every 4-6 weeks to confirm my interest in the car, only to be told that when they finally received the allocation they sold it to someone else. Never called me to let me know and didn't even apologize. BAD, BAD DEALER. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

Scheduled appointment for oil change ONLY took more than 2 hours. Absolutely atrocious service. No updates. No discount. Nadda.Don t bother bringing your car here for service.

Waste of time. The advertising department is straight stupid. Friendly staff. The service department was great taking care of recalls and extra problems with do doing recall work for free. 1 star for advertising department 3.9 star service department. Would be 5 star but wouldn't estimate another problem I was curious what it would cost to fix. Not without charging me to do an estimate for the repair.

I stopped in today to get some help updating my Sync system. I took this to another dealer recently and they told me I would have to schedule a service visit. They didn't seem to know how to fix it. Long story short, Mike at Bill Walsh service got my new phone working with my old Sync system in about 5 minutes. I really appreciate the great service. Thanks!

Beware of sketchy coincidences. Bought a car November 19th, did not really drive it due to the holidays and taking different vehicles. Unfortunately with my commute to work I went over the 500 mile warranty and on day 16 I got a check engine light that requires me to replace my catalytic converter and that my alternator is overcharging my battery. Was the vehicle manipulated to make it as long as possible without showing me the true issues? Or is it just terrible luck? Continuously got the top mechanics working on the car that just came in speech, just be careful what you buy Im not out probably $1,500 or more that I dont have.

Charged $200.00 for a diagnostic test on a transmission issue that wasn't fixed the first time I brought the car in, right before the expiration of the warranty and a little after that again. At just over 100k miles total I assumed the warranty would be honored considering everything, it wasn't and I was told the same error(transmission overheating) has a different code this time so it's not the same thing and they're not responsible :/ . I then got told they would offer me 10% of the value of a few other trade in offers I recieved in Ottawa towards a new car... That is including the cost of the repair.

Transparency to start with. Car on the lot had 3500 more miles than the website. Finance manager was driving it. Then wouldn t even budge on the price from website mileage to current mileage. Tried to say the car was being sold at cost. Super easy to find trade in values of cars. I could go on on treatment as well at the end. Needless to say no transaction was made.

I got my car Jan.18, 2019 I traded my Suv in it was an upgrade I loved the car when I saw it was Beautiful. Couldn't really get a feel for because it was so icy but I took it anyways. By the second day I was not happy anymore. I was told my price was going to be one thing ended up paying way more. I still haven't got a service call that I supposed to receive a week after recieving this car I guess when you express to the one who made and rushed the deal you won't get a service call. There were recalls on the vehicle and even though they fixed it due to Chrysler recalling the parts I should have been made aware before any papers were signed. I'm disappointed as this was my first time buying a car with a car note now I'm stuck. Worst experience ever. Thank you never again.

Big fan of the Bill Walsh stores but Ford holds dear to my heart. I spent roughly 6 months working there and now own a vehicle that I purchased from Bill Walsh. Just took my vehicle in for service today and talk about speedy, efficient service! 5 stars for me!

We came from Peoria to look at a couple of used Kias and decided to purchase a 2017 Kia Soul. Both the Salesman and Finance Manager were professional and courteous. Our Salesman was knowledgeable and so helpful. We drove a little more than 2.5 hours round-trip to visit this dealership and I would do it again for our next car.

The day before Christmas my check engine light came on. We called in that morning and by 9am they had my car in even without an appointment. They took care of the issue within an hour! Today I had them fix my thermometer. They were kind enough to pick me up from work so I could grab my car. They even gave it a bath! I'm so thankful and happy for the great work the service team has done for me and my family. You rock!!

I was very disappointed how I treated.I drove 2 hours to come look at vehicle for me and my wife. The sales person was nice but not very knowledgable. He kept explaining how he knows more about Kia. The sales manager pretty much dictated this sales guy every move. Every time I had a question, he left to go ask for information. (Literally 20 times) in the matter of a 30 min period.Then I sat and waited for the sales manager to run my credit. He ran it 6 times and I got a notification that my credit was ran for a mortgage loan? Why was it ran 6 times when I asked him for just the one check. They did this without my approval and the whole experience was just so unprofessional.Then he came back to let me know that I needed to put 6k down on a 17k vehicle.What I can say is save yourself time and go see The Two Terry's in streator. They know business.The management needs immediate improvement and maybe someone need to take over for the old guy.
