A honest repair shop. You can t ask for more than honest people and great work. I don t question when a price is given because I trust their judgement.

We have a 1 Ton Van that is critical to our business. Had an issue with it and took it to Roberts for service. Nothing with this van is ever cheap, so I was thinking this is going to be expensive. Well, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and fixed a cylinder that was not firing. Could have taken me to the cleaners, but was very honest about what the fix is and saved me thousands. All my business and personal vehicles will be going to Roberts from now on!

I could not be more impressed by Roberts Auto Service. I typically use the dealership for all maintenance issues, but usually leave there spending far more than anticipated.Roberts remedied my issue quickly and at a very reasonable expense. Tim is so friendly as was everyone else we spoke with for this visit. We will absolutely be repeat customers.Thank you for your help. Took my car the first time after a sudden breakdown. They even suggested the towing company, which was very reasonable. Decided to wait a little longer to have it repaired on their recommendation to install genuine instead of aftermarket parts. Completed as promised. Very easy to work with. We will be going here from now on.

Great experience with everyone here. We had a quote from Firestone which didn t even fix the issue and these guys were so honest and did the right thing and it was within our budget. We have had both cars in to Robert's several times over the years for different services including oil changes, brakes, brake flushing, transmission drain/refill, spark plugs, etc. We have been very satisfied with their work. They always effectively communicate the issue(s) before any work is performed (with an estimate). All staff members are courteous and knowledgeable. Car parts are top tier (high quality). Honest, fair, and efficient.

Been of customer of Roberts Auto Service for over ten years. Tim (the owner) is a friendly guy, knowledgeable and HONEST beyond compare! Hard to find nowadays, an owner who works his business and does it with friendliness and absolute integrity. HUGE FAN!

I always bring my vehicles to Roberts. Tim is HONEST with me and that is something I rarely find especially being a woman. He repairs what needs to be done for a fair and reasonable rate. They are prompt and do an excellent job. Not only are they professional but personable as well!! I highly recommend having your services done here!!

Tim knows his stuff! He is honest and trustworthy and frankly that s hard to come by! After a lengthy ordeal with CarMax until my warranty ran out and they couldn t help me... (surprise, surprise) Tim was able to diagnose and fix a fuel injector and got my Edge running like new. We also had our Charger recently towed here and he knew what was wrong immediately. I would tell anyone to come here with their car troubles. Thanks Tim!

Tim has excellent customer service. Twice in the last 3 months he has worked us into his busy schedule. A family member had an emergency with the car and he had it fixed in a day. We have found our new auto repair shop.

Everyone was so nice and pleasant! They had books on cars that my 5yo liked looking at, and a model car my 2yo could play with. Very painless wait compared to other places.

Nice small auto shop Reasonable prices and a guy you can trust.My whole family goes there. It's a shop you don't have to worry about nicks and scratches and dents in your car that weren't there before you brought it in there. Very careful with your vehicle for those people who care.

This place is top notch!!! Leave Bartels, and whoever may be doing your car care!!! I'm pretty handy and can handle quite a bit but when it's over my ability this is where I go!! These guys are fair and good mechanics, no BS here...

My daughter s car broke down on way to get it diagnosed so we had it towed to Robert s Auto. They said it was something with the rocker arm bolt which would require taking the engine completely apart. Minimum would be $1200 maximum $4000. Needless to say, my 17 yo didn t have that kind of money for her 2002 Malibu. My dad tightened the rocker arm bolt for free (which did not require the engine being taken completely apart). I will never recommend Robert s Auto!!!!
