I needed a special power steering fluid for my car it's not like other car so he did happen to carry it and it was $15.99 but hey I'm grateful they had it because nobody else has it anywhere

It sucked wanted to buy something that was in the wrong place with wrong price two weeks in a row didn't want to honor price showed associated that they were in wrong place but it was an a hole about it tell me to relax no John you need to relax a hole!!!

The people that work there are great they didn't have the part I needed she even called O'Reilly's to see if they had it no other auto parts store whould of did that

They had a chemical butter wax in stock that I could order online and pick up at the store. Was pleased I didn't have to drive several miles or wait several days for it to be shipped. Reasonable price with a first time customer discount was appreciated.

When I'm in Streator I usually hit Napa or O'Reilly's, but if I'm able to go to Ottawa I always choose Advance Auto. Knowledgeable staff and plenty in stock.

The staff and selection here are wonderful. And their return policy is one of the best I've seen compared to 'another' popular chain. I tried to take back a light at the other' chain and I was questioned, and made to feel like a liar. They even hooked up the light to a battery to see if it worked. Like I was trying to con the place out of 3.95 or something.I told the guy here about it and he said he don't care if I walk out of the store and break it on the ground and it was my fault. He will replace or refund my money. Since then this has been the place I go for everything I need.

Employees are very responsive and respectful. A couple years back you guys had someone that clearly had no clue what they were doing. Great come-up advanced auto!

They carry a rather decent size inventory/stock. What I have needed has always been in stock and the staff is friendly as well as informative
