Had a great experience. My van needed brakes, shocks/struts, and an axel. All of the work was completed in 1 day. Everybody was very polite and answered all of my many clarifying questions. The financing option was huge for my family!

Suburban Tire is fantastic! I had NO idea that they did more than just tires. They do engine, suspension, brake repairs and much much more. They really took their time going over my car to fix any repairs that were needed. Steve is great & made me feel extremely comfortable & confident in their work. I highly recommend taking your vehicle their for service repairs you may need.

Have taken all 3 family cars there in the past month, very good service and explanations. I think most importantly they have what s in our best interest in terms of passenger safety, cost efficiency and what s best for our short and ling term future with the cars (yeah we can fix it but the car might only last a little while as an example). Peace of mind is probably what we get out of going here most.

Fantastic service! Steve and his team was attentive, accommodating, and very helpful. I brought my Chevy Cruze in for immediate inspection after suspecting my brake pads and rotors needed replacement. Steve managed to fit me into his already busy schedule, having provided me with a fair quote and a generous estimated time for repair. Nevertheless, the car drives better than ever! So if you re in need of great service, pricing, and flexibility, I highly recommend Suburban Tire.Thanks Steve!

Great staff. Helped me with an issue i thought would cost quite a bit of money and replace parts. needed only to do some small tweaks and didn't cost much. Quick service and didn't pull a lot out of pocket, will definitely come back for repairs again!

Yesterday, my tire was super low and it was early in the morning before work. My husband took my car and they got me in right away to fix my tire! Super nice service! I have a safe tire and got to work on time. Thank you for getting me in last minute so I can get to work. Highly recommend!

But tires from here about a year ago. Had no issues with the tire it is more the customer service and Steve the manager. First issue when they rotating my tires they broke a sensor and wanted me to pay for it when it was working when I brought it in. Next I called a week ahead to make an appointment for a tire rotation Steve told me you don't need to make an appointment just bring it in and we'll take care of you. When I brought it in I was told they have no time to do the tire rotation. So I drove 20 minutes out of my way for nothing. Not understanding the no appointment but that just seems like bad customer service. Will be buying my tires somewhere else.

Steve is great! He's very professional and knowledgeable. All the mechanics are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I'd encourage all to take your car there for service.

Car would not start. -20 outside. Had towed to repair facility. I m 56. It didn t sound like the battery. Tow person agreed. Battery 2 years old. Suburban told me it was battery. They are supposed to be the experts. Paid $285 (gouging) for new battery installed. Brought home. Got ready to move car in garage after 3 hours outside. Would not start again. Towed it to Ford dealer since car a Mercury. Ford dealer tested battery; states ok. Had Ford dealer work on repair. So paid $285 for a repair I did not need. Been to Suburban before. Seemed decent. Now trust ruined. If I don t think the battery is the issue; should not the mechanics too? If there isn t a code; guess can t figure it out. Disappointing.

I put some new Michelin Crossclimates tires on my 2020 Sonata.Steve was informative and easy to work with. I alway's appreciate when I get professional attention and informative information. It makes the buying experience comfortable and easy. Makes me want to come back in the future.His team had me in & out with 40 minutes.

They are great! Friendly service, clean facility, quick oil changes, and they offer two types of premium toilet papers in their bathroom. You also can often find oil change coupons in Val Pack

Nicest people! They always do a great job on my cars! They have a bathroom, like no other! This is a tire and repair shop, but you feel like you are at a high end dress shop! Stave, great job on making women feel special and appreciated! I would definitely recommend this specific suburban tire and auto repair center!

Skip Discount Tire. These guys have treated our family extremely well. I have had to use Discount Tire corporately for the past 20 years. Overall they've done great but I know what to expect when I show up for a nail in my tire, getting new tires and the wait times that come with all this. This is where Suburban Tire excels, in and out within 20 minutes at times. Replacing a tire with no questions asked, obviously as long as you purchased the tires from them, and no pushbacks. Discount Tire will initially push back, and you feel like they were doing you a favor replacing a tire, that should naturally been covered by warranty. Again Discount Tire is a great company I just think these guys are a level above them.

I ve been a customer of Suburban Tire and Auto for years. This is because they never disappoint. The tires I ve purchased have always performed better than expected. They beat the competitors pricing without hassle. Their staff is friendly, the manager Steve especially, and they let me talk their ears off. They do great work and always try their hardest to get me the best possible price they can. They re honest and efficient. Their customer service really is some of the absolute best around. I will continue to go to them for years to come. I highly recommend them.

Friendly, quick, and affordable. Appointment was on time and quick. Staff was knowledgeable. They provided a free inspection with pictures to back up their inspection. They were not pushy which was Appreciated. We will definitely return with other car care needs.

When our mechanic of several years went out of business, we found ourselves stuck! We ve had Suburban do tires before, and have always been happy with tire service, so we took the Honda to Steve for some fairly heavy power steering work.Steve took time to show Mrs. C a diagram of the system and explain the work in a way she could understand, he keeps the place immaculate, and does great work.Very satisfied and will recommend to friends.

I got my oil changed here took no time at all but I just want to bring attention to the fact they had options for toilet paper and free feminine products. This establishment clearly goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you.

Great experience! Very professional. Bought four new tires and thought I needed a wheel alignment. They checked my alignment and said it was in spec so they didn't charge me for it. They also had a $200 coupon to use when you buy 4 tires. Saved me over $350!I highly recommend them for service.

I am so happy I decided to come here for my brakes and routine oil change. I was impressed when they walked me through the process of what they needed to have done so I understood what was going on with my vehicle. They were able to get these repairs done promptly and I know now that I can trust this family owned business with my car. They had some discounts and coupons they were able to hook me up with too! I will definitely be returning here for any additional repairs or maintenance. The best customer service I have received at an auto shop.

Their customer service was outstanding! I walked in without an appointment and they took care of my tire repair instantly! The employees were extremely friendly and professional. I was out the door in 10 minutes and the price was more than fair. I would not hesitate to recommend Suburban Tire Auto Repairto anyone!

I walked in with an emergency situation and no reservation, I talked to the manager and explained my situation. Instead of telling me there s nothing he could do, he showed compassion and took care of me immediately. With customer service today at an all time low and the staff at most business acting like they don t want to be there, this manager treated me like a fellow human. I don t ever write reviews but this manager (Choi) I m sure I misspelled his last name, helped me more than he will ever know and he gave me hope for customer service again. I recommend this place especially if you re tired of being treated like a number.
